The hotel room was nice but I have a complaint about the receptionist. She was very rude when I came to check in and lectured me with a questionable tone about how to check in efficiently when I was already having a tiring and disappointing day. All I wanted was to check in and sleep in the hotel room but she took so long to lecture me about the proper way to check in that it made me and my friend feel extremely tired.

Excellent stay! The hotel was very well maintained, clean, and had no unpleasant smells. We loved the outdoor pool, and even the laundry room was spotless. The price was incredibly reasonable for the quality—you really can’t beat it! We would definitely stay here again.

The room was great for my family 4. Everything was clean, supplied and comfortable. I really liked the roll out table to comfortably eat meals in the room. The breakfast and pool were wonderful! There's also plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to the interstate. We will definitely stay here again!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff has been absolutely amazing. The staff is constantly cleaning. This is the cleanest hotel I have seen in my 20+ years of travel. The breakfast buffet was great. Kudos to the management team at this hotel. Hilton needs to use this hotel as their standard for excellence.

Clean hotel

The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is friendly and helpful. There was a wide variety of foods for breakfast and the pool was always clean. I love the enclosed dog park as this was very convenient. It is also located within 10 minutes of many stores and restaurants. We always stay here when in Plano.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at (besides an all inclusive ritzy resort). The room was giant, food was excellent, staff was incredible, and price was shockingly good. I wish I could pluck this hotel up and forever stay in it around the world.

Pool and the room Breakfast is ok but not exceptional! I don’t ear pork or ham but they added ham to omelette! I had to eat only toast nrwad with butter!

The room had hairbands left in the shower and ear plugs on the floor. The other negative is only one ice machine for all six floors.

Breakfast was good and room was clean. I accidentally left my phone battery pack at checkout, I was notified and was able to pick it up prior to leaving town—thankful for the housekeeping staff!

The lady working the front counter on 6.5.26 was a sweetheart. This was myself and my nieces first time to text as and she refused us to a great BBQ. Very sweet lady. Give her a raise.

Everything except the heavy noise from air conditioner Air conditioner, extremely noisy, spoiled our sleep. Staff offered another room during early hours, but we continued. Please dix it for other customers.

Very clean hotel, attentive staff, expansive breakfast with great selections, the only two misses. the lack of shower gel in the shower. There was shampoo, conditioner, and lotion by the sink. I like when the shower gel is provided. And only one ice maker in the lobby. A bit inconvenient.

Kind staff. Cait checked us in and was very courteous and pleasant to talk to. Rooms are neat, spacious and quiet. Breakfast is the icing on top. They also have a basketball court which is a highlight for my kid. Thank you

We came into town for a cheer comp. Room was clean, and was a perfect size for my family and plenty of room to get ready for comp. It was quiet and we never heard other people in the hotel while in our room. Breaks was great and delicious. Area was a great area and not too far from other things. We plan to come back for future comp stays.

Pipe was broken, lobby was standing in water but they still checked me in then told me they hoped I didn’t need to use water. It was turned off! But they did move me to a Hampton.

Friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms. The amenities in the rooms are excellent! Refrigerator, microwave, k-cup machine and k-cups, everything we needed to be comfortable and feel at home. Plus the breakfast is also very good with so many options and different breakfast sandwiches daily

Upon arrival, there was a slightly unpleasant smell in the room—likely from cleaning products—but it dissipated quickly and wasn't an issue for the rest of the stay. As a parent traveling with a 7-month-old, the kitchen was a lifesaver. Having a full-sized refrigerator to store baby food made our trip so much easier. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options to start the day, and the staff were friendly and courteous throughout our visit. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay at this hotel! Room was huge (1 BR King suite) and service was fantastic. They freshen up your room daily, which is a rarity these days. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very clean, and we are sticklers for cleanliness, not just neatness. We were checked in by EZRA who was so friendly and answered our questions patiently and knowledgeably. Home2 Suites is now one of our go-to hotels.

The complimentary guest coffee was not hot. I know it was towards the latter part of the day, but expected the coffee to be hot or at least warm, but it was neither.

We needed early check in and they were able to help.

Our AC went out and we needed someone to go for the weekend. This hotel has been perfect! Family of 5 so we had a room with 2 queens and pull out sofa plus small kitchenette. Hotel room is spacious, clean, and comfortable! Great customer service, great breakfast and very clean!

I stay at hotels and vacation properties a lot (60+ nights last year) and I did not have a single complaint about this property. The staff was great, the breakfast was perfect for my family. The room was clean, and I felt safe.

The only thing I would change is the equipment and maintenance in the gym. Two of the exercise bikes weren't working properly and not enough hand weights are available for those wanting a less strenuous weight-lifting work-out.

This was perfect for our family of 7. We wanted a weekend trip in DFW but didn’t want to stay right in the middle of everything. We were able to get 2 connected rooms. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They helped us when our kids accidentally bolted the door and locked us out :-D. I figured they would charge us a fee but they didn’t! The pool was the best hotel pool I’ve ever been to. Our room with the queen beds was comfortable but our King bed was just a little uncomfortable. We still slept well. It was clean, which is a huge relief for me when I book a suite. There was a Kroger and a Neighborhood Market nearby.
