We were bitten up by the various insects in the bed and roaming about the room. Too bad too as we would have probably stayed again. I suppose that you get what you pay for!!!

No extra covers was frustrating but roaches all over the room (babies and big ones) were completely gross and unacceptable. Because of that we didn’t sleep all night.

Needed a full size fridge. Did the job. Nothing special but clean enough and economical.

Lobby was full of druggies.... i was even afraid to go to my room from parking. I found bug in the room.

Our stay was good. The airconditioning worked well and the room was clean. The only issue we had was the TV was stuck on a blue screen showing one digital channel, the remote buttons did not work except for the power on / off. The lady at the front desk tried to be helpful but she didn't know anything about how to tell us to get it to work. She gave us new batteries for the remote but that was not the issue. We finally just all connected to the wifi and streamed on our phones.

Great location w lots of restaurants & shopping nearby.

Room had issues, the floors felt icky to walk on barefoot, Microwave had rust & Key pad had dirty film that stuck to my finger, no dishwashing liquid to use for dishes they provided. Kitchen counter had orange stains near the faucet. Restroom door would not close. Head board of the bed had hand prints on it. Had trouble sleeping in the bed after that. I wanted to give a good review but just cannot.

We were gone on the morning of the second day, they never came to clean or room, it was a kitchenette, it had basic things, but no dish soap to wash our dishes.. didn’t even offer any at the office… I would stay there again, but will have to bring certain things you would not think you would…

Well maintained and the location next to the hospital was excellent. The 2-3am noises were a problem. My neighbor was quite noisy and no one answered the call to the office.

I didn't have high expectations for this place because I needed somewhere last minute to stay. I genuinely happy with staying here and would come again if I needed a last minute booking. Very convenient location!

Booked two rooms, roaches in one of the two rooms and no toiletries are provided as per the hotel policy, instead the staff argued and made me purchase them. No dryer and iron box.

Reservation was made a month in advance and they were unable to provide a first floor room as requested instead we got 3rd floor. The ac was not working. No information on the tv. They were not willing to provide extra pillows while the ones we had were completely flat.

The bed was comfortable, but that was about the only thing it had going for it sadly. Our room smelt like smoke and we found a roach on the table. It served it purpose for what we needed it for, but unfortunately I don’t think I’d recommend this place

I have seen small roaches. The mirror frame and kitchen drawers appear to have rotted inside. The microwave does not work. The fridge makes a knocking sound and runs loudly. Housekeeping does a good job of cleaning. The front desk is not polite to me.

People running up and down stairs all night being loud and running across the room slamming doors -you could hear arguments and music all night and dogs bark sounds like ppl live in the motel. One room had roaches and the 3rd room our daughter didn’t feel safe so we wasted $93 on her room since she ended up with us. When we checked in and out had to wait on someone to come to the desk - wait time was at least 5 mins or so. We were there due to a family member having heart surgery across the street. Since her surgery was postponed we ended up leaving and coming back 3 days later from out of state - we choose to stay at another hotel and felt way better about that choice. We are still waiting in 2 refunds for 2 rooms due to leaving early since the surgery was postponed. Per the receipt shows refunded but still waiting 6 days later and no refund yet.

I’d recommend this hotel, if you really have to look out for your budget and if you don’t have a problem taking care of everything yourself. The staff could be friendlier. Just the tone and the lack of smiles was irritating. I picked this hotel because of the washing room for your clothes. I didn’t know that you had to pay for the washing machine, the dryer and the washing powder… Also some information on Expedia about this hotel is misleading. E.g. it says 24 hour reception, but the reception is only open from 7 am to 10 pm., etc…

Front desk staff neutral as long as no questions nor requests are made by the guest. Anything you ask for, even as simple as what the cost of an additional night's stay results in loud and enraged behavior from the staff. Great place if you keep to yourself

Very quiet and clean stay. Would recommend this friendly budget inn. Staff makes you feel at home.

Lots of little issues. Did not replace towels when i asked the staff to. Bathroom door has screws in it to keep it together. Elevator buttons need to be replaced.

Quiet area. Also, around a breakfast house which is a bonus. Convenient stores, gas stations etc. We will be coming back here again!

Decent room for price. Reserved 2 weeks ahead of time. Didn’t have my room I reserved. Was told they don’t hold rooms paid in advance and you get what they have not what you paid for.

Cooktop did not work. Towels were smaller than average size. Bugs in room. Fan in bathroom smelled when used. There was barely any toilet paper, and my request for it was ignored. Website said "free toiletries", but there was one bar of soap. Complimentary coffee had no coffee in the packets. Refrigerator would not cool off. There was almost noticeable damage to floor, toilet and walls.

De la manera más amable pido al hotel tome cartas sobre el asunto ya que durante mi estadía de 1 mes en el hotel a mi esposa se le estuvo perdiendo ropa, me gustaría decir que era la del trabajo pero no, se dieron el tiempo de ver las marcas de los pantalones para solo llevarse los buenos, se le pidió después de eso a la gerencia que no queríamos servicio de limpieza para no tener más problemas pero hicieron caso omiso ya sea la gerencia o las de limpieza por qué siguieron entrando y robando, ya ni siquiera limpiaban de perdido el cuarto, ya era el descaro del robo, espero lo tomen en cuenta por favor

The cleaners are very thieving, every time they enter the room clothes and other things disappear. I have contacted the management and they have not done anything about it in the 1 month that I have been staying here.

The room itself was a nightmare. Roaches were crawling everywhere—on the walls, in the bathroom, even on the bed. Speaking of the bed, it had BED BUGS! I woke up covered in bites, which was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I tried to address these issues with the staff, they were dismissive and downright rude. They acted like I was making it up and refused to do anything to help. The lack of cleanliness, the infestation of bugs, and the terrible customer service make this place one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Do yourself a favor—stay far, far away!

Just a horrible experience all over. Front desk rude. Didn’t care our room flooded from the room next door at 1:15 in the morning. No apologies for not getting much sleep and no compensation for wet baggage. Next trip I will stay somewhere else. At least where they have breakfast and coffee.

The room was clean enough, however housekeeping was not that great. Also the room next to us, had a malfunction that flooded their room, which in turn flooded our room at 1:30 in the morning. Management finally cleaned it up, but did not offer any apologies or any type of refund for a ruined night.

Given wrong room first, moved to new room, nothing at all like photos of hotel rooms. Settled down to bed, suddenly super loud alarms sounding no information given to us. Alarms sounded for at least 20 mins, stepped outside my room, people running around, ask someone she said a few doors down the fire sprinklers went off room was flooding. Mind you my husband is handicap, no rooms on first floor, we were on 2nd floor, had my husband start to dress in case we needed to evacuate. Again no notification from office personnel on what to do. Finally after about 25 mins of the pearcing alarm, fire department showed up to turn off water and alarms, again no notification from the office. We finally went back to bed after a couple of hours. Terrible experience, no communication, all around terrible.

Keep up the good work

The experience checking in was not a great one. There is no coffee or tea in the lobby. Breakfast is not served. I had asked for a room on the first floor and my request was not honored. The room it self was clean and no complaints with it. Just a walk away from Baylor Heart which was what I needed.
