the updates in the hotel are super nice. The rooms look amazing. However, the food is not quite as good as it used to be, and not as much to choose from on the menu. that is the only change i do not like.

The rooms are nice but seem a little older even with some renovations. The staff was super nice and helpful! We stayed here after our wedding night and we got a free upgrade which was so generous of the staff to do for us. I would stay here again for sure!

I loved this hotel. Clean, comfortable, unique and very quiet. I will be back

• The guest experienced multiple lockouts and found the front staff rude. • Soap dispensers were broken, and parking cost $10 daily for an empty lot. • Amenities were scarce, with expensive bottled water and a coffee maker requiring purchased water. • The bar was often unstaffed, and the guest was eager to leave.

The lady at the front desk was amazing!!! Our bathroom floor was dirty. I believe from recent construction. She quickly changed us to a different room. The lobby smells amazing!!! Pool area is very pretty!!!

Amazing stay at The Clara Hotel. The property was very clean and gorgeous. It smells amazing! The room was so nice and I loved how sound proof it was. There were people downstairs in the courtyard and I couldn’t hear a thing. Comfortable pillows and bed. We will be back!

Air conditioning did not work. Ask staff for help 2x and they brought a fan instead of an AC repairman.

Very nice hotel! Close to many restaurants and made it a walkable stay for food and goods. Breakfast is very simple but they do have a beautiful restaurant. Definitely recommend staying here for a night or two.

The only thing I would wish for is late dining. On your website it stated that the restaurant was open till 11 PM. I checked in at 10 PM and I was told there was no food available.

Me gustó el olor del ambiente muy agradable y limpio los baños y cuartos.

I was impressed with the renovations of the hotel. I plan to return to the hotel on my next trip to Plano.

I like the hotel! Thank you

The water was inconsistent. The water never got hot just warm. On the morning of departure the water would only come out cold. A few times the lobby and dining area smelled like gas. The bar was advertised to close at 11 upon check in, they closed at 9:15

Hot water in the shower didn’t work, I tried calling down to the front desk but the phone wasn’t working either. On my way out for the day I let the front desk know and they had it fixed but somehow that messed with the toilet and the toilet was making a ridiculously loud noise all night every 10 min, making it impossible to get good sleep. Again, couldn’t call the front desk for help without having to walk down there myself, which I just didn’t do because it was 11pm. Nice aesthetic hotel but has a serious plumbing problem that really threw off the stay for me.

I had to fix the toilet after every use from our whole family. The room was so hot because the ac unit on the wall was out of date. Some of the staff was so sweet but others were not very helpful. The hotel is pretty but it is not very accommodating.

This was my second stay here and both times have been great! The renovation looks fantastic!
- 3/5
It was clean enough. It was under construction which was understandable but just wasn’t what I was expecting. Beds were ok. It was conveniently located to lots of eating places. I did notice they charged me 4 dollars more a night than advertised.

Hotel smelled sooooo good! Check in was smooth and front desk staff was so nice. I will stay here everytime I’m in town. This was my 3rd stay.

We had such a wonderful time! The staff, atmosphere, local…we will be back!

Also, the doors to the pool were locked. I tried to find someone to help and was told that the doors were not locked. But finally got someone to go with me and he said 'why are these doors locked?' couldn't answer. I propped the door open so I wouldn't get locked outside. The pool and pool area are beautiful, by the way. Lovely furniture.

The room seemed very dark. The ligjt in the corner came.on when it wanted to. The TV didn't work. They were nice enough to move us to a room with a working TV, it was 11pm. All in all it was an ok stau.

The location This property is in the middle of construction. Was moved rooms due to no air conditioning. The second room also had issues with air conditioning. The modern look of these rooms is nice although when in the bathroom the light will light up entire room. The over all lights in the room is very dark. The lady who ran breakfast was the only positive experience we had. She was very positive and loved her job and was very apologetic for our experience.

Location Bedding was horrible complained about bedding was told there was nothing they could do. Also the shower head water pressure was super low almost a drizzle explained that to them as well was told sorry nothing they could do. Construction was going on during my stay so when I attempted to leave the property I was blocked in by crew.

It looks like the hotel was closing and the smell was unpleasant
- 0.5/5
Location It was under renovation. There was no bar there was no pool and the price was over $200 for the night. Absolutely ridiculous.
- 3/5
Location was good in relation to where we needed to be. They were in the middle of a reno so I can't speak to much about the overall facility. Room was clean and a decent size and the walls are thick. The lighting wasn't great for getting ready (makeup, etc.) and the bathroom walls do not go to the ceiling so the privacy factor was greatly diminished when using the toilet and there were two of us in the room. The bed was a bit soft for our taste and the hvac unit was loud the first night.
- 0.5/5
The rooms were large quiet and clean. They were renovating the entire hotel and closed all the facilities with the exception of the fitness center. Even one of the elevators was closed and did not have stairs marked which is AGAINST FIRE CODE. There was loud construction all day. They plan on turning the water off from 1 to 3 pm the next 2 days! What more can they do to torture me!!! Oh yes, they didn’t fix the room safe for two days!!!! The staff are slow to process with an attitude that it’s not their problem since they get to go home to a house not being condemned. This must be rectified.

Room was awesome gave me a great deal to upgrade Refrigerator in room

Interesting redesign of an older building into a boutique hotel. Rustic industrial with concrete walls. Our room, no. 329 nor the wing were complete. Our room number was marked with masking tape on the door. The bigger issue, however, were the electric receptacles were nonfunctional or just pulled out of their orifices. The bathroom is partitioned with a plexiglass? panel that doesn’t reach the ceiling. That’s a 3 foot space between bodily functions, steamy showers, and people on the other side?.

Great location Under construction, no gym, sauna inoperable. Several small issues

Everything Nothing

Na More towels

I feel like the bed could’ve been a little more comfortable and also the bathroom sink is so small and close to the mirror it makes it hard to do anything even brush your teeth
- 0.5/5
Normally we love it here. But was very disappointed during our stay. Nothing. Needs lots of work
- 2.5/5
Clean and smells good Our room’s window curtains and blinds do not fully close. Consequently, despite the absence of darkness at night, I woke up at sunrise due to the intense brightness. The direct sunlight on my face prevented me from falling back asleep.

The bed was some what comfortable. The duvet was horrible. It seemed old because the material inside was clumped up and falling apart. Then at 800 in the morning, there was some sort of construction going on in the room next to us. The T.V. was so dim , I could not enjoy what I was watching. The pictures included are from the duvet.
