Stayed there one night but this place was great that we would've stayed longer and will continue to stay there when we visit Pearland

Our stay was amazing the staff was amazing and we enjoyed ourselves so much! They were friendly and kind. The breakfast was delicious. We will choose them every time we travel to Pearland.

Outside & much of the inside looks and feels old. Almost every day the eggs were the reconstituted dried eggs, which were not very good. The Costa coffee machines are a joke. Coffee NOT good. As a Hol Inn & Express expected much better. Felt cheap.

I love how clean the property was and the friendly staff the cleaning ladies was very friendly professional and great the breakfast was okay wish they had more sugar free options area was amazing close to stores No television stations and bathroom floors felt like they would fall through and certain parts of room floor felt the same stuffy room as well

Close to Airport. Friendly staff. The floors were disgusting, stains everywhere (both in the hallway and in the room). The common areas were very hot and humid which caused a mildewy smell. I stayed for 2 nights and the internet worked maybe 10-15% of the time. The TV worked about 50% of the time. The water pressure for the bathroom sink was poor (shower and kitchen sink were fine).

Breakfast was ok, but staff did the bare minimum and that is being generous. There are not too many items on the menu and still some items are not even labeled, ketchup was empty, orange juice felt water down. The table was so out or balance, I am surprised I didn't lose my plate and its contents and the cup of juice.

The hotel had old bad smell to it when I got off the elevator on my floor.

We stayed here for a World Cup match. We found the location to be good. We were allowed to check in early. The breakfast was good and staff were friendly. That is where the positives end. Our first room smelled like damp dirty socks. The second room was slightly better. There was a cockroach in the hallway, and later in our stay in our room. The pool lights did not come on in the evening and I was temporarily locked in between the pool door and the door to the hotel. There was not a working bath fan so the bathroom was always wet. The room had frayed carpet and mold in the shower. The ceiling plaster was falling off. On our last day my son was taking a shower and the water turned into just a trickle. The toilet started filling up with dark brown water. I want to give a good review, but over the course of 4 nights the problems became a bit much. It was a good price during a high priced time otherwise I would have switched hotels.

I mistakenly booked this room. (Wrong location and non refundable) Upon arrival I the place look like an abandoned building. The pool area was not very clean. And I'm not sure that was real meat at breakfast. But the room and the staff was nice.

Continental breakfast was great, laundry machines availability is an essential.

I had a lot of bags, I asked the manager for a cart and he said the were penalty being used and offered no help at all. As soon as I walked in I had to kill a bug in the restroom, the tub is rusted and peeling and had weird tape on it, for $170, I should really be refunded as I cousin even shower! Not sure if other rooms are better but don’t let them give you room 204. Bed was also very hard.

The bathroom needs better lighting. Also the a/c did not keep the room cool.

The quiet peaceful stay.

The hotel sits back from the hwy far enough that you don't hear a lot of traffic. They have a sizable outside pool and a small hot tub. I used the exercise room while I was there, and it was adequate, albeit a bit small. The breakfast is better than most chain hotels. They had a pancake machine that I didn't try, but they had biscuits and gravy, bacon, powdered eggs, yogurt, sausage, omelettes, breads, and fruit. We saw the Sysco truck pull up one morning. It's all processed, but that meets with my expectation. The nice breakfast lady works very hard to keep food available. They have 2 coffee machines, but I didn't like the coffee. The front desk is responsive. We needed fresh towels and they provided those in short order when we asked. Our room was clean when we arrived and the bed was comfortable. We couldn't get the AC to run with the constant fan. That's always good for white noise. Our electric iron leaked water really bad and our in-room coffee maker didn't work. Because of a lack of better properties in Pearland, I would stay here again.

The breakfast was great! I specifically enjoyed it starting at 6am and having the ability to take it to go if needed. I usually stay at another brand hotel, and this was my first stay at a Holiday Inn Express and I AM SOLD! This will definitely be the place we stay from now on!

Breakfast was decent, staff great, a/c wonderful. Fridge didn’t cool at first then froze everything in it once it was repaired. Shower head didn’t appear clean and iron needs to be flushed out. Hard water granules stained my clothes.

Great hotel. Could use some repairs. Broke tile. Great breakfast. No towels by pool. Spiders in the bathtub. Otherwise it was perfect. Enjoyed our stay.

Room smelled weird.. has broken floor tiles, bathroom door does not close - breakfast items were mininal and not fresh. Common washroom was extremely dirty and unusable. Will never recommend this hotel to any family stays

I do think the building is old, large cracks in the tiling and a surprisingly strong ant presence was slightly off putting. The building feels old, and that might be leading to these issues more than cleanliness, as the cleaners did work hard daily and were thorough in their bug removal. They just kept coming back!

I couldn't sleep there was a lot of noise for the laundry and for the elevator better I left I only lasted 1 hour and I left it was the worst

Stay was very good. Defnitely recommended

Service was great and everyone was super nice. We did have a couple concerns though. The floor under the HVAC unit felt pretty bouncy, which made us wonder if there had been a leak at some point and possibly some water damage. It also made us a little concerned about mold. The door bolt was also really loose, which made us feel a bit uneasy safety-wise.

Staff support front desk person M acted in an unrefined manner after confronting us in the room . Mrs Michelle brought up her segregated manners to the hotel where behavior in such way is unacceptable! I felt humiliated and attacked after pounding at our door to corral my kids or leave comment . My child was crying he was sick felt horrible for a person . To come attack us after a couple of seconds that we had just got back I believe someone else kids maybe behaving how she thought my kid did but her unprofessional behavior again is unacceptable I don’t understand how such an iconic hotel has a rude , ignorant personal never had I ever encountered In my life time of hotel stays .

Although the room was very basic, it appeared clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was not very hot and only provided a very weak flow of water. I don't think that was eco-friendly because it took me 3x longer to rinse my hair than normal. Probably minimal, if any, water saved and wasted my time. No bath mat and no lid on the toilet- gross! Not enough lighting in the room. No magnifying mirror in the bathroom for makeup application.

I have stayed here several times and was great every time. Only issue is noise insulation - could hear toilets flushing and people walking above us. Otherwise, great room, clean, spacious, great breakfast, great service.

The property was clean, but there appeared to have mold on the floor near the bathtub. And the air conditioner did not work, but I was told I would not be charged for the night's stay. So the service/staff were very attentive to my needs. The hotel just needs some serious updating.

The staff was great. Enjoyed time at the pool. The hotel was an older hotel in need of some renovations. There were cracked tiles in the elevator floor. Cracked tiles in the bathroom floor. The bathroom door kept on closing on its own. Beds were comfortable. Walls in hotel room had been patched up and painted over. You could tell where the walls had been patched by different paint colors. It was located in a quiet area.

I especially appreciated the grab bar in the tub. Thank you! The fruit area in the morning could use a little help - only bananas and oranges? Yogurt, milk, a choice of oatmeal, eggs, bacon, muffins, etc. is great.

I like this hotel....the staff is so friendly. I gave one low-ish score only because this hotel is due for a major major update. The room was clean and comfy and quiet. My room looked over the pool...I love the sound of families having fun out there.

The only minor issue was when the fire alarm went off at 4:30sh am , the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone lol I went out to see what was goi g, didn’t see smoke so went back and try to go back to sleep.

We had a great stay at this property, after our flight got delayed and then canceled they were so helpful in reassuring us that our room would be waiting for us and made a stressful situation a little less stressful. The front desk staff and the manager were all phenomenal! They were quick to assist with any need that came up during our short stay and helped us to book an additional room at the very last moment! Thank y’all so so much for everything!
