Terrible experience. As soon as I entered the room, I was greeted by roaches crawling on the bed and walls. The room was in extremely poor condition and seemed to be falling apart. Nearly everything I touched was loose or coming off. The bed was heavily stained, and the mattress was discolored with large brown stains. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room were unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here. I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THIS PIECE OF SH*T ONE STAR!! I left so fast I couldn't even take pictures! Meth heads outside your door throwing things and yelling all throughout the night! Front desk was RUDE!

The room was in terrible condition. The bathroom door nob was ready to fall off, the smoke alarm was missing and had exposed wires hanging from the ceiling. I had to use the key card multiple times before the door unlocked. Thefe were many long term guests, some smoked marijuana.

The sec night we moved to a little better room, but service was non-existent, no phone, unclean, vending machine was EMPTY, and coffee provided was nasty with no condiments & Only thing that was the least bit better was front desk person was LIL nicer, but still not helpful or worried at all by any of concerns expressed over amount of bugs seen while at Regency inn in New caney .... OVERALL I wouldn't suggest anyone to go stay there & waste their $ ..... Really dissapointing & them refusing to provide any reimbursement for the aggravation of everything is beyond acceptable... Do NOT go there!!

It was terrible. I stayed in room 219. The only light in the hotel room that worked was the bathroom light, and it strobed. The room was dingy, and the floor was sticky. I was treated like a criminal while sitting in the lobby waiting on my uber ride. Unacceptable that these hotels are even allowed to advertise, much less be open for business.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! overtaken by roaches Everywhere. Couldn't keep them even out of our beds. Running up wall all over ceiling. Toilet seat chewed up by a large dog. Urine smell was overwhelming. Was refused a refund for our 2nd night.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at there was people walking around at all hrs of the night that looked homeless trash everywhere hope 2 rooms told that they would both be down stairs and ready at 2 got there at 215 and was told one ready other upstairs I was told I could have down as I have a bad back and knees and daughter is super pregnant I said I would wait for other room he said would be 104 now and 101 in 1 hr I said ok well a min later he comes back and hands me 2 keys downstairs hmmmm funny didn’t have 2 well the 2nd room was so nasty my kids started coughing and gagging got another room and it was the room I was told wouldn’t be ready for an hr hmmmm funny and there is no hot tub tried sayin that it’s in the lore exp. Room there are now so that was a lie and say snacks they had 3 bags of hot Cheetos that’s not a snack machine WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL ohhhhhhhh and the rooms window was busted out so that wasn’t really safe

I would never stay there again. Ride staff at checkin, awful people constantly in the parking lot, usually drunk or under the influence of something. Everything in the room seems to be falling apart. 2 big thumbs DOWN!

It was advertised as having a hot tub. It does not. I filtered my search for a hotel that had a hot tub. If you want one you get a room with a Jacuzzi tub. This was so disappointing.

Pool was not up and running!! Abound vehicles !! Abound Dogs!

Expedia screw my whole trip and I waisted about 4 hours and two hotel the first one would not honor the contract and the second one was not what I booked for after Expedia told me they were the same amenities but we're not. 3 slept on cots at my son's house and my wife on the couch and were cut our trip a day short due to Expedia screw up dealing with foreigners.

I made a reservation online, when I arrived at the hotel reception, that reservation did not exist, I had in my hands the confirmation and a person of the review did not get it in their records. This is uncomfortable, because I can't trust online reservations.

I have to cancel saturday because to much noise next door reaches in the microwave the glass dish in side missing tv remote control doesn’t work and they do not give me my money back Well I being there so many times and it was ok but now I do not recommend for nobody

Took photos of MISSING light fixtures, HOLES in wall for outlets (?), RUSTY, un-utilized toilet tissue fixture, a USED BandAid left in shower enclosure, stuck to the wall, shower curtain too short in length AND width, locations where paint had been scraped/rubbed off, ice buildup in fridge. Called & requested a smoking rm PRIOR to arrival, was reassured one would be available - apparently NOT. The ONLY positive I can acknowledge is their choice of desk chairs.

The staff seemed to always feel inconvenienced whenever we said anything to them about the room.

The first room we were given didnt let us in because the lock wasnt working and roaches were coming out from under the door. The second room had cigarette holes in all blankets and furniture. And the fridge door fell off when we tried to open it. The third room had cigarette holes, no working smoke detector, broken wall plates by electric sockets exposing whats inside the wall. And while sitting on the couch I felt like I was getting bit but couldnt see anything. The pool had large chunks of mud in it. The breakfast that is being advertised online is not available either. We checked in at 6pm and left by 11pm because we didnt feel comfortable. Found out the next day they charged us anyway.

Turned on the lights to the room to find roaches scattering all over. They crawled on the walls. No smoke detector in the room, stains on the linens and just a dirty room all together.

My son and I check in the clerk was friendly and helpful. Got to the room the area seemed shady the room floor was not cleaned and smelled. We decided to find another hotel. The hotel refunded our money without any issues.

Hotel is every nice clean, new and big Room, But I not stay and Sleep in that room Because smoking alarm make very Noisy and thy take alarm out from ceilingI I called the front desk about this she told me alarm is no battery she send someone to check it I waiting 30 minute nobody coming and I walk to the front desk the guy in front told me he will came in five minutes to fix that I waiting him one hour Nobody coming. I can’t wait anymore after One hour and a half I check in I cannot stay in my room because very noise from smoking alarm, I call my friend to pick me up and sleep with his house for the night , I can’t stay in my room with noise I come back in the morning my room still nothing fix I told him in the morning they’re not refund my money back I never use that room after I check in thy just say sorry!!

Our pipes burst due to the winter storm here in Houston so we needed somewhere to rest and take a shower. There was no heat or TV and the bedding had burn holes. Needless to say we didn't stay very long. It ended up being a very expensive shower.

Power outage. Not even able to check in. Slept in my car!

Great customer service. Quite and mellow for city stay. Very clean and neat rooms. Loved it. My wife and I enjoyed the stay.

They never apologized to attempted to fix anything. They actually told my sister that if she didn't like it she could leave! During an emergency situation when hotels were booked and conditions were going to be bad soon. Only stay here in a last resort, it's a dump run by someone who has no business being in the services industry. Terrible customer service!

The freezer compartment in the refrigerator was solid ice and extended into the refrigerator compartment. the inside was dirty. with all that ice there, I would guess it had been weeks since it had been cleaned. The first gentleman I met when I checked in was not friendly although he was not hostile either. He either had a bad day or didn't feel good. I would hope he isn't that way all of the time. I showed the freezer to a housekeeping lady and asked her to wait until I left on Thur to take care of it. She was in the next day while I was gone (I kept a do not disturb placard on the door) and unplugged the refrigerator and placed 2 towels on the floor. When I got back to my room (#101) the water was seeping across the floor through the towels and the food I had in the refrigerator was floating in the water dripping off of the freezer section. I did complain to the unpleasant (?manager) and took the food container to him and told him that he could through the food away. The light was out at the entrance inside the room and the door to the bathroom was broken. The room should never have been rented out.

The lobby smelled of some poorly cooked food; a real stench. Sheets had cigarette burns in them, the semi-circular window at the top of the room window had a crack they advised they were aware of and they provided NO hangers. There were none in the room and they said they had none to give me. Since I was traveling to a wedding and needed to hang my suit and shirt, this mattered to me.

Easy,close access to mall and other frequented stores. Manager very nice, free breakfast and wifi

The hotel was fairly new so I expected things to be a bit nicer than what I found. I realize this isn't a 4 or 5 star place but the bed spread in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes and had cigarette burns scattered around on it. There was a mount and wires to connect a smoke detector but no actual detector. In the bathroom there was a hole with a mount for a vent fan but no fan or cover over the hole in the ceiling. I'm not sure what it was in the bathroom, a fire alarm or a CO2 sensor but it was hanging from a lower screw about an inch off the wall with no screw in the upper fashioner hole. They didn't initially have my reservation with the others they had printed out but the staff, including a young Woman on her second day, were exceptionally happy and very pleasant to speak with and so was the housekeeping staff I spoke to.

Most horrible experience in my life our room is paid for that called the police and wanted us to leave but didn't tell us anything said we were harassing and we never harass anybody we were nothing but polite with these people I think they're all meth out because I had a ton of meth heads in there and I think the employees were just as bad

Floors were swept but not mopped after walking around barefoot in the room I had to wash the bottoms of my feet. The staff that works at check out time are very pushy and rude! My only reason for staying here is the price & breakfast every morning!

Stay went well 2 bod queen beds, nice roomy bathroom. The refrigerator had missing shelving... upon arrival I opened it and roach came out. Through our two day stay I noticed there is a minor pest problem. Kinda annoying to get a phone call like a child for check out or pay :/ Breakfast was decent, waffles... two choices of cereal pastries and apple and orange juice. Pool was decent as well. Its decent place to stay minus the pest problem is the most gripe .

Car up on blocks, high traffic in and out all throughout the night (it was duting the week). Management thought he would charge my business card on a reservation i had made online through another website (whom i did not use my card, but since he had it on file, thought it would be convienient for him) he argued with me on the phone for 5 minutes! What a nightmare.. never again. I would recommend to stay somewhere else. Brand new hotels are right down the road. I opted to move to a hotel near the airport, was way worth the drive.

The place has barely any amenities and is filthy dirty. I have a video of roaches in the breakfast oh yea breakfast is a waffle and ms Debbie donuts taken out of the package so one is a single serving. Place is just horrible wouldn’t recommend it to my worsts enemy

They first couldn’t confirm our reservation then when we checked in they gave us a room that had a man passed out and a mess on the bed! Then we got another room they put us right next door to this man. There was dead crickets around the front door and a bar of soap in the toilet bowl to clean the toilet! We put up with a lot of things and we wouldn’t complain but the guy next door had some friends wanting to crash at his place. They banged on the door all night long. Loudly repeatedly all night long. We wouldn’t want to stay there again. And we are planning a lot more trips that way we have a grandson arriving there in October!

The hotel itself was nice. I would just say the only negative are the people that populated it. Police visit frequently. Other than that we had no issues.

When my boyfriend got there to check in they could not find his reservation. Then they put him in a very nasty room. He went and told them about the room they put him in another room and it was not very pleasant. People slammed doors all night. lots of traffic at that motel. I will never book a room with this motel again

This place is very uncomfortable. The guy at the front desk told me this was a peaceful place but it’s far from the truth... there was People learking outside all night. People stomping and pounding on top floor slamming doors. Cars doing burn outs in the parking lot and screeching their tires. just not a very good place to stay. I will NOT be returning here and will NOT recommend this place to anyone.

My stay was good. The front office personnel was polite and curtious

The lobby smelled really bad and the bathroom had no floor towel to step on after a shower. And the coffee maker still had the used coffee grounds and filter in from the guest that was there before us. EW
