Very clean, quiet and comfortable.

The breakfast and gym were great

We got no maid services. A Do Not Disturb sign was out for a while but we removed it when we left to meet friends. The maids were right there by our room when we went out. They did not have to change sheets, towels, etc but emptying the trash would have been nice.

The staff was friendly and helped us with any issue we had. We also checked out the pool. The pool area was nice and the pool was well maintained. Our room was clean and well stocked. My only issue was the bed was too firm for me. If you don’t mind a firmer bed, then this place is perfect.

Housekeeping staff were fenomenal and excellent service. Bathroom should get fixed staining like from construction or repairs but clean Front desk need to work on their customer service. At check in I didn’t get an explanation of anything like breakfast times and where pool are is exct exct and didn’t even make eye contact . At check out she only grab the room key and said you can go that it didn’t engage with conversation nor asking how my stay was . Need to train better the front desk the rest of the staff were excellent the housekeeping staff and kitchen staff were excellent and attentive

The access to the highway was great. We had two rooms booked and upon arrival the air conditioner was turned to the off position, the temperature in room was 78. Texas in the summer is very hot and there was not enough time to cool the room off before bed.

We traveled to Houston to have a procedure at Memorial Hermann Hospital. It was about 15 min each way and very easy to get to and from. Our hotel was spacious and clean. I really liked the kitchen inside the room. Large refrigerator, microwave, and cooking utensils. Could easily stay there for a week or more. The pool was a little small, but perfect for an afternoon dip when you need cooling down. The hotel was 9 min away from everything we needed. Breakfast was good. Would recommend this hotel for families.

Hotel was excellent! Staff too. Just the room was not properly clean. I saw hair on the toilet and shower. Overall great hotel for couple of nights.

The hotel was very clean. We always stay at Home2 Suites hotel any where we go. This was the first time I experienced a very hard mattress. I was disappointed with that

The room was clean and the property looked well kept. The pool area did not look great so we did not use that amenity the staff was kind and did not really bother us.

The room was very clean, and the hotel was well-maintained. Even though pets are allowed, there was no animal odor anywhere in the hotel, which was a pleasant surprise. The property was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was nice and clean, Had 4 adults in our room and only enough towels for 2. The only complaint we had was the breakfast was terrible. If they are going to offer a complimentary breakfast, Charge extra and buy some better food. Hard to mess up a waffle, but they figured out how. Fruit was on the verge of being no good. Would definitely stay there again, just skip breakfast!

Great location, rooms were clean and spacious. Staff very attentive and on top of everything. The breakfast was amazing compared to other complementary breakfast.

For what I paid I’m surprised that the room wasn’t a little nicer. The wall had a long crack running through it, the blind was ripped. It was very clean and cozy just feel like I paid a little too much at $270. The staff were very nice.

Really like the way the King Suite is set up. Lots of space to keep things organized. Also, liked that they use moveable furniture pieces to allow for families to play games or eat at the table together and then tuck the table away afterwards. The only issues I had was very low water pressure in the shower, the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were empty, the door handle on the inside of the bathroom was very loose, and it looked like someone had dripped urine on the back of the bathroom door and it was not cleaned.

Someone was next door to me and kept up so much noise I thought it was a bombshell explosion and I made several calls and complained about it and nothing was done I asked for half refund and nothing was done I will call corporate and file complaint I asked when I checked out if she would tell management and nothing was done

Clean room. Staff was attentive to all my needs with a professional yet friendly and personable.

The first night we stayed was great the staff was very friendly and helpful with getting us settled and also explained what we could ask for. The second night I messaged the front desk as instructed and “Ebony” was not at all interested in accommodating or even assisting in anything. It’s really no use in using the app if your workers are still going to say come to the front desk and ask for it. My husband went down to ask for some and she acted like he was asking for the company safe password. The next night I just didn’t even bother asking for towels as not to sour our last night. Probably won’t book again next time we’re in town.

The service was excellent but we had to change rooms because of faulty tv. When we changed rooms we noticed there were clothes in the drawers that didn't belong to us.

We had a great stay! The staff was extremely friendly and the environment felt very welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean upon arrival, and the hotel is in a great location, close to lots of food spots. If I had to be extra picky, breakfast was a bit small, seating was limited when it got busy, and although there was a sign saying rooms would be cleaned every other stay, ours wasn't during the trip. But overall, it was a comfortable experience and the service made up for the small things!

Property, staff, rooms were good. We had a dishwasher leak at around 11P.M and staff worked quickly to get another room.

This place was alright until we got to our floor. It was supposed to be a non-smoking floor, but people were definitely smoking weed. Once we got into our room, it smelled like a sweaty dude just came into the room a rolled around on all surfaces of the room.

I was put in a room that the lock did not operate correctly. Door was opened when I got to the room and door would not lock. Front desk person said all rooms were booked and could not accommodate me there and I had to go to another hotel. I did appreciate having to go to another hotel when I booked there already.

It's a nice hotel that you don't have to pay for valet to park. 20 minutes from the baseball park.

Stay was pretty good. Our room accommodated two adults and our teenager. Breakfast was ok… several items were cold that should have been warm. There was a water leak late one night in the lobby but it cleaned up and looked repaired by the morning. Staff was very friendly.

I felt that the way to ensure that there is no conflict between the hotel and guests that have a pet ,please include the cost for a pet quest at the hotel,saying it’s pet friendly is comforting when you’re told you have to pay for your pet.

My daughter and I got bite by bed bugs during the stay.

We enjoyed stay at this property we were close pretty much to everything we wanted to be next to.

The staff was super friendly , the housekeepers weren't though . We tried asking them questions they ran off as if they didn't want to be bothered it was rude . Overall the staff was friendly and rooms were very nice but smelled funky like the carpet was wet with an old smell .

I had to kill a roach in the restroom.
