Budget friendly clean hotel, nice breakfast , good beds and wonderful staff

Overall the room was clean until we pulled the bed sheets down on our bed. There was a 2 pack of condoms under them. They weren't used thankfully but just means they didn't clean the bed properly. Talked to the manager and got nowhere with them. All they did was accuse us of lying saying they were ours and trying to pull something over on them. I get their argument but having a 10 yr old in the other bed makes that a little hard to use them.

I do not believe this hotel is of good quality. It misleads customers into booking their accommodations. They require a deposit even after the hotel fee has been paid, and we must provide credit card information. The room was not clean, the bathtub is too small, and the shower curtain falls into the tub, leaving us with insufficient space to stand and shower. The toilet and wash basin are designed for children. We checked in late and did not notice the stains on the towels; however, they claim we caused the marks and are charging us $250. It is absurd to impose such a high charge for what could easily be removed in a wash. We have already paid for our stay, yet we cannot use the towels, which may become stained due to sweat. This has been an unprecedented experience for us, and our first stay at a Fairfield has been disappointing.

It is kinda old building. I'm disappointed gym has almost nothing other than dumbbells and some of the work out stuff doesn't work. Room was on first floor and too much squeaky noises were coming from upstairs room. You can hear plumbing pipes are running lot. So not satisfied, overpriced stay. Explained earlier

This is a great place to stay. I would really like to appreciate front desk receptionist Mr Derrick for being kind gesture towards my kids.

Good breakfast

Although it was an older property, it had all the amenities we needed for our short family stay. The property was nestled in amongst two other hotels next door to a beautiful heart hospital. The staff was by far the nicest group of people I have ever encountered at a hotel! There’s nothing to say negative. I suppose if we wanted to use the pool, we may have been disappointed it was closed…

Very clean older property that could use some help (broken tile in our room, hole in shower). The guy who checked us in has excellent attitude and customer service. Breakfast was lacking greatly and pool on not in service as of 6/7/26. Hotel was quiet and good location.

Jay at the front desk did a very good job in checking me in for my room. Made me feel very comfortable and he truly showed that he cares for the people who walk in to get a room. He definitely made me feel very welcomed and had a big smile on his face the whole time. The hotel itself was very well kept clean and smelled well. The parking was easy to find and the staff the next day were nice as well. The breakfast was very yummy. Will definitely stay again.

Had a.good breakfast bar and place was clean. Everything was good expect thr showet was kind of old and dirty.

This stay completely met my needs except some trouble with the hot water. I reported it and was given compensation. Laundry room was a bonus.

Room must have been near the laundry room because of noise and room/bed shaking during day time. I used stationary bike and pool. The treadmill was not working. My room ceiling in 224 needs roof repair from water damage. Floor was quiet. Good cleaning staff and enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. Front desk friendly and helpful.

I am a U.N. law enforcement officer . I was slated to be there 5 days , but I pay daily. I was kicked out and my room rebooked to some sports families for ball GameStop. I am from Brussels.

It needs a good refresh on carpet and paint. Rooms were not super clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast average

Quiet safe

There were a lack of plugs in convenient areas. The hotel needs to be seriously updated. It's needs lamps with the electrical socket made into it. The bed covering was paper thin. The TV didn't work,everytime we tried watching a channel it would reset and eventually we gave up and just watched TV on our phones.

There was roaches and inserts in bathroom and by coffee maker. Never staying here again!

Good stay, the only things keeping it from a 5 star all around; 1-ice machine not working on 3rd floor. I had to go to the elevator to get ice on the 1st floor. It wouldnt be an issue, but I am partly disabled; and the extra walking did take a toll. 2-the A/C unit in the room was really loud when coming on, and kept waking me up.

I choose this hotel because it had a indoor pool for my daughter but we went in to look at pool area and it was very hot in there, we left the hotel an came back the pool had a sign that it was closed.

Breakfast was very good. A wide variety. AC is the kind that makes noise. Walls were thin so we could hear adjoining room tv. We could also hear footsteps in the room above. Toilet is extremely low to the floor.

I stay here everytime I am in town it has gradually gone down hill. The service is not near as good. The breakfast was tettible. The beds are uncomfortable.

Cons - one small wlevator. Temperature was a bit warm. Free breakfast was just decent. Website claimed hotel was only 6 miles from the location we were traveling to each night, but turned out to be more than 20 miles away. Overall the stay was just ok for the peice.

The stay was ok! The pool had wayy to much chlorine in it the smell made you choke and it was extremely hot in there. The sink in our room kept stopping up when you turn the water on. The shower kept switching from hot to cold.

Our stay was a horrible experience. TV was not working, air conditioning did not work very well. We came down for a medical appointment for my wife’s heart. Talked to the front desk lady she did not seem to care when I had asked her to cancel the room for Friday night due to my wife being possibly admitted into the hospital.

Enjoyed my stay very much. My only recommendation is to be aware that they charge a nominal fee for parking on site.

The hotel is VERY dated and not upgraded. Front desk staff very friendly but unable to understand all thay was said because he did not speak very good english. Upon entering the front door, the horrific, over powering stench of burning insence was abundant! The stench of Indian insence gave me a headache the entire nite! The room was clean and well stocked. Very noisy neighbors and kids running up and down the hall. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

First floor room and the window would not close all the way. The staff came and hit on the window with a golf club to try and get it to close. He got it almost closed but it still couldn’t lock. They were booked and had no other room to move us to. Told us it’s a safe neighborhood, don’t worry. Unacceptable.

Overall stay was great. Only issue I had was at checked in. When I came to front desk there was no one around. After waiting for a couple of minutes I've knocked on the door that said "office" a few minutes later a lady came from around the corner and in an angry voice asked if it had been me who knocked on the door? I said yes. He proceeded to tell me she was helping a customer. I understand that but there was no sign saying I will be back in a few or helping a customer. She gave me the death stare the whole time I was checking out. I am not 100% but I think she was also the manager. I didnt knock to get her mad I just needed to check in after a long day at the soccer fields. I didnt appreciate her tone of voice and looks. As I said before a sign saying be back in 10 or helping another customer will be helpful or maybe having 2 people at the front desk instead of one.

I will say that the bathroom and beds were clean, and I appreciate that. But they need to have someone come and wipe down the walls because the amount of splattered ick on the walls was disgusting! Also, I was there with my 70+ year old mother and 7 year old daughter and when we came out of the elevator there were 2 women that were wheeling a cart past us filled with cleaning supplies and sheets and a vaccuum. I am going to assume that they worked there to clean the rooms. The way they were dressed was disgraceful! Booty shorts with they stomach hanging over the front and their butt cheeks on full display! Seriously?! Very unprofessional, and around families and children. Needless to say, I will NOT be staying here again. Oh, And I did report the air conditioning issue. The lady just smiled at me and said, “Ok.”

My kids and I stayed here one night and our AC wasn’t working well. The beds were rock hard and it was so hot in the room even after I had turned the unit to 60° for the entire night. We were sweating. The staff was wonderful though and refunded us. I probably wouldn’t stay again but I appreciated the kindness of the employees

I was unsatisfied with the front desk. I booked a handicap room because i was traveling with my sister who is paralyzed. I was told nothing was available. My sister was unable to use the restroom because it was not accessible. So i had to put her on her wheelchair and roll her to the handi cap restrooms down the hall. There was no where on this property she could go to take a shower. It was such a uncomfortable stay. The desk staff wasn't trying to accommodate me at all she said well thats not what you reserved i explained yes thst is what i had reservations for a handi cap accessible room.

The stay was good. Hotel is a bit outdated. The staff was very friendly. The hotel smelled clean. The beds on the other hand hand dips in the middle. Left with back pain.

I liked that breakfast was included...Hand rails since I'm older. and the service was especially nice. It was an unexpected pleasure. Kudos to the staff for running a well-oiled machine.

Property was for the most part fine. Location was great for us and price was good. The bathroom sink didn’t drain and we were up early (before breakfast) and returning late for sports tournament in area……our minimal time there coincided with maintenance staff being unavailable to fix the sink issue which was frustrating.

Needs to be remolded, very outdated and lighting is horrible in the rooms. The pool was dirty and people had left food and what look like pizza toppings everywhere around the pool- just gross.

Not felt like Marriott, smell everywhere

Got bumped here by orbits when original booking was canceled. Decent stay, low cost. Business only trip for one night. Older property, small lobby, limited breakfast (but free). Room was clean, Standard fair for low end Marriott property.
