Room is clean enough with stains in walk in shower and a/c unit was so loud I had to wear earplugs to sleep.

When checking in Mark was an absolute pleasure. Friendly and speedy. There were 2 people ahead of us and everyone was checked in so fast. Smiles and cheery. An absolute delight! The shower head was weak but didn’t detour our stay

Check in was friendly. Rooms were very roomy. The breakfast was limited. There were dead bugs in the kitchen, Ice machine was broken on our floor, had to find another ice machine.

We stayed here for my son's basketball tournament. It was super noce and the staff was all nice and helpful. We will stay here again

Rooms were nice. Pool was good. Never got room service to change bedding. Refresh the bathroom or replenish towels. That the fridge did not cool down to keep items cool.

Dead bugs in the floor (4th floor) upon check in. Room smelled mildly of sewage but didn’t think much of it at the time as the whole hotel smelled stale/of cigarettes. Room was hot and bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained. After spending half the day out of the room, we returned to an unbearable smell of sewage in our room, so bad that it was hard to breathe and not helped by the temperature of the room. On our way out to our next agenda item, on a tight schedule, we informed the front desk of the problem and asked that we be refunded for the night as we would only be spending a few hours in the room that night before leaving first thing in the morning and since we were on a schedule would not have time to change rooms anyway. The front desk manager let us know his best recommendation is that he would take care of the night for us… as long as we packed our things and left immediately (even though we were on a schedule and at this point running late and had a small baby). We ended up being late anyway to avoid being kicked out entirely for the sake of the baby and were moved to an equally stale and hot room in which we were denied a fan to help circulate air to keep our infant from overheating in the night. Will absolutely never be staying at any Hampton Inn EVER again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, and everything was nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and pleasant place to stay.

Had two rooms, both never seemed to fully cool off. Stopper in sink for the 1st room was broken, so sink didn't drain. Staff was very helpful (and pleasant) though, moved us into a larger room right away. Breakfast was good. Check in and check out was smooth.

Location was great. Close to shopping and restaurants. The time for breakfast was never shared so I missed it every day. Signage would have been nice to have.

The first people that attended us were really nice and night shift guy was nice. There was just one of the staff that were a little bossy and would not allow us to be in the lobby area. He was always making us move to another area.

The staff was great. There were some minor repair needs to my room door lock, though the staff was attentive and great. I booked thinking I'd enjoy the pool on sunny days -- this is not an environment to 'lay for sun poolside' for which you'd think otherwise from the photo. It's fine for kids to have some downtime. Parking was well-lit. Breakfast bar was good, staff again was great. I wish hotels offering breakfast would offer less generic bland foods that are more institutional than of hospitality. i.e bland chicken sausage patties.. but to their credit, with a week stay, they did change it up daily in cholces. The area to eat and catch up on news, coffee was very nice. Also good is walkability to restaurants and basic shopping. Very convenient location. Roughly 30 min to DFW Airport.

The 4th floor smelled so bad. I thought it was maybe the ice machine but then realized that the smell was everywhere. The sink and the shower in the room, smelled like the water traps hadn’t been flushed or the building had an issue with its sewer line. I felt it was unsafe to use the water, so I ran out to my car, to grab bottled water, to ensure I had water to drink and water to brush my teeth and wash my face with. I’ll never stay there again. Had I not been so tired, I would’ve left the property. There was hair in the bathroom, in the shower and the sink. I know it’s an older building but that shouldn’t have anything to do with the level of cleanliness.

Check in on 3/1 about 4 PM was a bit rough, asked the gentleman on duty to move me to a different room to avoid the loud children next door as I had a 5 AM wake up. Got a song & dance about their not having a similar room available...no other king bed room in a 4 story building on a Sunday night with 25 cars or fewer in the parking lot...that does not ring true. Asked for a flat sheet, took 3 tries before the word "flat" registered with the gentleman at the desk. Flat & fitted sheets are visibly & tactally different! I know good help is hard to find, but good training is easy to arrange.

I was unable to travel due to the bad snow/ice storm and I contacted both the hotel and hotels.com to switch the dates by one week ...when the weather was better and I was told by hotel to contact hotels.com I contacted hotel.com and was told I could switch but it would cost me another 96.00 so I would be paying for two nights instead of one .. I was traveling to Tx and the company I was traveling to was closed.. my flight was cancelled.. I just wanted to switch the date and was told no..I will not be using hotels.com ever again. I had also purchased the protection plan.. what for???

The manager on duty was very friendly and professional. The water pressure is excellent. However, there was no conditioner in the bottle in the shower, the bed is very firm and uncomfortable and the TV is difficult to work. There was no TV Guide available, the channel button hardly worked at all, and you couldn’t punch numbers in on the channels, so you’ve had to very slowly scroll through each station to find something to watch

Miss Chelsea then transitioned to assisting me with check-in seamlessly and with the utmost professionalism. She was enjoyable to chat with while we went through the steps, provided useful information and actually had me laughing.. 10/10 would recommend

The property really nice and clean. It’s located next to everything and close to free way but away from the noise of it. The room was very clean and spacious. The microwave was super clean and so was the fridge.

The room was PERFECT—clean, comfy and quiet. Bathroom had good lighting, where many hotels don’t really bother. Breakfast had a nice selection of options. Lots of nearby shopping and restaurants, plus close to all major freeways in north Dallas. 100% recommend this hotel!

Neighbors kids a bit noisy too late, bathroom sink area too small, light above sink is placed too low so hard to see myself. Short a bath towel when checked in and light in tub area didn’t work. Really liked the two cup coffee maker. Nice full bar and evening food choices.

The room was very relaxing with dim lighting. Perfect for a getaway.

My sister and I were there for 3 nights and not once did the cleaning staff come into our room! And the shower went from very hot to painfully hot!! We could not adjust it at all to make it bearable! But, the front desk staff were extremely nice!

The parking area was pretty safe, but the bathroom was not very clean. The tissue box is half used and look like it had used tissues inside of it plus the bar soap holder on the sink was dirty with stains all over it. Other than that the room was nice

Front desk guy claiming to be the manager was rude and fighting with us about our dog payment.
