Great place for vacation

There was a sports team -maybe 2- staying and there was quite a racket overhead. Lots of running and yelling (they are kids). Eventually there was enough quiet to sleep. Maybe book sports teams on the ground floor?

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were done every day and the breakfast was good. Enjoyed my stay there.

One elevator out of order entire trip. Right off the elevator and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Room looked clean upon entering but smelled like a used vacuum bag. Bathroom always smelled bad. Water stain on ceiling and peeling wallpaper. Bad ventilation. Breakfast great. Pool cold. Patio nice.

I definitely loved the hot breakfast and housekeeping. I love that they had a workout room and pool. Even though I would for it to be outside. It was hot enough. Mini refrigerator to keep your water cold. Safe in closet. Wish I had a better view, lol. But if you want a nice and cool room and great food, come stay here. I'll be coming back. My first time in Texas.

Excellent stay as always! The hotel is really comfortable and the breakfast is good. Thania, Michelle, Marlene, and the rest of the staff always provide amazing service. I recommend this hotel if you are in the Dallas /Plano area!

My boyfriend and I love coming to stay here we usually go to get away from the summer heat plus is near a lot of locations they we often go visit definitely look forward to coming back and the front desk stuff is absolutely amazing and friendly!

Great stay! Room was clean, breakfast as usual was awesome and the staff member we talked to was very friendly! Overall it fit our needs perfectly!

There was a significant sanitation concern in our room. Not clean and the staff did not do anything to rectify the situation. Won’t stay here again.

The property was ideal for our travel purpose. It was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Only wish it was open a little later. Food choices were awesome and tasteful too. Thanks for making our travel away from home feel very much like home.

AT first Glance the property and the arrival are standard for what is offered. Unfortunately the property has a pest problem and they have untrained staff to deal with the problem as it arises. I would never recommend anybody to stay in a place that is looking to keep their bottom line intact at the cost of sound hospitality and integrous business practices.

I like this hotel and the customer service provided. It was clean and good maintained. The TV was not providing me any Chanel except for the music but to be honest I did not ask for any help. My kids played on the pool they like it. Overall Holiday Inn is good.

If you need to be quiet and easy to communicate with other works, then definitely of plate as you should give him a try

A very nice hotel the breakfast was wonderful. I don’t eat pork and they had turkey sausage. Also which a lot of hotels only carry pork in the breakfast. The outside space was relaxing and the inside as you come in was nice as well. It was just a nice little vibe I really enjoyed our stay there.💜

The breakfast was good. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. The pool room was extremely hot and smelled like straight chlorine. The water was freezing cold.

My wife and I loved our stay. The staff was amazing and welcoming. Check in was quick and easy and our room was clean and comfortable. We loved the breakfast and the variety of food available. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Room was clean and the staff was friendly. The provided breakfast was pretty standard for this type of hotel. The low-flow shower was ridiculous. If you have anything other than very short hair be prepared to spend a long time rinsing out shampoo and conditioner.

This is my go to hotel when traveling but this time it was different, front desk girl was moody, they gave me a different room than what i asked for and the window shutter was not working so when waking up the sun was all on my face. Please keep the standards.

2nd stay at the hotel. Staff has been very nice. Shower drain was stopped up. We asked to have it cleared but was not taken care of.

The room was clean and fresh. Every time we walked in we commented on how nice it smelled. Lol! The breakfast was very good. Biscuit and heavy, eggs, sausage, pancakes, just fantastic options. Plenty of seating for our large group to eat together. It was a very pleasant stay.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing and lots of fresh options. From the moment that I arrived at 2:00 a.m. in the morning until I checked out 5 days later I had an absolutely wonderful stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Although there's no restaurants on site a short 15 minute walk there are a number of great options

I asked for a late check out, and was sharply denied. Despite the thermostat on the wall, changing the thermostat doesn't change the temperature in the room by much.

There was mold in the bathroom, above the shower. The indoor pool was not temperature regulated and was too cold to use. The breakfast was great both days.

Very Clean, my daughter said they had the best oatmeal she's ever eaten and told me to give a 5 star review lol THAT BED WAS FREAKING HEAVEN, SO COMFORTABLE

Yes the room was in good condition,more towels would have been better . The housekeepers took our extra blanket when they were cleaning up and the front desk didn’t try to give us a late checkout under the circumstances.

The staff was very nice. However, the room was not cleaned until the day before we left, and they left one bath towel when there were 2 of us. Also, the shower tub did not have any no-slip stick-ons AND no grab bar, making it slippery and difficult getting out. These safety measures are not just for the elderly. Some people have back problems or knee problems or other issues.

Room was ok mold in the bathroom toilet too low to the ground. Bfast cheese omelet's overcooked hard boiled eggs overcooked. Coffee excellent staff excellent

Room condition was fine. However, there were not enough towels in the room or pool area or pillows. They could not get us more. Ice machines were broken.

Everything was great except not having access to ice. The front desk would provide it most of the time, but one day even they could not. Minor inconvenience.

Its very convenient located right on the main road. There are food options within walking distance. The hotel itself is very clean, large, comfortable beds. The breakfast options were good too. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was truly amazing!! Clean rooms, comfortable beds and GREAT BREAKFAST!! For a hose of us who eat pork it’s a welcome treat to have turkey sausage. Housekeeping came to clean up the room and everyday! Thanks and much for o the front desk staff and manager.
