Child eating on the pool amd baby on diapers too. Cigarette butts on the water and sitting area. Room had 2 none working plugs, 2 conditioner containers but no shampoo. Very noisy people around up until 1am in the morning. Bedroom and.bed good amd so was breakfast. Ask owner to pay more.attention and be more on top of certain areas ..that 's all!..front desk person was very nice. Thank you!

The location was good and front desk lady was nice. Furniture was dirty, shower was dirty, sheets were dirty stain with blood. Towels are old and dirty all black.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed here because of the cancellation policy and space. We had a tournament during hurricane season and were worried of it being cancelled. Breakfast was very limited but pool was nice, but very little shade. Work out area was efficient and all of the property and the room was very clean.

Was okay for the night we needed to stay. Beds were soft and comfy, room was modernly decorated.

Easy access to get to everything close by. Nice rooms they were spacious, facilities and the pool was also clean and kept nice. Breakfast was good also. We will definitely stay there again. Kids will be kids, but parents were letting there children run the halls yelling, playing in the one elevator that was in the building. They were even playing rough in the pool and parents weren't stopping them.

I would definitely come back, very clean rooms.

Terrible booked something online and weren’t able to give to me what I payed for I drove 4 hours just for one of us to sleep on the floor thanks won’t be booking again

Staying here was very disappointing . Dirty clothes, tooth brush wrappers from the previous stay were in the room when we arrived. Sheets for the pullout bed were not in the room and had to be requested at the front office. Unfortunately for me and my family it was for two nights. For the second night simple request such as extra sheets and towels couldn’t be accommodated.

The hotel was good, although no washer or dryer’s to wash and dry your clothes if you needed to. Breakfast could have been a little better. Otherwise all was good.

The bedding had small brown stains on it, there was brownish red stains on the wall in the bathroom, there was yellow condensation dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom, and it smelled like urine. The room was also not getting cold enough and since there was no smart TV, we brought our Roku to hook up but the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, pretty much non existent. Also, there was no bedding or pillows available in the room for the couch bed.

We reserved a 2 queen bed with a pull out couch that turns into a twin bed, I was expecting the room to be a bit bigger than what it was, it was a little crowded for my family of 5 to be in, but overall, we all had a spot to sleep, room was cold, cable tv, clean restroom, breakfast was delicious, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, overall great experience

Shower and bath were disgusting. Hair all in bath tub. Flooring in bathroom, dirty. The breakfast wasn’t ready til about 6:45am. As for the beds, they were comfortable and clean. We checked out at 7am, yet received a message at approximately 9:14am, reminding us about check out time.

Great location, needed a place to rest because our tournament lasted to midnight. Stopped here and we loved it. Beds were comfy, room was clean. We didn't get to rate the breakfast as we slept in. Only minor concern is we were sleeping in from being at a baseball tournament all day and around 9:30am we had a cleaning lady come in to clean thinking we already checked out. Was a bit uncomfortable and scary being waken up like that. Worker was very apologetic, but other than that. Great place, very economical. Would stay again.

Wet carpet and smelled bad. Too much humidity in the room.

They are remodeling it so the motel smells like paint which is understandable but the room smelt like painted over mold it was hard to breathe in the room. I don’t have any allergies ever and I had to stop at wal mart for allergy meds and DayQuil cause it’s so “stuffy” in the room. Or the ac filter needs to be changed out. I had to leave and there was an old wash cloth hanging over the shower rod. It’s cheap but at as cost.

When booking we were not told about the current construction. The blinds in the room dont close and the outside lights were on all night. The microwave doesn't work. The ac cover keeps falling and only one vent works. The shower was dirty and the bathroom mirror is loose and moved when you turn it off or on. The TV on the wall is broken so there is a huge TV setting on the desk pace making it extremely hard to do my work from my room as well as the internet only having 1 bar. We asked about the internet and they said it works best downstairs but that area is under construction. Also with the construction going on bag breakfast was offered instead of the breakfast we thought we would be getting There is no exhaust in the restroom making everything damp and a whole in the ceiling over the beds where the fire water spout is.

The bedroom area was fine but the tub was dirty and stained as well as the towels had hair on them. Also the building was under reconstruction so that would be the only reason for the low score on conditions

There was no warning when booking online that the hotel was under renovation and there was construction dust everywhere in the lobby/1st floor which triggered allergies. Our room had the worst mold stench literally hard to breathe slept with covers over head. When I got into the closet for the ironing board the closet wall had mold everywhere which is sooo unhealthy and probably cause of smell. We were so tired we didn’t even complain but to make matters worse there was a cricket In the room that did not let us sleep. Please do better! Close down until ready to operate in a healthy environment.

Paid for double queen room. When I got there I was placed in a room with the whole A/C out of the window on the 3rd floor. I was placed in a one bed room with a pull out couch the size of a twin. I was told a manager would contact me and they never did. I was told they would accommodate me the next day and never did. There was 5 in my stay and two of us had to sleep on the FLOOR! I was offered a 15% off of my stay.

Under major construction. Service very spotty. Showed up to dirty bathroom, was cleaned when i made management aware. The room and bed were comfortable but the general dirtiness was disconcerting. The whole place needs a good dusting and vacume and for employment to pick up trash when they see it. Then when ee returned to our room the next afternoon, the room was half cleaned; only one bed made, trash taken out but trash that fell out of can, still

They're currently renovating this location and really would've been nice to know this prior to booking. The construction is very noisy. Pool was dirty!
