Great staff!! Nice set up in the room. Extremely comfortable mattress. Free laundry facility was a really nice touch. Nice gym. So many extras like books to read, games, blenders and other appliances, mini store.

We really loved this hotel! Staff were so friendly and nice. The set up in our room was great and the recliner chair was a really nice touch. I love having a kitchen in our room and a full sized fridge. It was so nice that the laundry facility was free!! They had a nice gym too.

I checked in, dropped off my things, then went out for a few hours. When I returned, my key card wouldn't work. The staff at the desk was very nice, but it took almost a half-hour for her to figure out that my reservation had somehow changed to a different date- AFTER I'D ALREADY CHECKED IN. Finally got into my room and went to bed, only to be awakened at 3am by the toilet making a loud, high-pitched sound. Flushed it a couple of times and that sound went away, but then it wouldn't stop running. Closed the bathroom door and went back to sleep. 6:30am, and people are taking loudly in the hallway. Gave up trying to get back to sleep and just left.

She was very helpful and had me change rooms. Second room was a lot better. I will never stay here again.

The property was clean. The staff was nice. However, the heat didn’t work well when we tried to take some of the chill out of the room. Also, our refrigerator ice maker didn’t work and the hotel didn’t have an ice maker outside of the rooms.

Property was in a fairly good area. There was a loud smell within the suite that remained throughout my entire stay. Not only did I smell it , a few of my classmates experienced the distinct Oder as well.

The room was big and nice. Everything worked. The kitchen floor had some wear and tear that will need to be addressed soon, but it did not impact us. I would have liked a dish sponge and some dish soap so I could clean a bowl without having to run the dishwasher (dishwasher detergent was provided). The staff was great. The surrounding area was very noisy and had a lot of trash laying around and many people did not pick up after their dogs, but these things are mostly out of the hotel's control so I don't fault them for it.

Check-In was okay get to the room microwave didn't work they said it wouldn't be able to be fixed till Monday I got on stairs I called the front desk he told me to hold on 5 minutes she'll call me back I waited 20 minutes she didn't call back. She was extremely rude when I brought up microwave again and never offered to switch rooms the bathtub had mold in it it was very nasty looking would not recommend this place to my friends I would think the management needs to change approach on who they hire as far as hospitality goes. In the past they have been okay but nowadays I would not come back to this place ever again.

Great location. Very clean. The sketchy people staying and the carpet that was frayed made it 4 stars. But over all it was a good stay.

Ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and very nice.

The front desk lady Super dirty. The tables were sticky and visibly dirty and the floor was greasy.

I did not stay there. I had to walk across the parking lot to another hotel. I waited for over 30 minutes in the lobby. I hollered for someone called the front desk multiple times. No one would come check me in. When I called later that night someone picked up and I told him I wanted to cancel my room and she started to argue with me. I told her I called and no one answered and she said yes, she did. I know for a fact she didn’t because I was in the lobby. Awful hotel I will never go there again.

There was so much room deodorizer sprayed through the lobby and hallways we could taste it! It was horrible. We hurried as fast as we could to get to the stairs b/c there was no smell in the staircase - we were on the 5th floor. The queen size bed was terrible; it was depressed in the center and we had to climb out of the center to get out of the bed. The kitchenette with the stovetop was the only good thing about that place.

parking was good and the ammenities were good.......staff at checking and check out seemed more interested in talking on the phone

Everything was great

The kitchen was fully equiped, bathroom clean with fresh towels. Dove soap for shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Which was lovely. Free washer and dryer, and a small store for any toiletries or snacks/ frozen meals. The stay was nice, the worst thing that happened was a hair from the previous visitor was on the bed sheet. No bugs no stink, barley heard any neighbors.

The Desk manager was rude. The worst check in experience in my life.

Everything was good for the short amount of time we were there, it was just an overnight trip.

First room checked into was infested with cockroaches and had to move second room also had dirty bed sheets and bathroom had hair in tub and mold as well as cobwebs and dirty bedroom and lighting - chairs and lampshades with holes and broken tried to complain to front desk worker and she advised I was not allowed to return since I complained about the conditions! Disgusting an embarrassment to IHG

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, parking area well lit, and all outside doors required key access to enter. We felt very safe at this location.

I had no problem finding where to park. I'd would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. A/C was cold, which is very important in Texas summer! Parking lot and entrance littered with trash. Hallways in desperate in need of vacuuming-the whole time I was there.

Kenwood suites is and always will be one of my favorite hotels to stay at Great hotel for the price staff's always polite and courteous it's always clean and it has great perks!

Air conditioning wall unit was loud. ... and old. In-wall fan that feeds cool air to the bedroom from the living room was also very loud... and bedroom never got cool enough. Need to get a central AC unit.

Entrance looked like a service entrance. Staff wasn't very friendly. I would not stay there again.

Worst experience I have had in months. The front did not have any extra towels during our 2 night stay, upon check in Friday night the front desk clerk was definately not the personality to greet guests. I asked him what was around for dinner and he told me "check out the coupons by the tv" that was in the lobby. Every front desk clerk should be able to recommend a few decent restaurants in the area based on the tupe of food and quality of food. Now the room was crap also. The bathroom sink did not drain, a hole in the sheetrock by the recliner and never had maid service to at least make the bed and get rid of the dirty towels once I finally rounded up clean ones. I miss the good old days having your room cleaned and made up fresh everyday. Definately would not be staying here again.

the sink in the bath drained very slowly. Maintenance was gone for the day and they didn't send them the next day. no ice was available at the property.

And keep the A/C going in the hallways .

The stay here for my nephew was excellent! Special Thanks to Ms. Shay and the Manager Ms. Tyeshia! They were always welcoming, respectful and kind. The hotel was clean and safe!

The hotel and room had a very weird smell. It was not pleasant.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Proximity to 2 highways. Noise of the traffic starts about 3:00am every day. This impacted my sleep. Parking was limited too.

Very clean and comfortable room. Only thing that I thought could be added was a towel for the floor when getting out of the shower or more big towels to use for that.

An ok place for the price.

Location location location. I was on the third floor and didn’t hear any traffic or noise from outside. The rooms may appear outdated, but the bed was so comfy, the shower hot for a long shower, very clean and safe. I loved the staff. Not one or the five staff members I encountered seemed like they worked there, but more like you were welcomed there.

We spend most of our time in hotels. We had a great stay, this hotel had it all. The kitchen and room were immaculate, clean and cozy. My husband is more critical of hotels than I am. We loved this hotel. That says a lot! We paid $84.47 for one night as stated. But we don't understand one thing, when we entered the room, they took another $50 from our bank card. We thought it was a deposit, my husband asked them....... They said that when you leave the room, then they will transfer our $50 back. We are still waiting for our money back.

Rooms could have been cleaner

Property was very easy to find accessible off the highway. The hotel was clean and fresh and our room was available early. Check in was a breeze and the GM and front desk staff were truly the highlight. I will forever book this hotel. The kitchenette was very handy, cleaned and stocked well.

It was an average hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions. The room had a very comfortable bed and everything was clean. There were quite a few folks staying there and despite that it was very quiet. I would stay here again.

The queen suite was a great room, small but perfectly laid out with everything you need. Nice kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Free guest laundry. No breakfast.

This hotel does not accept cash. It made it very inconvenient because I don’t use credit cards. You also have to pay $100 deposit for your room, and wait 2 days for reimbursement. They also do not have a pool!!!

Very spacious, convenience and comfortable. Got the kitchenette with kitchenware facility to use for breakfast and quick lunch. Plenty parking spaces. Front desk staff is very helpful. Nothing. All good.

Elevator was out of service for 10 days. Had to use the stairs for 10 days on the 4th floor.

Room was clean. The towels in the shower were only hand towels. I would have walked to the front desk however the elevators were out of service and we were on the 5th floor. This made it difficult since one of the people staying in the room is disabled

Hotel room is spacious, quiet, and comfortable- would be a very comfortable place for a longer term stay. Good location for our needs. Only issue was the elevator was broken for our overnight stay.

The entry looks like it should be a back exit, not very welcoming and tucked in. Elevator broke during stay. Towels had a funk smell, had to get new fresh ones. No breakfast or pool, thanks to me booking the wrong one. Kleenex and toilet paper are left in cabinet for you to find, cabinet hadn’t been cleaned in a few. Otherwise, pillows and bed pretty comfy!

Great place to stay for business trip!

This hotel is super clean and looks new. The only issue I have is the smell. I think it comes from the auto misters in the hall. It is a strange smell that is very off-putting. Without the smell I'd give it 5s all around. The staff is really friendly.

Good experience

Hotel was nice and modern. Its location was sketchy next to a run down liquor store. The worst thing was the smell in the room. Somebody cooked something terrible in there. It was masked with a deodorant that didn’t help. If the smell wasn’t there it would have been perfect.

Recliner was broken. Fan that draws air conditioning into the bedroom was broke. Roach in the bathroom. Bed was nice and firm.

This was a quiet property in the perfect location for the event we were attending.

It was good not great.. No paper towel in the kitchenette but they had towels. Bathroom floors could use scrubbing in corners and the tv remote didn't change the channels. Stayed in room 408 this trip.

Great customer service! Very clean for an older facility.

I was there for over 3 weeks and had coffee available less than 1/3 of the time. The every 6 days clean was more like every 10 days. The bathroom tile was fractured and the subfloor was depressed 1 cm. The cleaning staff was great when they did clean my room.

There was a 15 minute wait to check in due to the front desk person being a no call no show but the manager eventually showed up at the front desk to help out and was friendly and helpful. The facility were clean and smelled good. The rooms were spacious as well.

Very helpful and friendly staff

Checked in at 3:45 and room was not ready. Had to go to a different hotel. Needed to check in and change clothes to get to a meeting on time. Very very inconvenient. Pretty sure I won’t choose that hotel again.

The GM or manager was awesome who had checked me in. Loved my stay , will definitely be back when I’m back in town. Rooms were clean and comfortable only thing , I found a razor in the shower from previous guest other then that my stay was amazing !

Lady at front desk was very nice and informative. Room was clean, comfortable and plenty of room. My only issue was the smell in the hallway (3rd floor). It was bad...really bad. During the night I started smelling it off and on. My stay was short...checked in late evening and checked out the next morning, so I didn't report it. But would have said something if my stay had been longer.
