After my 1st night stay the elevator was out of service. The refrigerator was not cooling so I was upgraded to a King Size Room this room was very spacious and had everything I needed. The front desk crew was very friendly and helpful.

My double bed room wasn't available. My son had to stay onba disgusting couch bed. When we pulled the cushions and flipped the matrress open it had old clothes and food wraoped innthe sheets. Showe had stains and mold towels had stains and sheets. Room smelt like old AC vented air. We traveld 6.5 hrs for an event for my son and he had to sleep on a old couch..

We rented 2 rooms, 1 handicapped and 1 regular. Everything was nice and all, but unfortunaly my husband (right leg amputee) had a sad experience. When he went to take his shower the shower head popped off on him, leaving a wild hose spraying everywhere. He was completely helpless as he could not get up. I had to run in and turn off the water. He did not get to take a shower and was yet again reminded of his disability. We kindly brought this to the front desks attention twice. They only apologized, offering nothing in return. I myself am in hospitality. I actually run a resort and know how this should have gone. Everything else was great and I am open to changing this review given things are made right.

Clean room, nice staff, exercise room needed some update. Challange with reservation change onsite since booked with Hotels.com. Hotels.com directed me to the property and the property agent said contact Hotels.com. Still not idea if a refund was processed for removing the lat night.

I was disappointed because the this hotel is only average. With paying an above average rate and it being a big name hotel with an above average reputation, I expected more. I travel for work and have stayed at much better hotels with lower rates. They couldn’t even make up for it with a good breakfast. Even saying that it’s average is being generous.

We waited 30 minutes before someone came to check us in. The tv had to be fixed. He came in 5 minutes. Poor baby was working by himself.

Everything looked and smelled clean. The bed and pillows were very soft and fluffy and comfortable. The only thing that threw me off was that the temp was controlled on a wall plate and not on the air conditioning unit, so I woke up hot and couldn’t figure out how to adjust until the next morning.

Everything was great, the room was spacious and clean. But the elevator was not working and although we can walk fine up and down the stairs. it’s a hastle to do so with a baby, car seat, and all the luggage.

No hot water, elevator did not work. Breakfast was not good. No solution to the hot water.

Elevator is still not working, this is third time this happen, it should be a notice before booking that the Elevator is not working so we can make other hotel options. Hotel staff calls me on same day of reservation and ask if i want to cancell. Which also means i loose my mo ey even if i cancell, very very unprofessional. I will never come here again

Everything was great beside all night I had to be reporting ppl running and playing in the hallway with a bunch of kids hitting on walls screaming so loud,it was almost 3am by the time this ppl finally stayed quiet 🙄. They should not allow this, I hope the only reason nothing was done was that this was the night hurricane Beryl hit the Houston area ,but I really wished they could have kicked them out , very disrespectful, they spoke to them many many times and they didn’t care.

The woman at the front desk acted like I knew her from another lifetime as she was very ugly and unfriendly towards me. The room was not comfy.the elevator did not work so we had to use the stairs only. The tv took forever to show a clean and clear picture. The mattress felt all used up and old and sunk in the middle. The neighbors across were super load with chi ikdren loud and another room across from mine had a loud tv on all night and even in the morning. I WiLL N£££££V£R stay there £V£R Again!!!

This is third stay here and the elevator has always been broken, try lugging 50lb suitcases up to the fourth or third floor

Was there for 3 days & elevator was broken the entire time . Pancake maker broken at breakfast . Weeds growing all over pool area& the Trash by pool was there at check in Friday afternoon & still there Sunday evening when we left . Rooms & common areas were generally clean. I’ve stayed at 2 star hotels run like 5 stars & this a true 2 . Its OK but Should be cheaper for what you get

Our stay was comfortable. The beds are really high and hard to get into when you’re under 5’. The hotel sits on the corner of Hwy 288 and under the tollway. Lots of U turns to get to it. But overall, the staff was friendly and helpful so would stay again.

When first arrived the front desk lady was not friendly seemed very unhappy giving dirty looks & they tell you check out is 12 noon and we had housekeepers constantly knocking on our door around 9 & 10am they did manage to open while we where sleeping understandable they want to get there job done but they need to know check out is 12 noon & wait around that time, don’t know 5-10 times theses ladies where very annoying this stay was not worth what we paid

My husband and I book this hotel every 2 weeks during rugby season and it is always quick to check in and the staff is friendly. Good location for ordering food and ubers- like that the dining to the room is supplied by a local restaurant

Hotel is not especially clean. Rooms are dingy. Toilet ran off and on all night. Air conditioning seemed to add humidity to the room.

Customer service was nice. The room was clean and building was quiet. Only issue the elevator was broken.

Loved the ambience

This property was elegant, clean and quiet. The most impressive area of the suite was the bathroom. The hotel has only one elevator. This is an inconvenience to guests when the facility is fully occupied.

What I didn’t like was the noise level on the 3rd floor
