I really enjoyed my stay here, the hospitality received from the staff was great. The hotel room was nice and cozy with all amenities needed such as small refrigerator, microwave, iron and hair blow dryer. The hotel cleanliness is up to par. The pool is always well maintained. The best part I truly love of this hotel is the fact that they have a guest laundry room meaning you are able to do your own laundry and is open 24/7. Most hotels usually charge for laundry services but here all you do is pay 3.75 for washer and same for dryer. I will definitely come back here whenever I return to Texas.

Staff was amazingly helpful and kind. I didn't eat breakfast any days, so I can't speak to that. Good, clean location. Only issue is the halls were very hot... but it's Dallas in August.

Maintaining and unclogging zinc and tubes

We were there after my husband’s dental surgery, and the staff were very accommodating with extra pillows, blankets, toilet paper, and the cleaners did not bother us once as per our request. Check-in and checkout was easy. Breakfast was a little limited. It would’ve been nice if they had had some cream of wheat or oatmeal or yogurt. My husband is not able to eat anything they offered. The recliner in the room was a bonus since he had his sleep upright for the first 24 hours. The refrigerator with freezer helped with ice packs.

We enjoyed our stay at La Quinta Plano. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff helpful and hospitable.We enjoyed the cheerful atmosphere.

Could have been a bit cleaner. The shower door seemed to be installed backwards. But overall the stay was nice and the staff were super nice and accommodating.

The location is good if you are needing to go to the Baylor heart hospital. It was ok for the price, but kind of a dumpy place.

Everything was great how ever one of the elevators was broken during our stay but they have 2 so not a big deal. That was only thing but was happy to see it down for repaired without us have a problem with it. :-)

The only issue we had was the man next door who seemed to be coughing up a lung, but we ran the fan all night and slept well.

We had a nice weekend stay. The elevator was a little janky and the outside door to the side of the hotel didn't work to let people in but the room was nice, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. I would stay there again with my family.

The people were very helpful considering we have some mobility issues. John, at the front desk, helped us immensely by not making us return the luggage caddy back to the front of the hotel which was a great distance to our room. He had a very nice person come and get it. We also had an issue where the toilet seat was loose, but we notified the front desk and they had someone from maintenance come tighten it down, and it was fine after that. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. and the air conditioning worked great for July. It was very hot outside. My only recommendation is that they get more luggage caddies and better handicap access. At the doors we had to use at the back of the property.

Room was clean

I was woken up at 3AM by a barking dog in a room near mine. I reported it to the front desk person took note of it but offered no recourse. The same barking event occurred the following night. Once again I went to the front desk and the attendant said “I don’t hear any barking”. I waited until morning and brought it to the attention of the manager who said “We are a pet friendly hotel”. I said the pet does not have the right to ruin the sleep of other guests. He said he would notify the owner “if the dog disturbs other guests again, they would have to leave.” To which I replied if the dog disturbs my sleep again, for the third night, it is too late to ask them to leave, I will already be awake! He offered to move me to a different floor. So in the end, I lost two nights of sleep and had to move. The dog was not inconvenienced in the least! I should have a sincere apology and had at least part of my money refunded or a voucher for a future stay, although I doubt I will ever stay at La Quinta again. This hotel is for the dogs!

My daughter had an event in the Plano area we had to attend on a budget. We found this hotel at a wonderful price. We were nervous but booked anyway. Right away the staff were nice and the entry smelled clean. Smell is huge for me because I have a sensitivity to smells. There was no mold/mildew smell at all! The room smelled clean! The ac worked great, the water pressure was amazing and the staff were great! We asked if we could have a late check out due to my daughter not being done later in the day and we would have no where to go, and they helped us out! Definitely staying here when we are in town for her next event!

The room was clean. The mattress was sunken in the center. My husband came home covered in bedbug bites. The breakfast was basic and did not accommodate anyone who cannot have dairy. The elevator was glitchy. Our room cards had to be reset three times. The staff was very nice.

The room was big. It needed a new mattress. We also had a dog across the hall that barked 2 or 3 times during the night and somewhere near us was a room with motor in it that made it hard to sleep.

Clean room everyday and you if have to sleep during the day and they can’t clean your room they will set up a time that works best for everyone

Great clean hotel which is the most important to me. They had a nice breakfast as well. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only problem was a terrible smell in the stairwell and near the elevator on the second floor. But we couldn’t smell it in our room.

Air conditioner was very loud and not working properly. It sounded it was about to give up.

I apologize it has taken this long. My stay at the hotel was better than I expected! The breakfast was really good. I would recommend La Quinta Inn to family and friends. I enjoyed my stay, the staff was friendly, helpful and professional! Thank you so much for excellent customer service!

I have stayed here before and I will likely be back again. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is clean and very tastefully decorated. The only issue we had this time around was the air conditioning. Our room felt weirdly humid, and the only way to make it feel less damp was to crank the AC way down to uncomfortably cold temps. Also, the lobby/breakfast area was uncomfortably warm when we were having breakfast.

Every interaction with staff was excellent. room was comfortable and clean. Temperature control, and AC noise was non- intrusive. Streaming choices were very limited. Walking Access to Baylor Heart Hospital was great. Complementary breakfast was reasonably tasty and well tended. All front desk staff were knowledgeable and responsive on all shifts. Overall, a good experience.

Helpful nice staff. Room was ready ahead of time and we got to check in 40 minutes early. After a long drive that was wonderful! Waffle maker which I always look forward to, made Texas shaped waffles! Fun extra! Handicap parking was right next to side entrance which was a few steps from the elevator and our room was the one immediately to the left!

However, room and furniture were old, uncomfortable and outdated. Okay for a 1 night stay. But not extended stay.

My room was below average. It's curtains/blinds were torn in several places and gave the impression of a trashy room. The bed was below average, as it sagged badly on one side. The tv would only work on one channel.

My mom had heart surgery at BSW. The location was great.

Breakfast is from 6-9AM, not 10AM but signs are posted. Beds were a little stiff to me but the customer service made up for it. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was very kind. Building is not in the best condition. If you value silence this hotel is not for you. Walls are paper thin. Bathroom had a lot of hair - not cleaned well. Housekeeping comes at 9am with new towels and a change of sheets. Nice area
