Very clean, comfortable office staff was absolutely amazing understood and helped me with everything, beds are very soft facility is clean. One thing I was not OK with it did not have a coffee maker, but other than that for a last minute change of plans it worked out well for the value.

I don’t like the fact that I have reached out to the hotel staff asking for the deposit and they just deviate the issue saying it was sent to the manager which apparently have not done anything to refund it, someone at this property should take matters into their own hands and make sure that the issue is resolved. I will keep escalating this situation until the refund is complete.

I tried to call and ask office about the issues we were having, but their phone was not working either. No internet no room temperature control working! I guess they did not pay their bills???

We could not regulate the heat temperature and there was no internet available at all. We won’t be back!!!

Everything was awesome. I got there like really late and I had a 33 foot trailer. & He said I could park in the back then when I went to leave it was hard for me to back out and he was kind enough to come and help me back the whole way out of the parking lot and it was cold. The rooms were clean. The bathroom had hot water. It was awesome. It was really great. I appreciate it. Thank you. I will come back.

Front desk does not know how to treat people you make the reservation and he checks you out like your robbing him then he says no visitors allowed after he already checked you in I've never been to a holte where I was told I can't have a visitor this guys are Indian they have no clue how to treat people in the hospitality business then you get to room and AC is off when temperature outside is 112 degrees plus humidity takes like two hours to feel the room a little better with small old AC units of you are going to be a hotel owner learn how to treat people

But the sheets and towels were yellowed and stained, a yellowish stain. Im sorry for this review,

It was great experience last night. Clean room quiet environment and top notch service.

Clean and quiet. Only thing I did not like were the pillows were super flat.

Literally blood on the wall, A/C was broken, cigarette burns and holes in the sheets, exposed power cords wrapped in electrical tape, noisy, towels looked stained and dirty. Pillows were terrible. Worst hotel ever

View of the rear of a huge truck backed into a parking space in front of my window. Train horns, Construction site next door, and other people staying at the hotel combined to make it almost impossible to sleep.

Stayed many times for work trips. Disappointed in the price change since my last stay but still a basic mostly clean motel

We got it for the price so... it was not ready at check-in, there was no breakfast and the towels were all stained.

Close to hospitals - great for a couple of nights… still needs a k-cup compatible coffee maker in each room… at $120 (not bad price but still - principle here), that’s just a common amenity these days in even cheaper hotels.

I reserved this for my niece and had her name on check in as customer and they wouldn't let her check in? Staff was hateful and condescending apparently, or at least very adversarial.

Checkwd in was ok. Got to our room.tv was unplugged an no remote. Only 2 towels to shower no wash clothes no kleenex. Very basic. Wwell went to office to get remote. Didnt work. Went back asked for anothet one. Ssid he didnt have anymore. I said ok what about double a batteriwa he opened a drawer took 2 out. Of a remote he aaid he disnt have any. Well he put 2 batteries on counter i had fo rwach under the clousure to het them.but they were tripple a batteries. I told him wrong ones. He said sorry maam we dont have any. Turned around an walked away. Didnt offer a different tv or another room. Never turned back ti aee if i needed anything else. Nit very happy. Had a rough day at home to come here an have this happen. Outside our door their were several adults drinking an carrying on. Coughing an being loud. Didnt know it but u can tell this is a drug filled hotel. People everywhere all outside. My daughter has her 2 kids there an she had her own room she was pretry scared we tried to get rooms side by side but he wouldnt do it. Guys walki g around outside around our cars. Didnt like it very much. Paid over 60 dollara ro stay hers so not worth it. Probably wont ever come back.

THE NICEST MOTEL FOR THE PRICE IN THAT AREA OF NORTH HOUSTON. STAYED SEVERAL DAYS AND WILL AGAIN!

This hotel is overrun with cockroaches and bugs. Absolutely disgusting. They know this is a problem yet refuse to actually take care of it and it is negligent and dangerous. I cannot believe this hotel has not been shut down yet. Please do not stay here

This was suppose to be a nice stay-cation for my boyfriend and I and Ive never felt so unsafe in my life. At night the roaches came out, And that was Disgusting!!! They were all over the walls and in the bathroom. Do not stay here unless you are desperate!

Door lock was missing, "Do Not Disturb" sign missing, sprinkler head cover missing, grab bars in bathroom missing covers, furniture pulled away from the wall and dated. No chair for the "desk." No TV instructions, had to find the guide going through the channels. No room service for 2 of the 3 nights I stayed there. Had to wait 5 minutes to check-in. A/C did not cool the room. People in the parking lot and on the balconies all hours of the night. I will not stay there again.

Too many people just “ live there” and allow their kids to play all night long. And too much suspicious activity.

Pictures are very deceiving. There were multiple bugs in this room. The man at the front desk didn’t seem to care & just reduced the fee since I complained. I was not expecting much based on price & location, but still managed to be disappointed. I spent the discount money washing & Lysoling everything we brought into the room!

No refund. They had great tubs, great space, holes in sheets, housekeeping on point. The area do not feel safe, and plus there are scammers living in the area. My family and I got scammed but walmart caught it a flagged it. The worst of all was roaches day and night.

Roaches and lots of noise

I checked in and noticed that the room was not the cleanest, broken photos on the wall the strong scent of cigarettes (was supposed to be non) and a bug on the bed. Was in a hurry to meet friends for dinner so I just dropped my bags and left. Came back later that night to roaches and decided I would rather sleep in my vehicle. I was not able to get a refund but honestly just wanted out of that place.

Room was not clean. There were roaches in the restroom. The restroom door would not close. There was no iron and the one requested did not work well. The ironing board was missing an ironing pad and we had to make multiple trips to help desk to request items that should be in the room and when requested they were still not functional. Floors were not really clean. There were signs of bugs or buggers smooshed in the wall and tv stand. We end up sleeping on top of our jackets and shoes inside a bag. It was to late for us to book somewhere else we did not sleep well. Very disappointed.

First room had crumbs and bugs in the bed when we moved the covers. They moved us to a 2nd room which had issues with door handle. Bathroom was not inviting, overall, would not recommend.

When we checked into our room we immediately found cockroaches in our room. Overall all the room was just not clean. The linens had stains on them. Then to top it off our toilet was not flushing. I went to management and they sent housekeeping with a plunger. The plunger did not work so management came with a handheld snake and still did not clear the clog. I asked what they were going to do and all he said was call a plumber. Didn’t here anything from the management for hours so went to the desk and asked to change rooms. All he said was that he would give us another room the next day at noon. Then we awoke to management, plumber and housekeeping at crack of dawn next morning. They found toothbrush clogging the toilet. Management said your good now and that was it. Just a bad experience overall!!!!

NO “deep soaking tub” it’s a plain ass tub without a stopper so you can’t actually take a bath. Room reeked of smoke and half the shelves and hooks were ripped off the walls. There was an empty toilet paper roll and some trash in the bathroom but I guess for 50$ u take what u get.

Worst experience making it one of the worst Thanksgiving's I have ever had!! Will never ever, ever ever stay there again!!

Cockroaches and bed bugs everywhere

This hotel is so dirty. We cleaned the floors when we got there and the towel we used was black when we were done. We killed 4 roaches. The room smelled like cigarettes and weed. The other guest staying there were really scary. The front desk is rude and he was always yelling at someone. I left a bad google review and he kept calling our room to ask us questions like if we wanted to switch rooms, like anything else they had to offer was better. I had to unplug the phone because i was in zoom meeting all day. I would not recommend and will not stay again. They are in a convenient location next to walmart.

Wifi did not work in my room which was essential for my business travel.

Right off the freeway, and there is wal-mart and whataburger in walking distance.

We stayed one night. The room was falling apart. The wall and door hooks were loose and about to fall off. The vent covers were either about to fall or missing. We had a king size bed and they gave us 3 pillows...really?! SMH... The previous person had left a 2 liter bottle of Coke in the refrigerator so i guess the cleaning staff thought it would be nice to leave it for the next person. Then...as I was getting ready to take a shower...BUGS!! Tiny roaches on the floor...and they were alive and moving around. They tenants next to us were evidently long-term and they sat outside our door drinking and playing music until 3am. Now, I'm down for having a good time but please be respectful of other people trying to sleep!! I dont think I'm ever going to stay there again!

When we turned on the lights when entering the room, roaches scattered! They were everywhere. The room appeared clean and didnt smell dirty, but the building definitely had a problem. We did not stay, we left and kept driving.

The flooring was nice, that wraps up the positives. I was supposed to stay there for three nights and got through 1 and canceled the remaining 2. I had cockroaches, holes in the doors covered with tape, dirty sheets, dirty refrigerator (looked like it had blood in it), a woman named Pam knocking on my door at midnight calling me baby asking for me to let her in. It was an all around bad experience and i have no idea how they had the positive rating they did.

I did not like that there were stains still on the walls, there were roaches crawling out of the towels in the bathroom and sink. The room smelled like they didnt even clean it right. There even dead baby roaches on the bed when my kids pulled off the sheets. Thank God we brought our own blankets. Did address it with the managers wife. All she said was she will tell her husband. Didnt offer money back or anything.

I booked 2 rooms2 beds in each I had a reservation and when I got to the hotel I had no rooms and the man at the counter said had nothing but one room 1bed and then I asked ok but why was there a booking confirmation and I don’t have rooms he told me call Expedia and that was All didn’t even try to make it right

You couldn't walk across the room with out shoes or socks. Your feet would be black on the bottom. The manager barely spoke English and you could hear what people were doing beside you and on the top floor.

My reservation had been cancelled when I arrived so I had to leave and find accommodations somewhere else

Room door was open; found drug paraphernalia, rooms a mess, and other personal items left. Also, crack heads and people constantly running in and out. The main event, a drug raid on the early morning hours by several blacked out SUV’s. Hotel staff was cleaning 24hrs a day, kicking out guests, and had quite the operation—not kidding folks. Hell of a stay

The room was very nice looking, but I killed 5 roaches. The bed skirt and shoe guard(for the bed) had some grossness on them. And considering that we were here because of loss of power and water at my home I could have let that go for the amazing hot showers we were able to take! But the neighbors we had were fighting all night going in and out of the room slamming their door over and over again! My baby finally went to sleep at 3am and then these folks slammed the door literally no exaggeration 5 times! Bam..bam..bam..bam..bam!!!! And of course the baby woke up. The service man was nice very apologetic. In a time when everything was so hectic at home I came here hoping for peace, but did not find it.

Clean rooms

The room had cockroaches! And there were people outside the room talking super loud at 2am. And there was no phone in the room to call the front desk so I had to go on my cell phone look for the number and call the front desk. It was the most horrible experience ever! I don’t recommend it.

Didn’t like the fact that I booked a room for a newly married couple and they tell me people outside are dealing and doing drugs out in the open. They said the room was clean and nice but what was going on outside when they drove up was a bit surprising.
