Wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, and everyone on the staff was welcoming. Highly recommended!

Very clean quite close to everything we needed. Breakfast hours they close to early and not enough choices for little ones. Normally breakfast is over by 10 or 10:30 here by 9 , when you’re on vacation you’re out all day come to room late and tired . You want to be able to sleep in a little late . And dinning area to small and need friendly staff, staff to quiet at least a Hello would be nice. Really liked it because close to Frisco New Park Kids Universal

The location was good, the room was comfortable, clean. I paid for the room in advance on June 16th. Upon arrival, the hotel clerk swiped my card for the entire hotel stay, promising that the charge would drop off at the end of the stay. I brought this to the managers attention and he said that he would take care of it and that I would NOT be double charged when I checked out on June 26th. I looked at my credit card statement today (June 30th) and sure enough, the charge for the entire hotel stay went through (not pending), so I ended up paying double for my hotel stay. Very disappointing.

It’s so quiet at night, and I love taking walks around the area. It feels like a home away from home, and I can completely relax here. Love this place! ❤️

I would never stay at this property again. Although the staff was generally friendly, and most areas are clean, there is a cockroach problem that needs to be dealt with. Note: I’ve been licensed in the industry for many years so I know what I viewed. I was able to maintain a secure area during my stay, but had to keep almost everything in my vehicle. Anything in the room was kept in containers. Note: I paid in advance on Expedia, or would have left early. I’ll never risk it again.

Overall stay was good for what was needed. The property seemed to be well kept but the rooms are worn and need some updating. The furniture had rips and stains as well as the carpet. There was a musty smell to the room and there were wires hanging out of the air conditioning. The paint used to touch up did not match and you can see all the spots. The pool was closed.

The staff follows you around during breakfast, watching what and how much you serve and grab makes it very uncomfortable like if you’re there to steal . Also our room only had 2 towels even though we put 3 guest when we asked for another towel the front desk told us we had to wait until housekeeping gave us new towels the next day because it’s only 2 per room

This hotel felt like a motel vibe. My room smelled like three packs of cigarettes. It was very dirty and gritty. The manager was nice enough to put me in a new room. That was a lot better but the shower drained did not work. The breakfast sausage was raw. I didn’t notice someone from housekeeping mopping the tile floors. But the rooms definitely need more attention.

The privacy lock was broken on our door, and they did not fix it. The air conidiation did not work and the room got hot during the night. The facility was dark and needed cleaning. It was so bad we had to cancel our next night and move to a new hotel. There were bugs in the other room where my daughter and grandchildren stayed. We had to change rooms with them because the kids could not sleep on the pull-out bed because of the bugs. Also, that room had a very bad smell the worst I have seen in a hotel. I have stayed in many Marriott hotels and they were very good. This was the first Marriott that we have any problems with.

Got to the property with family. My parents room did not have a working privacy bolt and when we informed staff they said there was nothing they can do till the morning. In my room in the pull out couch there was bugs so I couldn't let my kids sleep on it. The room itself has a musty smell to it and one of the windows wouldn't open making it hard to try to even air out the room. We had booked 2 nights and left after the first night because of the state of the room. I would not recommend this hotel. That being said the Expedia representative I spoke to was amazing and they handled everything with concern and sympathy.

My stay was okay but I would not return. there were a few issues. The room was not cleaned very well when I arrived and the elevator was broken, which made things difficult since my room was on the third floor, the experience could have been better. Property photos do not match.

The location was perfect. Down from The Ford, 20 minutes from The Galleria mall. Near any and everything!! Bed was pretty good to sleep on. Outside could have been cleaner. Lots of trash around doorways! Doors to Outside were not locked, anyone could enter. Maid service is pretty rude, if your room is not secured they will just open the door without knocking daily! Really early. It takes all day to get clean towels back.

The property stay was great! The pullout bed was Terrible but all pullouts are that way! I will stay there again just need to make sure we don’t have to use the pullout! Everything else was so good!

I had a really late check-in due to my flight being delayed. Upon arrival to the hotel, there were strange men in the lobby, ogling me and my nine-year-old daughter. The front desk staff stated to me that we had the last room of the night and that although the room was on the third floor, the elevators were down. Upon reaching my room, as soon as I closed the door and tried to put the lock on, the room’s lock did not work. It is completely unacceptable to have someone check into a room whose locks do not work. I did not feel safe at all. My daughter and I had to check out within less than 15 minutes of checking in. Additionally, due to there being a cheer competition in the area, it took me hours on top of hours just to find somewhere else for my child and I to stay. We were almost homeless for the night due to the hotel staff not making sure that the room conditions were acceptable before checking in. I refuse to have my child and I become victims of trafficking.

Breakfast was underwhelming

The room was clean. The a/c made loud noises constantly. The elevator was broken. It was okay. The location was great

The only thing was that the elevator wasn't working at the time. However they were working on getting it fixed.

The breakfast was okay. The location was excellent because of it's location. Close to everything including both of my children and all restaurants. The door to the room didn't close completely. The in sink aerator didn't work and the closet door was off track,

I could hear every step that the person in the floor above me took. The room smelled like someone had cooked something that was heavily seasoned. Our clothes still smell like the room even after coming home. The cable channels were off, like the guide would say ABC but it was really TNT, for example. The Wi-Fi didn't work on my phone. Housekeeping walked into the room one hour before checkout while we were getting dressed.

Comfortable but they lied about my Bonvoy Points. They said I would get my Bonvoy Marriott points regardless how I booked. I stayed 6 Nights and received 0 zero points. Staff very monotone. The cleaning lady was the Nicest to me. She gave me extra coffee for my room when I asked Lied about my Bonvoy Points. I didn't receive any points for staying 6 nights.

Waiting for call back a supervisor. When I got to the hotel that could not check me in bc the room was damaged due to plumbing and the hotel was SOLD OUT.

The room was perfect since i needed 2 bedrooms. I like everything about the set up, amenities and everything else with the room. Staff was really nice also. Need to check out the beds though. My grandson may have had bites from bed bugs. They weren't discovered until he got home.

First room door lock didn't work. Second room dishwasher stuck out in the kitchen. Front desk was amazing but over all hotel needs some fixing.

Clean and attractive property, helpful front desk, no issues with anything in the room. Best value in the Legacy area, strongly recommended.

This hotel room had two separate bedrooms. I absolutely loved it, now we could've used another bathroom and please more mirrors. The pullout sofa bed was not great. But overall the bedswere soft the pillows were great.

Room surroundings not quite early morning there was lots of noise dnt know what but when called up at front desk they were ok with this as some maintenance or some cleaning out side going on but it'sreally annoying and disturbing

Cute little place to stay at. The staff was great! Cute little hotel! First room I checked in was dirty but they did let me check in at 11 so it wasn’t really a problem they did move me to another room. Which was great! This was completely on me. I booked the wrong room type lol. I have no complaints about my stay!

Manager and front desk staff abusive and dismissive. Ignored 5+ requests (lost count) to repair shower during my extended stay when accessibility was crucial following hospital discharge.

Check in was easy and fast. Room was super clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

Hotel is really old and definitely needs a make over. Not the best place

The dresser drawers in our unit were crooked or broken. The hallway smelled fresh. Our rooms smelled stale and mildewed.

Bathroom is very tiny and no mirrors. One bathroom mirror that is such an inconvenience. Will not book this hotel again.

Extremely dirty, smelly, broken, thrashed and not taken care of. Lots of mold and just not taken care of at all and needs lots of repairs. The entire place smelled of really strong chemical cleaning odor that was hard to tolerate. I believe the nice family running it is doing their best, but they may just be in over their head.

I sent the email for the manager but he didn’t respond to me.

A few issues with the property. The bathroom door wouldn't lock. Also, there were apparently some foundation issues, as the drawers in the bedroom didn't fully close and there was a noticeable crack the bedroom door. They had attempted to shimmy some cardboard beneath to fix it, but it didn't really work that well. I signed up for room service every other day, but had to go to the front desk to request it when they hadn't come by Day 4. Also, we noted that we had 3 guest but they only set us up with enough towels/washcloths for 2. The facility was clean and located in a good area and the staff was friendly. Overall, I'd say the stay was a 3 out of 5 due to the issues.

Staffing members are very polite, cleaning ladies are wonderful, kitchen is very convenient

Everything was good. The return of deposit took entirely to long..as a matter of fact still waiting out 07/08/25. Overall Enjoyed stay and would definitely book again

You can also enjoy evening walks.

Amazing place to stay plus the breakfast is on point.

Breakfast is good. Can be better with seating and location. Gets crowded with 10-12 people. Elevator and washer was not working when needed. But full kudos to Julie from Frint desk for allowing us stay beyond checkout time due to our flight timings.

Of in the lobby. First floor room 114 was a little noisy. I could hear neighbors clearly and above had stomping. Overall a Comfortable room for my week stay.

Our room smelled so bad. I complained to the front desk and was told, they can't do anything. Very bad condition.

Never really had any problems here except for this stay. The hotel was overbooked and the company site or expedia was not current. I arrived by uber and didnt have a room. There is a process for this but the desk clerk didnt know the steps and I as a titanium elite customer was stranded and out of an additional $200 for the night.

Efficient check in process, friendly staff. Place is clean.

The building’s interior smelled wet or damp, the entry door to the room had an inch or more gap at the bottom. You could see the hallway clearly while sitting on the couch. The doors didn’t seem properly hung nor secure. Unknown man entered our room within 30 minutes of us being there. He looked creepy as well. Someone banged on my door, then ran and slid the do not disturb placard under the door. After that, I received a noise complaint call from the front desk saying that we were too loud. No one was even moving around in the room. As I was walking downstairs to see what the call was about, I bumped into a guy coming up the steps. He was in the room directly next door to my room. He stated that he was jumped by a group of men 2 days prior. He stated that They forced their way into his room and jumped him. We really felt completely unsafe at this point. Seems more like a motel and definitely not of the Marriott brand. WILL never stay there EVER AGAIN

The breakfast not much option for gluten free but that is in all other hotels. I loved my stay and definitely recommend it and will do it again if I come around the area.

Nice comfortable suite, well equipped and clean. Only down side was that breakfast was not available before 7 on weekends.

Everything about this hotel is great. This was the second time we stayed here and what more can you want? Why pay more for other places when you can get two private rooms with a kitchenette. Plus a continental breakfast

Excellent all around - staff very helpful!

The hotel was perfectly reasonable. The room was comfortable, however there was a slightly stale odour hinting the room could do with a deep clean. The TV was also quite awkwardly located. The fitness room was well equipped, but wasn't regularly maintained (towels weren't replenished for two days, clock was wrong by an hour). Breakfast was generally good, nice range of hot and cold options.

Everything except for the room temperature was great. The room temperature kept changing back to 78 degrees and the outside temperature has been at 100 or above. 78 is not acceptable.

The hotel staff are very nice & accommodating.

No major complaints. Found one long hair when I went to use the phone. And can hear the person above me walking around. As well as people talking in the hallway. Bed was great. Hot breakfast was OK. And I am assuming, that the hold that was applied on my credit card at check-in, for 'incidentals,' will be removed in a timely manner.

Place was exceptional especially for the Price!

The property and are was nice, the staff was average. The only thing is, just when you stay somewhere everyone should all have the same respect for others, because one customer has been there forever doesn’t mean they should be allowed to be loud or not take control of their families and be allowed to make all the noise and disturb others.

Only had a couple issues with the stay. As soon as we checked into the room we had to kill a couple of bugs on the bed and on the walls. It wasn’t bed bugs so it was probably just bugs that made their way in. Biggest complaint was the “breakfast”. They put some pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches out along with some cereal. Nothing was made there in the hotel and it wasn’t good. We had to go buy breakfast both mornings we were there because it was gross.

The hotel smells of weed through much of the facility. However I didn’t feel like things were dirty at all. Staff was very nice and helpful. Continental breakfast was not so great.

Please was clean and quiet. During my check in the staff didn’t greet us, didn’t say hello can I help you or anything. If he didn’t it was so low I didn’t hear him. During the check in process he talked so low I could barely make out what he was saying. Breakfast could have been much better. I didn’t eat.

We loved our stay here, room had everything you need, service was on top too, very clean, we had a little accident in the room and they cleaned it immediately, they were very courteous and breakfast was also very good, we are definitely visiting them everytime we go to Dallas

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was not the greatest. Coffee maker in room had mismatched carafe and lid causing it to overflow from top. Went to front desk and they commented they would let them know. Not sure who them is but did not expect it to be fixed considering they didn’t ask my room number. Was also extremely frustrated when woken at 7:30 Saturday morning by leaf blower cleaning pool area.
