The closeness to all the places we needed to go The chairs in the rooms were worn and dingy. Scuff marks all over the walls. We couldn’t ask for a late check out the night before. We had been out really late and had to wake up early just to call down and ask

The staff was pretty rude, and in the room the TV is pretty much useless and the bed is so stiff. You would think you were laying on hardwood floor, it’s fine if you’re mainly doing activities and restaurants and stuff, but if you’re looking for a relaxing type of place where you can really hang out in the room and have a good night, then I wouldn’t recommend this place

Clean and relaxing

Location is very great the area is quiet and the rooms are nice size. There was no housekeeping service and the restroom in the hallway was out of service and the hallway is very humid and smells like mildew.

Staff very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Area is quiet. Stayed there 4 times in past 8 months. Hard to find a place like this for under $100.

This was my second time staying at this facility. As with the first, the room was clean. Check in staff was courteous. Should I need to make another trip to the Plano area, I will keep this place in mind.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. The exterior and lobby areas need renovation work. You should think about updating the paint on the exterior and more bright lighting in the lobby breakfast areas. The breakfast needs work. I noticed a lot of off brand items (cereal, yogurt, etc.!) which speak low quality. The cereal was stale and was not Fruitloops. The waffle batter was awful, the sausage and eggs — awful! The pasties sucked. The staff only put out little quantities at a time which made me think they were rationing the supply. You can go to Costco, Sam’s, or HEB and get better quality pastries. I was not expecting a 4 star breakfast, but you should aim to have better quality like other hotels who offer a complimentary continental breakfast.

The room had stains on the curtains and the bed sheets. Check in took 20 mins because no one was at the front desk. And breakfast was bad.

The breakfast service was also very disappointing. Food items were stocked in very small quantities, allowing only a few guests to be served before items ran out. Guests were frequently left waiting while food was replenished. The only hot breakfast items available were eggs and waffles. Even the yogurt refrigerator was mostly empty throughout the three days of our stay. In addition, the bed sheets had yellow stains on them. When I brought this to management's attention, I was instructed to take the sheets to the laundry room myself for an exchange rather than having someone bring clean sheets to the room. We were also required to take our used towels to the laundry room in order to receive replacement towels. I have stayed in hotels for more than 25 years and have never experienced a stay this disappointing. This was my first time staying at a Quality Inn, and unfortunately, it was the worst hotel experience I have had.

The breakfast was great...fresh, everything was super clean. Furniture in room was slightly dated. And one of the exit doors to parking wouldn't completely lock on the bottom floor. Staff was attentive.

I will say that Paddy did try to accommodate my every request and was very kind after or initial encounter. Would I stay here again? Not likely unless an emergency or not until they make some cosmetic changes and upgrades. Again, my stay wasn't too bad, just wish it had a cleaner feel to it. Location was perfect and conveniently located with plenty of shopping and food options.

Dont waste your money....went to check in at 7:30 p.m. and room was not cleaned yet, had to wait 45 minutes when check in is at 3. Front desk guy told me wasn't his problem. Breakfast was a joke too.

The reviews here were very misleading, this is no higher than a 5 - and that is ok there is a time and place for a 5 hotel, but our expectations were set higher due to the 8 rating, and this is not anywhere close to that. Too many other options in the area for us to stay here again.

nick was very courteous and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained and all the amenities worked The only thing I wasn't particularly thrilled for was the TV remote not having functions to switch TV input.

It was relatively clean, much cleaner than the Comfort Inn in the same area. The computer & printer were broken but the front desk staff will help you print out necessary documents if you email to them. Breakfast was basic and same daily: cereal & milk, Quaker Oats, toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, yoghurt, apples, bananas. Room service is every 2-3 days. The location is close to many shops and services.

Overall, the stay was pleasant and met our needs. The property shows signs of wear and tear, but it was comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The staff was amazing and helped us out in an emergency situation. Hands down the best experience when they didn't have to be.

place could definitely use a deep clean. smell was a bit off and rooms had a must scent. thin sheets, but luckily brought my own blanket from home. breakfast was the exact same every day and wasnt worth me paying extra to stay here over motel 6 down the street. staff was super nice tho. id consider again if i just need a place to sleep and shower kinda thing but wouldnt count on the breakfast. wasnt something i could enjoy daily on my 1 week stay. Great location, close to everything i needed

This hotel was one of the best that I have recently stayed at when one considers value. For the price, more than a good deal. It is an older facility that could use some upgrades in certain areas. But, overall, a great bang for the buck facility. Staff was always ready to help.

Clean rooms

Basic cheap hotel room, nothing to write home about. The breakfast was terrible. The waffle maker does not work, leaves the inside of the waffle uncooked no matter which way you try. Good enough for what I needed but wouldn’t stay again.

Won’t stay here again. Breakfast did not look appetizing and was very limited. Bed was decent and room was clean. Sink top was busted and tub needed some repair. The staff was harassing of my husband who was traveling with his service animal. He was requested twice to provide proof of his animals status. If traveling with a service animal, be aware and choose accordingly.

The rooms were adequate. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. However, the hotel itself looks worn and is in need of refurbishing. The breakfast was lacking, not even serving orange juice.

The internet is unusable. The staff gives you a tech support line to call as if it's your computer that is the problem when in fact, it's the hotel's problem and they refuse to update their wifi to a usable speed to cover all the rooms. It's totally ridiculous how they deal with the wifi. Heck, I've had far better internet in 3rd world countries. The breakfast is cold and nasty. It's like something that was cooked days before and sat out at room temperature for days on end, totally unedible. The parking lot constantly reeks of marijuana and sometimes inside the hotel as well. I saw somebody letting their dog out in the grassy area next to the hotel when the hotel is supposedly no pets allowed. The insides of the rooms have lots of scrapes on the walls.

Breakfast was less than basic. Just some fake eggs and dry cereal and a waffle maker. I stayed 2 nights and asked for my room to be cleaned and the desk clerk said I should've let them know before 9am if I wanted my room cleaned and then another guy came up and said they would bring me some towels and do a light cleaning. I've never had a hotel not clean on 2 night stays!

There was a “moldy” smell in the room… not sure if it was the carpet but the room needed more air freshener in it.

They gave me a room and it smelled so strongly of mold that I couldn’t breathe, so I left. Then I politely asked if they had a room without that smell, and they changed it, but that one also smelled.Also breakfast so poor nothing!!

I tried to use it but no luck so I went back to from desk and asked to change room the guy said to me no and just tell the manager in the morning so I I spent the night in a same room with no toilet I spoke to the manager in the morning and he said to me sorry and he will give me ten percent off the next time , I couldn’t believe what I’m hearing I was charged full price

I will never stay here again! The room was disgusting the moment I walked in. There was a strong, overpowering musk/cologne smell that intensified when the ac kicked in. It gave me an intense headache after 5 minutes being there! The smell was so bad that it kept waking me up. Didn’t even know that was possible. After the 3rd time of being awoken, we left at 4am. The room was damp also. Even worse, it was discovered that my daughter had BED BUGS in her bed! With all of this I can honestly say this was the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. I would avoid this place at all costs.
