The room was clean and comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was good, and happy hour was a nice touch. Also, Central Market is close, so easy to pick up deli and bring it to the room.

Room was great but they forgot to take the trash out from under the sink from the stay before us. No biggie though. Slow elevator. Nice pool!

Location and property common areas. The breakfast was mediocre compared to other hotels. Oatmeal was floating in water each day and the other food was dry. The waffles and yogurt was edible.

Loved the room, breakfast, and pool. Very clean and comfortable and the staff was great. We also loved the 12pm checkout. The only complaint we have was there was a horrific smell that seemed to be coming from the elevator shaft. A burning chemical or rubber smell that was so strong you could taste. I am not a picky person (I live on a farm) but it was so unbearable I couldn’t leave my room and made me physically sick in all the common areas and halls and stairways. It was more than just a bad smell it, really made us sick even after getting into our room and leaving the property. All the other guests we came across were having to cover their mouths. We even had to wet a wash rag to cover our mouth and nose when we had to leave our room. I’m not sure what it was but it was not healthy to be breathing. It prevented us from enjoying the extra amenities we were hoping to enjoy because we were stuck in our room. Other than that (which I’m sure was something that was not normal) we really enjoyed the space and it was very clean and comfortable and we would still choose to stay here again when this problem is resolved. We would also love to see the reception hour to be extended to weekdays.

This is always my go to hotel but this time it was ok. They gave us a room with a broken tv. It was fine because they replaced it but I reserved a regular room and the girl gave me a handicap room and everything was nice till we had to take a shower the water ran all the way to our bedroom and had to figure why. The house keeper said it was because they gave us a handicap room and we told her we never reserve a handicap room we reserve a regular room. Breakfast was ok. Our card for our room kept deactivating the whole time we stayed. House keeping picked up our trash one time and gave us new towels like i requested when i checked in. We stayed 3 nights.They only did it one day when they kept calling our room to see if we wanted it. They called again to see if we still wanted it and told us we can only get it done if we can wait in dinning room and let them go clean. My husband just said we just want new towels and trash to be picked up from trash cans. They forgot towels and got the trash from living room and never got bathroom trash. They might have had a off day or idk. They are really a amazing hotel and I will continue go to this hotel because we are all humans and have off days.

Very nice and full buffet breakfast, gave 4 stars because kitchen needs more useful utensils for actual cooking in the room, but the dishes were helpful. The staff has excellent customer service and free use of laundry machines are a strong plus

The elevator had a strong oil smell and by the first floor restrooms smelt like sewage. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean and the pool and the hot tub were also clean.

Front desk staff was great and very helpful however the conditions of the rooms were very poor. There was no hot water to the bathroom sink and the room furniture was stained and raggedy. The room also had a musty smell that I could smell on my clothes whenever I left. There are plenty of other amazing hotels for the same price and in close proximity that I will book next time I visit Plano.

When I walked into the Staybridge Suites, I immediately noticed how clean the property looked and smelled. The front desk people were beyond friendly; they were also very patient and eager to please. I often stay at Staybridge propertied around the US, but this location was head and shoulders above any other one I have visited in the past.

Okay stay

Kids and I loved the pool and hot tub! I appreciated the small outdoor area behind the pool too, where I could get some sun and the kids could dry off .before heading up to the room. My older son and his team enjoyed the basketball court. The card entrance and court yard layout made me feel pretty safe overall traveling by myself with younger kiddos. Breakfast was just above your average continental buffet (I really enjoyed it) and the staff very helpful and I also appreciated their attention to detail. Our room was very spacious in my opinion (with a nice kitchen set up, better than most I've had) and the shower area was very pretty! There was a small questionable stain on our comforter and a few strains of hair on bathroom rug. But overall experience really outweighed the two negatives.

The hotel itself was amazing. The staff was next level incredible. The beds comfy, the suites gorgeous. Unfortunately my sister and I experienced a tragedy on this trip and lost both of our husbands in an accident. The staff of the hotel was so kind & compassionate. They bent over backwards to serve us as best as they could. Thank you so much friends. His mercies are new every morning. Lamentations 3:22-23.

When you 1st walk in you receive welcome each time. One on one communication with you. We enjoyed ourselves in search a cleaned room.

Our room was spacious and we had comfortable beds that were clean. The bathroom sink had enough counter space to use my bathroom tools. The kitchen amenities were well stocked and we were able to use what we needed to make our coffee and oatmeal. Overall a really good experience.

This was one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. The rooms were cleaned, the towels were fresh, the dishes were Always washed.

Room was clean staff was very friendly. Checked in with ease. Suite was very nice and well stocked. I didnt make it down for breakfast but the pool was cool. I mean that literally. It was supposed to be heated. The kids didnt care so I guess it was still a win.

Dryers do not work. I put my clothes in 3 different dryers and none of them worked. I had to take my wet clothes with me in my suitcase.

We got a room with one bed and fold out couch No problems Asked for additional bedding for the other two guest. Acted as if it was a big deal. We got two towels in the room. Asked for two more towels. Again acted like it was a big deal. I would only recommend for construction workers who just need a place to sleep. Breakfast okay. Would probably not stay again.

There was a “floss pick” on the bathroom sink from a prior guest when we arrived. It grossed us out. Additionally, it was extremely noisy as the people above us stomped around and dropped stuff loudly until almost 12am. We called the front desk and they stopped stomping for the night, but resumed again, waking us up at 8am. We could hear every time a door to a room in our hallway was closed. It seemed they had a tough time managing spring break travelers. We skipped the free breakfast because it was entirely ridden with children and we feared that this meant it was unsanitary. The AC was very poor and we woke up clammy and sweaty.

The hotel was completely unprepared for the amount of customers they had. It is NOT the front desk’s fault but a failure from top down. The room we got had a pull out couch, but we were only provided sheets, no blanket. Went to get a blanket and there were a bunch of others also needing blankets . The desk peeps. Kept having to leave to go to housekeeping so a lot of waiting happened. The pull out couch

Needed a place to stay and work for a few days during a remodeling project at home. Room was comfy and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

The room is pretty good. It could have been cleaner. The bathtub was draining very slowly when we got there. The maintenance guys got it fixed pretty quickly - it was probably just clogged with hair (it happens). This room would be significantly better with two queen beds even if they were sort of squeezed in there. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast is just ok.

This was my first time at this property. Very clean hotel. Amenities are very important to me, and there’s literally everything here. You won’t have to leave unless you want to. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I will be returning again for another stay. I hope everything remains the same, unless they upgrade. Thank you!

We stay here often. Daughter is at UT Dallas and this hotel is right around the corner from campus. They have breakfast which is great! Having a small kitchen with a mid sized fridge is also a bonus when traveling to Dallas.

The location is great, the bed was very comfortable. My issue was that it was a suite with a kitchen, but there werent any cleaning supplies there. We had to buy dish soap, sponges, etc. We had to ask for a skillet to cook with. All those things should be in the room already. Also the water pressure was very low in the shower.

I thought when i booked the room it was for two queen beds but it was actual two full beds. As well as the fact my spouse forgetting her wedding ring. We came back not even 15min later after check out and they lied about not seeing the ring or knowing its were about after my spouse checked herself. Just to bring it to her not even a minute after being upset and wanting to escalate matters.Nonetheless breakfast was not worth anything only thing convenient was the location of the hotel.

There was a mix up with our room at check in, I can’t remember her name but check in Friday May 9th around 9 pm. She called her manager and made sure that my family was comfortable. Thank you so much!! Awesome job!

This was my second stay at this property in 2 weeks. Medical travel overnight. The room was well appointed and comfortable. However, there was an issue with lack of heat. Even with the thermostat set to 75F, the room temperature only rose to 59F overnight. Good thing I grew up in Wisconsin!

This is an amazing hotel. Indoor pool and hot tub is a HUGE bonus. The breakfast is great. Fitness center has adequate machinery. We just happened to be in the only room on the ground floor right by the elevator and lounge...so we heard everyone else at the hotel...Other than that, Staybridge is a solid choice...just ask for a room further from the front.

This was an overnight for medical reasons and I am very pleased with this property! Great room and the check in ws smooth and quick. The breakfast buffet selection is limited, but I was happy with the offerings.

No handicap room available, pet fees not on website. I had a service animal and was charged 75$ I was not aware of the charges. The noise wasn’t handled? There were kids playing in the hallways, like 15 kids from some football team. Of course they placed us on the same floor as them. I was in 404 they were in 402. Front desk doesn’t care about the complaints they just basically say oh ok.

The front desk clerks did not care and did not want to be bothered. A Refund is EXPECTED!

The double beds are full and not clean and the breakfast is acceptable. Other than that the property was great and clean and safe.

Walls must not have any soundproofing. People in room above us were very loud and the hotel staff did little about it. Breakfast was free but not good at all. Hotel does have a very nice indoor pool and outdoor grill area.

You needed to be a rocket scientist to figure out the TV. The internet kept going out. The elevator was not working so had to carry our bags 3 flights of stairs. They were working on the floor above or the people that stayed upstairs had concrete boots. Will never come back the price was not worth it. We wish we stayed somewhere else.
