Studio 6 Plano, TX

The entire facility had a strong smell of smoke, which made the environment uncomfortable and feel unsafe. I checked out early and would not recommend staying at this property.

They clean every day so I had a nice room to come to after work and I love that

But if you are thinking of enjoying your time while you are there wrong place. There was no shampoo, conditioner or even soap in the room, no hair dryer, no talk or plan for housekeeping. Bed frame make of aluminum and if you are light sleeper like me every move or changing side will make loud noise. No breakfast, no coffee or water fountain in lobby

Phone didnt work in room to call down to the desk. Remote control tontv had electric tape keeping batteries in. This place was horrible!!

The room was well equipped and had a kitchenette. The room was stinking. Though I had opted for a non-smoking room, the one I got seems to have been smoked in. This caused me a severe headache. Also, the lobby smells of smoke and weed perpetually.

I like the location. The room was very comfortable. Well we i got there i went to my room. I paid for a double bed, I got the right room but then they come tell me I have to move to a single room or i can get my money back an leave. Mind you I'm in my double bed room get myself together. I had the room for 1 week an I got the room cause I was traveling from Mississippi. So if I didn't move to the single bed room I wouldn't have a room for the week. So I move to the smaller room. The staff was rude.

The bed was comfortable, washers and dryers worked good. They put me down stairs by the desk. I have a dog and that night she was just pacing, all we heard all night was the bell for service. The tv wouldn’t work right. The motel was in a busy section of Plano , so you smelled heavy POT smoke.

Every thing was perfect

Its right off the freeway so you can hear the cars.

The Location was good because it wasn't too far to get to our destination. I like it had a kitchen and what n3o so you can cook if yoi want to. Its right off the freeway so you can hear the cars.

good price i saw a few roaches. The outside had trash and broken glass alone the walk way. and the property is going through renovations.

Clean safe and quiet

The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-organized. We were impressed by the workspace and well-appointed kitchenette. We enjoyed eating take-away at our little table, storing the leftovers in the spacious fridge, and watching World Cup on our own timetable. The sheets were amazingly soft and the pillows firm and full. I appreciated the iron and ironing board. Mike was particularly helpful when our TV remote needed replacing, but the staff overall were welcoming and polite.

Needed a pet friendly place to sleep for a bit mid-road trip. Walked in and saw a cockroach in the hallway. Walked into the room and there were giant bed bugs. Left immediately and was told I was getting a “one time courtesy refund”.

The halls and room smelled like cigarettes, the lightbulbs were so bright I had to turn off the lamps; the sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain, and the the door lock wouldn’t work. I didn’t stay the 2nd night, felt unsafe.

The toilet kept stopping up with barely any tissue in it, The t.v wasn’t working properly during the whole stay. The Air conditioner gives off a weird smell like it needs a new filter. The phone in the room to call the front desk was not working.The room stink and it was no other rooms available.

I waited 3 hours to get my room because hotel.com could not coordinate with studio 6. Plano to let them know that I reserved a room. So I didn't get to go to bed til 2 am and I had work at 6am them know that I had reserved a room

Best studio 6 i have ever stayed at. Room was great, bed and pillows super comfy, the kitchen was great had everything we needed to cook a meal. The staff were incredibly accommodating, checked with us everyday to see if we needed anything. Also great location!

We moved to a second room, and unbelievably, it was just as bad. The sheets were stained there too, and the room felt dirty overall. The shower didn’t drain, so water quickly backed up while showering, which was disgusting. The final straw was finding a cockroach on one of our toothbrushes. That is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of cleanliness and hygiene. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. If you care at all about cleanliness or basic functioning amenities, avoid this place. Management seriously needs to step up because this was nowhere near acceptable.

I checked out after one night even though I paid for three because there was a roach in the kitchenette area. Staff was nice and everything else was fine. They refunded my deposit right away. I need to request a refund for 2 nights from Expedia. Staff checked to see if he could refund two nights. No go because of this 3rd party booking, but I appreciate that he was willing to check it out.

Really nice hotel

hotel was clean, everything seems to be clean, bed was comfortable, good location, I would stay there again, good for the value, was not noisy, the only problem was at night or when the room was dark baby roaches would come out, they were so small almost not noticeable and blended in with the countertop. I told the front desk, they said it's hard to keep them out with people bringing food and cooking. It wasn't like they were running all over the place, but they were there. hopefully they can get them under control.

The pillows, bed and linen smells like body odor. I had to get some febreeze just to stay in the room.

Had 2 bars of soap. Someone kept having their dog bark all the entire time like they have no manners at all. Outside of the hotel there are people smoking weed or something..

This place reeks of cigarette smoke even if the room is for a nonsmoker, the room is dirty and has cockroaches all around the room my stay was not at all pleasant and I would never recommend this place to anyone at all.

The manager was rude and the room had stains on the wall (looked like blood splatter) and hair left on the sheets that wasn't ours.

room was fairly clean.. kinda loud outside the room window, lot of activity going on around 2 a.m but it was safe and clean.. would def stay again.
