Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park

While we were out shopping, housekeeping made our bed, provided fresh towels, and restocked the coffee. We truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. Parking was not free, but it was not a big deal for us. Overall, we were very impressed with the hotel, especially for the price. We would definitely stay here again!

I called before I arrived to add my stay to my Hilton account and the desk clerk who answered the phone was very rude.

The only downside was having to pay for parking.

This is a very clean, excellently located Hotel... close to a variety of shops and very good restaurants. We didn't have Breakfast at the hotel though... I would definitely stay again when coming to Frisco.

The overall experience was like no other! Will definitely return.

What I wasn’t really satisfied with cleaning services, I stayed there for three nights four days, they didn’t dispose the garbage, no water was refilled and the same glasses that we were using the night before was still there. My husband had spilled a few drops of a drink on the living room table. I wiped it out and told him that not too worried, they the next day it would be cleaned unfortunately, it wasn’t. Besides that we really had a good time.

So many hidden fees and charges, plus parking fees. No breakfast included.

Toilet would not flush. Maintenance had to come change the ball valve. Room would not cool. Had to move rooms at 2:00 am.

The housekeeper comes and changes towels and trash but they never leave paper towels or tissues or water or clean the coffee machine or wipe the floor. And the swimming pool wasn't clean but the good thing there was towels next to the pool The location of the hotel and the parking is very convenient and the lobby is clean and the elevators are sanitized all the time and no smoking in the hotel which is makes it big difference and it's quiet

Great location, superb ambience, and excellent cleanliness. Staff service was top‑notch. However, despite booking an all‑inclusive package with breakfast included, I was still charged for my kids’ breakfast. That experience ruined the stay, and I will not return.

Room was very clean, bathroom was great, shower worked well, everything stocked. Hallways smelled clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating when we asked for extra’s in our room. A lot of dining options right outside but the bar is great. Rooms are well insulated. We will definitely stay here on our next trip through the area.

I wish the housekeeping had done a better job. Wait staff in the food and bar areas were excellant Housekeeping didn't clean my room and when she did she did not restock toilet paper and left me with no toilet paper. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty.

The Lobby staff was professional. Facilities, and room were very clean. There are a lot of easy access amenities, pool, grab and go, and quick breakfast sandwhich making within the facility. The hotel is also located nearby a lot of restaurants and shops. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Great stay! Clean and newly renovated. Very close to Legacy west it is located in a business center close to shops and restaurants. I would stay here anytime in Frisco or Plano.

It is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. There is a small pond nearby. Very nice place to walk around. It is safe and quiet during weekends.

Power went out one morning. And the outdoor pool wasn’t heated as advertised.

Always a great day, the front desk staff are very kind and accommodating. The beds are very comfortable and the facilities are super clean. It is near the granite boardwalk so you can walk to lots of dining options. It’s also near legacy east and West for shopping opportunities

Easy front lot parking, a clean, upscale lobby and friendly front desk staff is always a great start. Room was spacious, clea and well appointed. Lots of plugs and charging ports (everyone wants that). Didn't eat there because the dining options in a couple mile radius are insane. Legacy East & West alone would providevfor a week. Good location at a reasonable price. Would stay there again.

It was a nice a hotel but it seem that they had some baseball teams there and alot of kids and just no one around to clean up all of the mess.. I had gotten on the elevator several times and there would be trash in there some of the same trash as the first couple of times.. at one point had half eaten pizza in the elevator told the front desk and took some time to get cleaned up and even then it was just picked up and the rest of left over still on the floor. Busy night at the bar the next morning had food crumbs all over the flooor along wtih mud and dirt. just really unexpected to see for a Hilton of this size and price range.

Very clean. Beautiful property. Updated accommodations. The room and bathroom was impeccable. Nice lighting in the room and very comfortable. I loved the walk-in shower with seating. The breakfast buffet was very nice. I appreciated the option of gluten-free bread options. Wish I had booked a longer stay.
