The front desk associate was genuinely nice, but the overnight room I booked had a wet floor? The elevator has this terrible smell, the hallway on the 3rd floor was absolutely petrifying,

Traveling all over the world this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. From the cockroaches, screaming neighbors all night to the paid premium WiFi I paid extra for and couldn’t get over 2mb, We will never stay on one of their properties again.

Good hotel, had a problem at checking. I had a reservations for 3 nights and at booking I picked Pay At the Property and when I arrived at the hotel one night was charged on my card and I paid for 2 nights at the desk. Made a reservation for 1 extra night, at the time of confirmation the extra night. I was told by the check in desk I had NO Reservations for the extra night and was charged on my card. I had to pay again for the extra night and call Hotel.com to cancel the reservation to get a refund and after the refund was given. I have to wait 7-10 for the refund to post on my account. That is Bad Customer Service

Very little in my opinion Standing there waiting for someone to help, 10 minutes go by and nothing still. Come back after that and finally I hear people talking in the back but I’m still waiting. 5 minutes later they realize I’m there waiting. Get thru all the paperwork and the guy walks out while I’m basically complete to go figure something out outside…. 10 minutes later we get the key. Go up to the room via exiting the building and going through the side stairs as the elevator is down. Get to the room and the key will not let us in…..alright, I go downstairs and the guy isn’t at the desk he’s buying a drink from the vending machine, tell him the issue and says to give him a second. I give him almost 5 mins of trying to get this dang drink but the machine took his money so I’m still waiting. (He does offer to buy me one which was nice) but like cmon we are so shot from driving and have had a less complex and much more seamless experience at like even a holiday inn. Avoid this place that has wet carpet and no bell to ring at the front to even notify anyone that you exist

The property and the hotel was a good experience. The elevator was down which wasn't a problem for me but I'm sure it would be a problem for others. Overall, I would stay here again.

Definitely worth it had everything been working that’s included in staff

The outside appearance and location. Elevator was down and my wife is handicapped. Went up two flights to get to our room. It reeked of marijuana. We couldn’t stay there. Checked out immediately. The lady at the desk was rude. Told us they were a “no refund hotel.”

The hotel elevator was broken. The staff was not at the front desk when we arrived. They put us in a room that had maintenance happening without the front desk’s knowledge and had to move us to a smoking room when we reserved a non-smoking room. The fridge was broken and leaking water on the floor, and there was no shower curtain when we first checked in. While they handled the difficulty, their service was terrible and no compensation was provided.

Run!
- 3/5
I hotel was a good stay, but the elevator was broken and my room was on the 3rd floor as a guest in the hotel that was not good.
- 3/5
The location was cool but the elevator did not work and I was on the fourth floor…so that made me not want to go back and forth to explore Texas and I was from ohio
- 3/5
The hotel has one elevator, and it’s been broke down for at least two months. If you don’t mind climbing steps (4 floors) or you’re lucky to get a room on the first floor, then it’s not a bad place to stay.
- 2/5
Friendly staff. But elevator was down and there are dead cockroaches in the room and in the stairwell
- 1/5
Very dirty
- 1/5
Dry booger on the wall. Food residue on the walls, dirty everywhere, stinks everywhere.
- 1/5
Do NOT stay here . The room was absolutely disgusting.our feet were literally sticky to the floor.we ended up leaving got another hotel it wasn’t not anything I would feel safe to sleep at.
- 1/5
Unclean. The AC cover was off and in the bathroom tub. No bedsheets or bed covers, no pillows. We checked out in 5 minutes even though we were supposed to stay 2 nights. Never again, Woodbridge Suites.
- 3/5
The elevator is broken. We walk up/down by using stair. Empty kitchen even though there is stove and microwave(There is no silverwear/pot,pan, bowls). Cleanliness is okay. We found litle croaches running around. AC is good.
- 5/5
Nice area tbh
- 1/5
The room smelled like cigarettes, the sheets were stained and the remote to the tv didn’t work. And the air conditioning didn’t cool. The coke machine only took debit cards no cash. Never again.
- 1/5
Will never in my life stay here again..
- 1/5
Their elevator was out of service for two weeks. They didn’t bother to inform you beforehand. There is no public restroom on the first floor. The only available restroom is the one in your room. There is no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. There is no floor mat in the restroom. The staff at check-in was very friendly.
- 5/5
Very clean and felt safe
- 3/5
My stay has been satisfying so far for the reason I was there. Elevator has been broken since I got there. Only downside honestly. The staff is great the property is in a convenient safe location. NOT a luxury hotel. This hotel is for transitioning, or temporary travel or a temporary residence.
- 3/5
Great hotel with friendly staff
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the rooms were clean ( besides the torn up chair). I'd most definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
Room was somewhat clean, bed had a smell to it.
- 3/5
Rooms were decent and clean enough
- 2/5
The room...not so much. The room smelled like rotten meat when we walked in. Tried to move but the hotel was full. The front desk lady came up and sprayed some air freshener that helped for a while. She was genuinely apologetic and offered her personal BBWs scented spray for us to use. The final nail of the coffin though was finding stains on the bottom bedsheet on one of the beds. When we pulled the stained sheet off the mattress to inspect it, we found an old a large dried-up urine stain on the mattress itself...Ugh...
- 3/5
The Hotel was a okay stay, Room not ready at check in, could not check in until 4:15pm and when I was checking out of my room that was on the 4th Floor the Elevator was broken had to walk down form the 4th floor with bags to check out.
- 1/5
I could not pay with just any credit card it had to be one specifically from a major bank. The whole floor smelled of curry so strong it brought on my asthma. I immediately cancelled room for 2nd nigbt and they would not let me. I was stuck paying for a room i was in for no more than 6 hrs. Plugs by nightstand did not work. Ill NEVER try Woodspring again!!!
- 3/5
Disliked: Internet Service- not exactly free; Policies - lack of privacy, staff can visit the room whenever they want and you are not allowed to refuse; room service - only once in my 2 weeks; staff behavior- initially very welcoming, but then rude, dismissive, and at times condescending; not always readily available at the desk and when you call, you are told they are in bathroom so you have to wait; you cannot get refund but told you are free to leave if you’re not comfortable; Prank calls - twice in the early hours of the morning, such that I literally had to get up and unplug the phone. Elevator-works on and off- had to walk the full flight of stairs with 6 bags.

As soon as you walked in the door, it smelled like marijuana. We had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to check us in and he looked like he had just woken up from a nap. While waiting in the lobby, there was what appeared to be a homeless man eating out of a can. The elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs, which had people coming and going that again, smelled like marijuana. When we got to our room, I immediately wanted to leave, but since we only needed a place to sleep for 4 hours, I dealt with it. The furniture was peeling and everything except the bedding and bathroom looked disgusting. Absolutely do not recommend. My husband said I am fired from choosing hotels because I royally messed this up.

Room and whole hallway smelled bad and was put on 3rd floor and elevator did not work. Paid for 3 days and did not even stay one night. Terrible experience want ever use this hotel brand again.

Bad bad

It was a very clean and easy process
- 4/5
The room was nice
- 1/5
Worst hotel we've ever stayed in. They didn't have any housekeeping service. The hallway smells like garbage. It felt like nasty meat smells which just reminded me of Dahmer. Lol, don't know what was going on. They didn't have iron in the room. I had to get it from the counter. Overall, it was a terrible stay. I was very glad when it was time for us to leave the hotel.
- 1/5
Room smelled of cigarette smoke terribly, cigarette burn marks in random places throughout the room, rust in several areas of the room, dirty stained walls, floor was sticky with some residue (had to keep shoes on the entire time), noisy rooms around and above ours (people running around and loud music). Save your money and spend a little bit more and go stay somewhere else.

Great stay at this hotel
- 3/5
Not good nor bad, average stay.
- 5/5
The property is great. No complaints. Will book again
- 5/5
Compared to other properties in the area, WoodSpring is cleaner, more attentive, more security minded, and located in a nice walkable parkway with easy access-- yet affordable.
- 5/5
Amazing pet-friendly property.

Liked the inside the room. Staff was interesting.

No tv service, slow wi fi elevator doesn't work
- 5/5
I arrived at the hotel very late, and there was no one at the front desk. However, a phone number was provided, and when I called, someone answered right away and came out quickly. DeAntry was extremely helpful and patient, taking the time to explain everything in detail. Since I had my dog with me, he assigned me a room that made it easy to go in and out. He was amazing and truly cares about helping his customers. Thank you!
- 2/5
For being a relatively new facility, it is in seriously bad condition. Water damage evident in ceilings. Moldy smell. Bare Bones Bedding is sub standard. In a word: CHEAP

My bank is about to file dispute because they haven’t refunded my deposit. They charged me $100 each the two times I booked through Expedia. I need somebody to follow up on this. I am very much inconvenienced by the situation!!

Very nice and front desk is nice Deandre and the other two ladies and the manager Isaiah
- 4/5
It was nice, clean staff was friendly and informative.
- 5/5
Very convenient, can walk to Walmart and Sam’s club. Very reasonable price and you can cook anything you like in the suite, which significantly lowered staying expenses. This hotel runs like an Airbnb, but just in a hotel setting. Highly recommended!

Great staff & clean space but horrible wifi they tried ti charge me $16.00 for below average wifi so be careful of that scam, other than that everything was a 10/10.

Dion is a great host and very helpful. We checked in late and he helped us accommodate just as easy. Thanks for being super responsive. Will sure book again
- 3/5
Decent and worth the price
- 5/5
Housekeeping could do a way better job cleaning the rooms and bathroom before another family check in!! Let me just say another person #2 was left on our toilet!! But they cleared the room for being available all because housekeeping checked it off as clean.

This is my first Woodspring Suites experience. The hotel is in a great location. So much is within walking distance. The front desk staff is great. When one of my neighbors decided to blast their TV at 3am, I called downstairs & a few minutes later the problem was solved. The suite is clean & cozy. This is probably the cleanest extended stay that I’ve ever been to. I’d definitely recommend & return!!

Elevator was out of service for over two weeks!
- 3/5
It wasn’t terrible. I couldn’t really tell if this was a new or outdated property. You can easily hear noises coming from the hallway and the fridge in the kitchen was locked. For the most part it was quiet and convenient.

The elevator had a very bad odor. Smell like animal urine and poops.
- 1/5
A reminder to myself that you get what you pay for. I would have rayed this place a 3 out of 5 if not for the baby roaches in my room and the strong chemical odors in the hallways and my room. Theres also no basic amenities like a hair dryer orr iron. Never again will i stay at a Wood Springs.
- 5/5
It was quick and easy
