The staff were great. My AC was out at home and I decided to grab a hotel. The front desk noticed I was miserable and got me refreshing water while I checked in. My AC was out and theirs wasn’t much better.

All TV doesn't work properly. Specially YouTube, Netflix was working in Bedroom but not in living room.

Asked the staff for items like towel/extra soap when I was staying there. No one came to deliver or acknowledge they forgot to send up the amenities

The front desk staff was the friendliest I have ever dealt with. The entire place was probably the cleanest one I have ever been too The indoor pool was great! It was storming outside, so being able to still swim was fabulous! I was disappointed that the hot tub was not in working order, but that was jus a minor inconvience. I would have loved to taken advantage of the free breakfast, but I overslept, so I can't say anything about that. Oh yeah...the best part? Most places want you out by 10 a.m., this check out was at noon, which made such a huge difference! Definitely going to stay here again!

My family and I absolutely love this hotel it’s the best by far. We always look forward to booking. The staff and amenities are always 10/10 very quiet property and in range of plenty of stores and and restaurants.

The staff here were nicer than any staff I've experienced in my other stays. Everything was clean and well kept. The breakfast was really good with multiple options. We stayed for a full week and really enjoyed it.

Grill area , pool area, breakfast , and also parking near the doors made it easier to get my kids in and out safely. Pricing for snacks up front but I also understand.

The front desk guy (Asian) didn't seem to be happy to help the clients, and his face was not showing welcoming. We did like him at all.

Breakfast was delicious with iced coffee as an option. I loved the little mini soufflé. The pool and hot tub were great and excellent laundry facilities.

Pool was ice cold for indoor pool and we were unable tonswim in it even though it was open to swim. The spa/hot tub was out of order. Paid extra for people in our room but was shorted towels, toliet paper and amenities until we had to go to the front desk to get them. Very disappointing for the price we paid.

Great location! Near highway 380. Minutes away from I-75, North Dallas Tollway and tollway 121. Lots of restaurants around the areas. Central Market is five minutes walk away! Melyssa in the Front desk can’t be more sweet & friendly! We definitely will be back!

The staff is super friendly and always greeted us. They didn’t give us weird looks every time we Door Dashed food to the lobby. The breakfast was amazing and there were healthy options available. Plenty of room to sit downstairs. I like how our actual hotel suite was divided into sleeping area and living area.

Next is Breakfast, today day 4 I got some potatoes, last 3 days nothing is veggies except spinach leaves. hORRIBLE NO VEG options, only waffles in 2 places, 3 types of eggs, sausage, bacon and egg ham. Same clumpy oatmeal everyday, Like other hotels have pancakes, No potatoes or potato hash with onions, bell peppers, very minimalist breakfast, no milk cartons,more coffee and tea options, more yogurt options, more pancake machines, usual nonsense. Pillows sunk, Shower is half door all water on floor outside. We complaint about the people next door banging our wall and people upstairs running at all hours. Nothing was done. Cleaning crew is not great either. Now we all have CoviD

1st room was full of ants in the kitchenette. The lights flickered. 2nd room the toilet would not flush. Front counter girl had no care in the world. The GM never even called us back about the crappy rooms and service.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and big and the amenities were terrific! The breakfast was good with some extras that made it better than a normal free breakfast. Will definitely return.

We had a perfect stay and no weird smells like at other properties. Friendly staff and reasonable prices with breakfast included.

We upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. It was very nice and clean and worked great for our family. The kitchen was nice as well and we enjoyed the indoor pool. We visit this area about twice a year. We will definitely be back! It's also near a Central Market, some restraunts and a Walmart.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Central market around the corner was very convenient. As with other residence inn properties we have stayed at, we don’t understand why indoor pool is not heated. We actually split our stay and moved to a location with a heated pool.

The room was great and very clean. The staff were all very nice and the amenities were fantastic. I had 2 things that were great. 1. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable. If they can get thicker mattresses or offer a topper for the that would be nice. The second was no fault of the hotel but a car alarm went off for 3 hours straight starting around 1am. Maybe car registrations to be able to know which guest it was might have helped. Again, no reflection on the hotel nor staff as a whole. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean rooms, showers and kitchen, the breakfast options different every day was nice and good too. Nice pool enjoyed hot tub and the fire pit. We enjoyed our stay they made it accessible for my father that had surgery near by, giving us a room where we wanted for it to be easier for him , tysm we appreciate you. Definitely staying again

The Residence Inn provided all I needed to high standard for my work trip. Room was clean, well appointed and the staff friendly and helpful. The cost of incidental drinks was quite ridiculously high however $15 for two bottles of normal beer!! Breakfast was good varied and fresh each morning so well done there. All in all a good stay.

The first room we received had a moldy smell. We noticed a shop fan being used to dry the carpet. As soon as we reported the issue, it was resolved. The supervisor on site empowered the young man at the front desk to upgrade our room and apologized for the inconvenience. Our family was impressed and pleased with the outcome. Thank you for resolving the issue with professionalism.

The property is in need of a remodel . The decoration is outdated and the furniture is of inferior quality . Our first rooms thermostat wasn’t working and walked into a hot room , our second room had unfinished patchwork in the ceiling. Overall a good experience but not amazing

It was a nice stay, there was nothing that was horrible that I would approach management to express my dislike. But they do allow pets but I was informed at check in that housekeeping needs to clean our room every day during our stay while we were there. Which isn’t that big of a deal and luckily we had the time to notify housekeeping when they could access our room so they can clean it. So this is their way to make sure dogs are not damaging their property which I totally understand but it’s kind of a pain to figure out a time when you will be around when housekeeping is on property. Also the water temperature was not very warm and not at all hot. And I took a shower at 4:30 a.m. so not like there should have been much demand at that time.

The indoor pool is great! The employees do a great job of maintaining hygiene. I am a fan of the breakfast options.
