Trinity front desk lady made sure I was out of the property at 11:01. I mentioned my ride was an hour away if I may wait in the lobby or by the pool she said no to wait outside . There are no seats outside to wait . I stayed for two nights no problem and wasn’t able to wait in the lobby for my ride . Rudely kicking me out once I asked if I can have her last name . Saying “no you can’t get my last name now get out “ this has never happened to me before and maybe she had a bad morning but as a paying customer I should not have to experience her bad energy, attitude and service. The lobby was completely empty no one else to service but me and she was unable to do correctly . First time in Texas and it’s unfortunate the ending i had to experience with trinity .

Our bathroom had black mold in it! When I informed the staff he said i just work at the front desk, our AC was leaking the carpet was wet and the beds were not comfortable at all I would not recommend this hotel at all

I liked the location and the room was very spacious. Also had a good breakfast selection. I believe there was a type of mold/mildew there, around the outlets, on the window curtains, on the AC unit.

The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was always nice and hot! It was located near all the attractions in Houston we came to visit. And the amenities were all fully accessible. I was more than happy with my stay! I don't have any substantial complaints. Everything was to my liking. I just needed somewhere to lay my head at night that was safe for me and my family. The Sleep Inn was more than adequate.

It has been a great stay! Rooms clean and staff friendly. Breakfast was great! The kids loved it! The only thing if I had to be picky was the handle to flush the toilet kept slipping off the thing inside so I kept having to take the back off and put it back to flush for the kids.

Ms Veronica was very professional, she cares about the customers feelings and concerns she greets the customers with a friendly smile and ask how’s their hotel stay going and if they need anything

Everything was great for our 3 night stay but the beds were not comfortable at all and the AC couldn’t keep up with the heat outside. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly.

I liked the location of the hotel. I didn't like the bathroom water faucet was loose and water spilled on the toilet and floor. I think they should pay more attention on mantaining the building to avoid water damage building, Black Mold. Mold Toxicity, Mycotoxins are very dangerous and harmful to the human body.

One ice machine, at far end of building, not centrally located. AC in room worked poorly, toilet made a very loud noise when flushing.

Everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The only comment would be to have more instructions on the use of the TV and having the right remote for it.

Great news place to stay. Rooms were great, smelled good, staff was excellent. Only thing we disliked was the maximum of 5 pillows to a room. Would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

My experience at Sleep Inn was not that great. I booked a room with two beds. Everything was OK until I arrived to the property and learned once I got into the room that the room was connected with another room. I was not told about that at the front desk when I was given the room key. They did give me another room on the first floor. That room was OK until one of my kids went to go take a shower and there was a roach on the tub. I went to the front desk to let them know about the roach in the room and was told that is was odd because they did not have any complaints about roaches before. Then we were moved to another room on the third floor. It was OK until we decided to use the microwave. It seems anytime we used the microwave or had food out baby roaches would come out. I have pictures and videos of the roaches. I just fill like me saying that our room having roaches was being dismissed because they did not have any other complaints. Also I fill like the hotel could use a upgrade. I was not satisfied with my stay and this was my first time staying at this hotel and most likely my last. Also I forgot to add that the breakfast was subpar. They had cereal but no milk. Also the waffle maker did not have butter spray to use with the waffle maker so the waffles did not stick. I told the front desk about that and all I was told is that they did not have any and that was that. But overall my stay not good. I left a day early because I was not satisfied.

Not satisfied. Body wash isnt provided and toilet paper expected to be replaced and place a new one for new occupants. Rather old leftover toilet paper is found and no spare is found for a room occupancy of 4.

Old amenities, rooms have old furnitures, the ac in my room was leaking into the room rug which made the room have a smell I told this to receptionist and he said I’ll come take a look he never came, ice machine was broken throughout the hotel, I told the same person at the desk and he said go upstairs, I came back told him it’s broken also he shrugged and said sorry guess no ice. It’s was poor all around… paid pet fee only for them to tell me well you have to take your dog everywhere you go… really not a pet friendly hotel, they just can accommodate pets because they get an extra charge of them..

The hotel is old and doesn't have any USB ports. There was no hot water had to wait 20 minutes to take a shower

Rooms at sleep inn are always great would have been a 5 but the a/c unit was not as cold as it should have been even though it was only 70° outside, maybe needed maintenance.

If you expect the W, you will be unhappy, if you expect a decent hotel for a lower price than most, you will see the value. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. The water was hot. No bugs.

Light didn’t work, and tv wouldn’t turn on. Staff was not helpful .

This is the second weekend in a row that we’ve stayed at this location. The first time the air-conditioning didn’t work, the TV didn’t work, there was no phone in the room, and the bathroom light didn’t work. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and we came back because it’s a reasonably priced room close to the softball field we were playing at. Once again, the AC was not working properly and it was an average of 78° in our room. Will not stay there again.

My reservation was changed to a day earlier without my knowledge, approval or consent. The employee who was at the front desk called her manager who told me there is nothing they could do. They wouldn't even rent me another room so I had a place to stay for the night! I will not be renting with your company again, or any of your partners and I am telling my entire company not to rent with you either.

The room smelled like old urine and the faucets were old and worn out water going in every direction. Staff slamming doors make noise...unbelievably annoying..Really thought it was better than what it was NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER...Never again

First I would like to say I have visited this property once before , but this time I was dissatisfied. First, the first room that I was in was rule 206. The room had a bad smell , so I reported it and as the reception is to give me another room.Got another room ,322 the heat did not work in that room.I was asked to be moved to another room 316 it took a while before the room heated up.But we was able to sleep comfortable. This will be my last time booking at this hotel.But I can say the front desk lady did help me out when I appreciate it

The entire room was clean very well condition. It was my second time staying here and I absolutely love it. Staff and receptionist were truly spectacular check in with really easy and fast and I like to thank everyone for doing a great job for taking care of me in my stay during that night. 👍😊

The receptionist wasn't very polite. The room had an unpleasant smell; the hotel was outdated so much that there were no USB charging stations near the bed. Won't stay here again.

Myself and my family where in Pearland only one night we had a very nice stay.

We stayed there 2 years ago and was very impressed. This time, 2 years later, the property is very run down and looks like it hasnt been taken care of. The paint is peeling of the walls. There is rust on the faucets. The beds last time were really soft. This time they are hard and uncomfortable. The workers were all really nice. The facility is just very run down.

We were very dissatisfied. At 3:30am the power went out. Obviously there wasn't a backup generator like you would expect. We ended up leaving early at 7am because there was no power which meant NO hot water, NO breakfast, and to top it off we had to walk down three flights of stairs in the dark with my husband who is disabled.

Not a bad stay, some of the staff were very rude others tried to make it right. We had requested a pack and play in our room and when we arrived the front desk lied and said they didnt have any. The problem was later solved. One of the three rooms we booked had a musty smell.

Paid for a 2 queen a week in advanced, when I went to check in, front desk said they didn’t have any left. I looked online and it showed 2 beds rooms still available. Lady was on the rude side so I didn’t feel like going back up there to argue. They were going to give me a king and a roll away bed and a couch. Roll away was super small like a twin. Carpet had sticker burs everywhere.

First time at Sleep inn & suites and last time I didn’t enjoy my 3 nights , me having to go reprogram my card to open my door few times during my stay , tv is programmed to where I can’t raise up to hear (HOH) so CC was on , pillows are terrible so hard and couldn’t sleep had to lay flat on mattress cuz I have back & shoulder problems so that was not a good experience & will never return
