Great stay and I will come again. The only complaint was a water bug in my room and there’s only continental breakfast.

Room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and had plenty of parking and conveniently located.

I liked that I got upgraded to a suite at no extra cost which was perfect since I had 3 grandkids with me. That allowed them to have their own little space to play and hang out. I wish the pool had a shallow entrance for the smaller non swimmer to play and not be afraid to fall into the deeper end. He stayed sitting on the steps next to me to remain safe.

I like the location because it’s close to everything I do while I’m visiting Houston. I like that the property is clean and all the staff was very friendly and welcoming, I had absolutely no problems and nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect, everything was clean, rooms are nice and spacious. I loved everything about the property

The hotel was great and not a hassle to check in.

We've stayed here several times when in town to see family. The rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff is amazing!

Everything was great except for the continental breakfast. It had very little variety and it was unappealing.

Very impressed with the complimentary body soap and shampoos they offered and their layout was great and very clean!

Our stay was excellent! The hotel was clean. It was located in a great area and the staff was very accommodating!

The pool had a few pieces of trash in it, which could have come from the poeple that were sitting out there when we got there, but other than that, the amenities were top notch! The only reason I gave a 4 star is because we had the tag outside our room door to come back later/not enter (however it was worded) and they still came in our room while we were away and cleaned it. While I appreciate wanting to be kind and cleaning it, I don't like the disregard of our wishes in not wanting anyone in the room whole we are gone.

The room

The hotel was clean and staff was nice. The doors slam and are not very secure. The walls are very thin. The elevator had some issues. The parking spots are very small. The breakfast was cereal and pastries. Definitely not the same value as other hotels around.

I called ahead and was able to get early check in after a long morning in the airport. Super nice employees and the room was perfect size for our family of 5. We would definitely stay again.

The room was clean but I stepped on something sharp in the rug....don't know what. The staff was helpful. the breakfast was adequate. we parked in front of the building under lights, so probably safe. It was fine that cleaning staff got Christmas off...glad they had a holiday.

Check in was easy. Everything was clean in the room and the front desk - the sweetest lady helped us coming and going. Shout out to her being a bright light!

My entire experience was grand. It started with the front desk. Tammy is an excellent host. She treated us with royalty. All the employees were nice and professional, however Tammy went above and beyond. Our room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice and simple.

Yes it was and yes felt safe

At first i was apprehensive staying at this location. For one never heard of spark and 2 the area it was in. I didnt think it would be nice but to my surprise i arrived to a nuce spot as well as the area. Frok the time i walked in til i left the hotel employess wete awesome! From fromt desk to housekeeping theu were all very helpful! I will be back!

Only thing I would comment on is that it was stated that there would be 5 people in the 2 bed and 1 sofa bed room, and we only got 3 towels. I was hoping for quicker refresh with towels since we stayed 3 nights.

This is my second stay. I love the cleanliness and simple designs of the this facility. The local restaurants and ease of travel make it an ideal location for temporary living.

Mattress was extremely comfortable and room was very clean. Weird to have a fridge and microwave but no coffeemaker. Breakfast was delicious with cereal, toast, fruit, etc. Free parking was a plus.

It’s clean enough, but there is a terrible smell through the place. Old, mildew, I might stay again, but will shop other prices first.

Distance to food places

We stayed two nights and between one day and the next they made our bed, collected the trash, and changed the bathroom towels.

Enjoyed my stay. It was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking, it is limited on the front and side. Traveling with my daughter it makes me nervous.

Property was very clean, smelled good. Modern, comfortable and quiet. Bed was super comfortable too. I will defintely stay again.

It gets the job done without sacrificing comfort. Overall clean, everyone was nice and helpful. The dank smell others mentioned is noticeable, but not in an unbearable way. We stayed 3 nights and had a great stay. Only downside I'd say is that we locked ourselves out of our room and all that was asked of us was for our room number and name, no proof of id or anything. Wasn't a fan of that from a safety standpoint, but otherwise all was good.

This hotel had outstanding service and people working at the counter. It is a clean, spare hotel in the retail corridor.

I had to change rooms 2 times and thw 3rd room was o. All.of the beds were horrible, and seemed to be worn out of extreme heap, causing my back to hurt. The pillows were definitely cheap, and flattened out soon as you laid your head on them. The AC in the 2nd room they put me in sounded like someone was pressure washing outside. So, after aboutb20 minutes, I looked outside and no one was working. Thats when I realized thatbit was the AC. So, they had to move me into my 3rd room.However, the staff was super cool and very helpful and willing to make whatever changes needed. Unfortunately I will not recommend this location to anyone due to the poor quality of the beds and pillows.

Everything was great, there was just a smell in the room that we did not enjoy. Not sure what it was. It wasn’t an awful smell. It was just some sort of smell that was not pleasant.

There were ants in our room and the tv did not have sound despite staff working on it. They had to use their master remote but if you turned the channel or tv off and on it wouldn’t work again. The beds were also very hard and for breakfast they only had cereal and bagels.

It smelled so bad I had to change rooms and that room smelled also..I will NEVER stay at a spark again.

I really enjoyed my stay, but property is very nice very comfortable stylist, and the staff communicated all the fees check out. Breakfast time was very welcoming. The room was very large very clean. There was somewhere in tear on the curtains in the on the wall, but nothing to deteriorate from your state the only issue I have was the elevator takes way too long to go up and down and the main problem is the AC. It’s at one point cut off completely throughout the middle of the night and then when it is working, it makes this loud loud noise.

Would definitely stay here again. Staff was super accommodating for our large group and multiple rooms. The suite was great with a separate room with a door that shut and it’s own tv. The staff was so friendly any time we needed something.

This is my second stay here and was very pleased with the hotel. It is clean and the continental breakfast was fine. There are many restaurants, stores, & coffee places close by. It is by a major highway which makes traveling in the city easier.

Front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. My room was clean and very comfortable. One note, there is no coffee in the room but hot coffee is offered in the lobby 24/7. My room was large and Netflix and other internet channels available.

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Room was big, clean. As previous reviews stated, the breakfast wasn’t the greatest BUT they still had bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, good coffee! It worked just fine for us. We will definitely be back next year. A bonus, it’s right down the road from the kolache place!

This is a terrible place to stay! No luggage carts when I got there. The room did not have an ice bucket or cups among other missing things. The WORST breakfast we have ever endured during our many hotel stays. All they had was stale bagels and four little apple mufins that looked old also. Hilton should be ashamed to put thier name on this pig!!!
