Wonderfully quiet stay. Tried the bar on Friday night where the drinks were good and the bartender friendly. A nice little respite for a weekend staycation.

Breakfast layout was not what I was expecting for purchasing.

I would stay here again. Great location. Our only complaint is that the beds are super low - too low.

We encountered two issues . The shower was leaking and causing a puddle outside the bathroom. One housekeeping staff was coughing (no mask either). We avoided getting our room cleaned for that reason. The reception manager at checkout confirmed both issues which means they were aware of it and intentionally decided not to fix either of those with no regards to the comfort, especially to the hygiene and health of the customers.

The noise from the freeway was very loud, especially motorcycles all night both Saturday and Sunday nights at all hours. Never again but maybe the back of the property is better but not in the room facing the highway

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was superb.

From the time I checked in, to the time I left. The staff here were absolutely amazing! We left for a long day of touring the city and came back to our room being cleaned. Our beds were made and we had fresh towels. For some reason we weren’t expecting this. Hahahaha!! It was a very nice surprise. The whole place is very clean and again… the staff were just awesome. Super friendly and each one always had a smile on their faces. I will be staying here again in August and already know it’s going to be a very pleasant stay.

The only complaint I can think of is the proximity to the thoroughfare of clubs being unwalkable. Otherwise, nice place. Bit of an unusual situation with the prepaid breakfast option. You arrive at the lobby in the morning. Tell the front desk guy & he brings Bento like boxes

Lobby was very inviting and colorful First room had blood stained sheets and a/c sounded like a bomb going off in middle of the night, no trash bags in the cans, trash not removed from the room during housekeeping

The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Only complaint I had was the room was not fully clean, food crumbs next to bed on lower shelf and carpet. The shower smelled pretty bad from the drain I believe. It was better while showering with hot water and soap, but would return once water was turned off. Other than those few things, I was extremely happy with the stay.

My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Our room was much smaller than I anticipated. There was a really weird smell in the hallways and the carpet in the hallway bubbled up, so is extremely hard to get our luggage to and from our room. But the staff was wonderful.

Cons: The elevator smelled like smoke (despite the no smoking signage). The bathrooms are a little small, and the WIFI was spotty.

It was great but they gave me a key to someone else’s room when I first checked in. Luckily no one was inside or else it would’ve been very awkward.

Cleaner knock at our door at approximately 9:00am even though checkout was at 11:00am. Was extremely upset about that.

I travel on 04/1/26 I’ve book aloft different city never had problems first my sister room dirty trash in the floor had to asks if they could vacuum, then the air didn’t work so they had to move to another room, I’m pretty sure whoever had that room before had the same problem, my room had dead bugs and trash in the floor the manager said they were going to credit me it’s been over a week haven’t seen no credit i called they keep saying no manager in they lying you not going to run a hotel without a manager I’ll never stay at another Alof again next’s time I travel those will be the first thing i check 👎

That was the best sugar Belgian waffle I’ve ever had! I just wish they served breakfast until 1030. I messed it the second day and I wanted it so bad.

Friendly staff, everything was clean and well maintained. The bed wasn’t super comfortable for me and I asked for extra towels and for the room to be picked up in the morning when the staff was in the hall, I had a work related call several hours later in the room and that’s when they decided to bring the towels and clean. Some of that is on me for not using a Do Not Disturb sign but I wish they’d taken care of that in the morning or at least within a couple of hours of me asking. Apart from that it was nice stay and I’d probably stay there again if the rate was one of the lowest for what I wanted like it was this time.

I was charged for my room before I arrived which was fine but when I arrived I was told I never paid, I showed the front desk that I was charged already he replied with well i don’t know what that is, we have nothing on our end I explained to him what do you mean it literally says Aloft Plano. I asked to speak to manager and got told no there is not one here. He said there is nothing I could do. I paid again for my only night I would be there! Then to make it better I get to my room to find literal stained mattresses without at least covers on them !! I took pictures even! The hallways were loud late into the night and traffic was annoying to listen to all night long. I would not recommend to anyone!

I’m really reluctant to complain, but my room is not clean. There’s hair on the counter, the toilet area is dirty, and overall it feels unhygienic. I’m very disappointed and feel like I’ve wasted my money.

Cozy place

I had to fly into TX last minute and booked a room the same night. Upon arriving, the bar was fully stocked, the bartender was cordial and friendly. I was able to enjoy a drink and some Buffalo wings right at the hotel and retire to my room, which was clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend and return for another stay.

Clean room. I re cleaned myself and nothing dirty came up. Staff always very friendly.

Hotel was a couple of minutes from Legacy Shops. It was clean. Price was reasonable for the time of the week.

I have stayed at this Aloft several times this year. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. I’ll stay there again.

The tollway traffic is very loud.

Cheap spot in a good location. Pool area is kind of wack though.

This Aloft is typically a favorite of ours but a couple of things were disappointing this time around. I found a big wad of hair in the shower on arrival (I won’t post the pic), then no one cleaned our room during our stay. The toilet was not working well either. Staff was friendly and everything else was good as usual.

I think additional amount for breakfast is not happy

Had a late check in and they accommodated me perfectly. Lots of people were arriving late and he line moved really quickly. Staffing was really nice and the bar/ pool table area was awesome! Room was really clean and spacious
