Good accommodations however, shower seat for erderly customers was broken and can not be raised limiting showering space. As well the ceiling on the bathroom has significant and visible water marks. Staff services were very nice

Staff informed of impending construction on hotel (which wasn’t disclosed when booking). Hotel had both an intense urine smell in the halls and mildew smell in the rooms. I would skip this one until construction is complete.

Hotel canceled my prepaid reservation despite me sending a message through Expedia saying my arrival would be delayed until the following morning. Hotel staff said that was not its problem — that I should take it up with Expedia. I had to pay full price on the spot to get the room I had already paid for through Expedia. So, beware.

The hotel is really nice and staff were helpful. Room was clean and fridge was already cold. They had water, coffee and juice out in the mornings, which was nice. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool or breakfast because of other obligations. My only problem was the toilet flushed weak. We were there 2 nights for a graduation and didn’t get around to informing staff. The hotel was in close enough range to everything we needed. I even found a beauty supply store and a grocery store. I would most definitely stay here again!

Elevator was down the entire stay causing problems.

The room was very nice. Bathroom clean. However, when laying in the bed the light coming from the window shows cobwebs and dirt for about a foot of wall by the ceiling. We requested towels at the desk. Nine were delivered. We found a maid and snagged some. The cleaning staff said they would bring us a bottle of water, but never did. I haven’t even mentioned the situation with a faulty elevator.

Elevators weren’t working, rooms need some renovations. The bathroom mainly renovated but there were rust. The shower gel and hand soap dispensers weren’t filled. AC was loud and old hard to get an accurate temperature. Location is very convenient but it’s subpar of a Hilton

The breakfast menu was fresh. They had a little construction going on, but it wasn’t that bad. The hot tub was really really hot though cannot get in because it was so hot.

The blankets and towels were ver scratchy. Did not use maid service. Breakfast was not included did not eat at hotel. Police were called first night by property to deal with a guest. Pretty safe, property conveniently located to NASA.

It was an awesome stay.

The elevator smelled like marijuana. The floor going to our room had the same smell; very disappointed. Mentioned it to someone and never got a good response. Last time we will stay there.

Room clean with exception of stained bath tub made up with shoe prints and stains where you may want to consider shower slippers. The hallways smell like wet dog and it never went away. There was construction that we were never notified about. You cannot obtain a detailed folio because you booked third party on Expedia. And Expedia will not provide you a receipt because you chose "pay later".

The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The star of the show was the staff. They were very warm and inviting. Genuinely very nice people that were accommodating and made my stay very pleasant. The location was also great. I will be most definitely booking here whenever I come to Pearland

The view coming into the hotel is so refreshing because it's decorated so pretty. Clean rooms. Willing to accommodate you with whatever your needs are, if possible. Friendly staff. Love the fact you can leave your room, go downstairs for breakfast and back to your room. Wonderful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff was friendly and professional, room was clean and parking was a breeze. There was a slight smell in the hallway, but not in the room overall a very good stay, and will be back.

When we got to Houston. I called the hotel and I was told that I did not have a room . I was told that they had over booked and they could not help me find another hotel because I booked with a third party. I would not have known anything about not having a place to stay.

We asked for housekeeping to clean the rooms Saturday and to provide extra towels and toilet paper, nothing was done. We got extra towels but didn’t get any until I called for the second time. Rooms were not cleaned as I asked. The worst part was when we saw roaches in room 328. I immediately called the front desk, they didn’t send anyone. When housekeeping came to bring the towels, there was a male employee with her and I told them about the roaches, the female employee went inside the room and saw one roach crawling & killed it with her shoe. At that point the male employee offered to spray insecticide on the area and we told him yes. He came back to spray. When we checked out and told front desk the employee was rude and told me to contact Expedia about it. I reserved the rooms through Hotels.com and not Expedia.
