Very quiet hotel , and inviting staff. Breakfast offered extra choices as well. Beds were clean & comfortable. Conveniently located by shops & restaurants.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was really quiet and perfect stop on my business trip. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

The room was very spacious and clean The gate to the pool needs to be locked with a key card access only.

We use this property when we go to Houston. It has everything we need. The staff has always been very helpful.

Rooms are very outdated. Staff was very irritating in the fact that on the morning of checkout house keeping was at the door at 9am to remind us check out was at 11. At 11:00 as we are walking out the door to the room the office is calling to verify we had left. Very unsettling that they are in such a rush to run out paying patron who have done nothing to make them do so. If I could give just hospitality a zero I would. Will not stay here again as it is very outdated and in need of many repairs.

Our room wasn't very clean, there were no trash bags in our trash cans and 4 roaches in the shower/bathtub

The location, I wasn’t far from where I needed to go. The room was dirty, there was hair on the beds, phone, and sinks. The bathroom was horrible not clean. There were roaches crawling in the tub as well as dead roaches on the floor.

Needed upgrades, sofa had stains, floors were dirty and shower was so bad that we put a towel down to shower.

I rented this room because my mother is special needs. They had everything we need to make our stay comfortable for her. The fridge didn't work but they fixed it super quick. The staff is exemplary

The hotel was great. The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean. The reference was OK. Wi-Fi was terrific.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very nice and clean, from the rooms to the common areas. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was well taken care of. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and I would definitely stay here again. I didn’t like was the checkout experience. Checkout is at 11:00 AM, yet housekeeping knocked on my door at 9:30 AM to ask about my departure, which woke me up earlier than expected. It felt a bit rushed and could be improved by better coordination with guests’ checkout times.

The fact that I asked the staff 3 times to tidy up the room and bring extra towels. The breakfast could have been better.

Room had a very bad moldy smell and the tv was going out. Went to front desk to explain and wasn't offered a situation other then to contact management on Monday morning. So we had to leave before midnight. And was still charged

Location… Room had a smell, toilet paper to far away from the toilet and the heating system didn’t seem to work!

We like that the hotel inside and outside was beautiful and clean. The hotel staff was amazing. The breakfast was delicious everything was so well organized. We also like that there are NO PETS ALLOWED. We love everything about this hotel stay.

Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. I've stayed here numerous times and this was not a typical stay. I wouldn't recommend a room facing the front of the hotel as it was daylight bright and the room darkening curtains were necessary. I'd pick the back side of the building if i could. There was a large truck parked in the lobby pull through all night with people outside being loud and partying. When I left early in the morning (5:30am) they were still there. The partying woke me up several times overnight. Additionally there was a very strong odor coming from the car. I didn't feel safe with all the people outside/standing around. This is not typical for this property. Not sure what was going on this stay.

Location is great for us. Our extended family has stayed there many times because our parents live nearby at Country Place Retirement Community.

The staff was amazing. Front desk great. Needed the maintenance guy to come replace a part on the commode. It was a little inconvenience but the repair guy was efficient. Had a noisy group in room above us late into the night. And breakfast was not quite up to par compared to our many stays at Marriott hotels.

The property is very clean. Well kept in that regard. The staff is pleasant and professional. The lobby has been remodeled and it looks great. The rooms need to be remodeled. They need new upgrades regarding USB outlets for cell phone, charging or tablet charging the bathrooms are definitely outdated along with the sink.

Easy access to hiways. The bed was uncomfortable. Felt like it was about 10 years old, sofa bed was very worn, dirty, uncomfortable to sleep in. For being a Marriott and the price for one night it is over rated. Mini fridge in room didn’t work. Roaches in room. And was told could’ve be moved to another room because booked. Only one elevator to accommodate us plus the school band group we were traveling with.

This property seems to have been renovated (painted). The floor my room was on smelled like mildew, which trailed into my room for the entirety of my stay. Overall appearance was ok, the place could be cleaner. Front desk staff were extremely friendly.

We did not like that the hallways in the lodging areas smelled strongly of mildew. We also did not like that it seemed as though the air conditioner turned off when were not in the room. We realize this saves the property on energy costs, but our room was hot stuffy and also smelled of mildew. This needs to be addressed because mold and mildew is a sign of further problem and quite a put-off. However, having said that, we would stay again.

It was a nice place to stay. They didn’t clean my room on one day but rush me on my last day. It was close to my family house and shopping centers. Very clean the first day.

Bathroom ceiling need to replace

Whenever I am in Pearland/Houston Tx I stay here I literally know the staff my first name and know mine as well, and my daughters! Mr. Charles is so helpful and friendly! Great people and ALWAYS A GREAT STAY!!! I will continue to stay here when I’m in town!😁

We’ve stayed at this hotel 2-3 times and each time has been great.

The shower was terrible in room 210. The fitted sheet did not fit to the bed. The air blowing in the room did not smell fresh.

The water in the shower was rust brown. I had to run it for 20 minutes until it became clear. The tub was not clean; the shower soap holder had red substance. The bed was quite comfortable though and the rest of the suite was nice and clean it was just the bathroom that was untidy. the staff was excellent.

Pictures online did not match room, room was outdated, couch had lots of wear and tear, lighting was poor, fridge condition was awful, no usb ports for phone chargers, hotel rooms felt dated and used, worn down, very disappointed!

This was my first time staying at this property. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was able to work from the room as the WI-FI connection was perfect I appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Staff were nice and friendly. The room was comfy and cozy. Also the location was near the conference that I attended. I plan to book here when I return to Houston in June. Thank you.

Very nice hotel, unfortunately as I entered the shower I noticed it was very slick, and warned my wife, who fell halfway thru her shower. When we informed the front desk, they told her the rooms are supposed to have anti-slip bathmats, which ours did not.

Property was near the highway but I didn’t hear the noise from it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some variety with breakfast over a six day visit.

I found a bug in the bed of the first room. Got moved to another room and found a bug in that bed. Management moved me to another hotel owned by the same group. The room was not as nice but there were no bugs. I checked carefully.

Our second time staying at this hotel and it was what we remember, very clean, cozy and convenient.

So based on that, while the bed was okay, the pillows were terrible, especially for side sleepers. Thus the low rating.

Most rooms are not quiet due to near high way, roads. The staffs are nice to help moving me to a quiet room.
