Hampton Inn Houston-Pearland

We were there for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. This was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had in a long time! The staff was pleasant. Our room was spacious and clean! Breakfast was good and plenty. Your choice of a full breakfast with waffles, toast, bagels, cereals, fruit and yougart! Parking was free, easy and close to the building. Our stay was reasonably priced.

Great experience. We stayed here last year for my brothers wedding and then booked a staycation because we liked the location. Had some great BBQ down the street. We were able to get in the pool and cool down on a hot day. We had the pool to ourselves! Breakfast was delicious as usual. Most times when I stay at a Hampton Inn, the breakfast is always memorable. They even had special America 250 waffle sprinkles, which my daughter loved! Overall, clean home, friendly staff, great location, and great amenities! Would highly recommend this location!!

Everything is good

Entrance has some strange odor. Smell was horrible near water fountain next to gym. Rooms are ok but we had issues with bathroom sliding door and one of the shower heads. Area is good. Breakfast is adequate but not very good. Things were not refilled quickly

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, bed was firm enough for a good night sleep. Rooms are compact and the breakfast doesn’t have potatoes.

Property was very nice and clean. The only suggestions I have would be to not make the bathroom fan connected to the light. It’s awful for someone with sound sensitivities to have to run the fan anytime the bathroom light is on. Also we were 2 rooms down from the elevator and could hear the ding of the elevator clearly all night long. The walls must be thin or the bell loud.

Sia at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. I will continue to book with Hampton due to her helpfulness. I am partially disabled and not able to use a step across tub. I had specifically selected the property due to the walk-in shower. I even had called as the “accessible” room had the tubs and the front desk confirmed that a “standard” room would provide the walk-in shower. When we arrived I showed my booking.com reservation of a standard room but Sia showed that the Hilton system showed “accessible” with a tub and all other rooms were sold out. I explained that I selected the property specifically for the walk in shower due to my disability. She understood my frustration and listened to me and SOLVED the problem, finding me a room with the walk in shower- she went above and beyond for a customer and I will not forget that kindness and willingness to help. She is a bright spot in your local property teams and deserves recognition. I’ll be a Hampton Inn customer forever with service like that. Thank you Sia.

Location, breakfast, friendly staff Patrons allowed to be noisy late in the evening. Past midnight. Outside door slams shut and causes an extreme nuisance. Weird noise prior to when the air turned on.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean, even though the location was under construction, area was safe and free from any noise due to construction. Food, and grocery stores were all very close by the location. Although the location as i mentioned was very nice and undergoing construction, the photo of the hotel was a little misleading. It was a lot smaller than the picture on the website, the building, but the rooms were great.

Comfortable room though the hallway was absolutely frigid! Since it was a Friday night no one was available to set the thermostat higher. Still a pleasant stay.

Although the Hotel is under construction it was still neat and clean. The staff was top tier and very attentive. I asked for additional sheet and they were at the door in seconds and it was after 10 at night. I had a problem with WI-FI access because due to my last name being hyphenated...It was fixed immediately! The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The rooms and restrooms were upgraded and very chic!

I like the location and how accommodating the staff was I found a roach in the room and i was woken up multiple times during the night to doors being slammed and people shouting in the hallway

A/c was fine. Water temp was fine. Staff were nice/helpful. Mattress was very uncomfortable. It slid around on platform. I don’t like the change out to vinyl flooring-it makes the rooms feel cold/sterile more like a nursing home/hospital rather than cozy or comfortable. Breakfast was-a 5 out of 10.

The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. I felt safe and had no worries about the room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent! I usually bring a hairdryer with me but did not this time. Most hotels have a courtesy hair dryer so I didn't worry with bringing one. Unfortunately, there was no hair dryer in the room so I had to attend a conference with damp and frizzy hair.

Room was fine but hotel is being refurbished and the workers started at 630am! The paint smell and dust was really off putting.

I enjoyed the amenities and the location’s convenience. Pearland center being down the street was great. What I hated about the property was the cockroaches that we saw at night. We saw two but that was enough to gross me out and assume that the hotel wasn’t the cleanest.

We arrived at 3 in the afternoon to check in and it took more than two hours to give us access to our room, I was traveling with my family, with children and we had to wait more than two hours to be given our room that was already booked a long time in advance.

We had a room with a king bed and the couch that pulls out into a bed. I asked for pillows for my son that was sleeping on the pullout and they said they were all out of pillows?!?!

The pool is not connected to the hotel so there were random people walking in the parking lot looking at us and smiling creepy. Did not feel safe at all because any random person couldve open the gate and came in.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. I will stay at the Hampton Inn in Pearland, Texas. I inspected every inch of the room for cleanlinessIt. The bathroom was very clean. I’m giving this Hotel a 10.

We arrived at 415 and the room was not ready and apparently there weren't any other rooms left so we had to wait until the room was ready...445 it was. We had to be at an event that started at 515 so we were late because of needing to change clothes

The new standard for Hampton seems to be Luke warm coffee mornings, noon, and night. Coffee is NEVER HOT. This has been true last several locations. Breakfast quality across the board has diminished. Microwave broken in dining area, no way to warm Luke warm food. This has become a trend. Rethinking our commitment to Hampton which we have enjoyed for several years

When I arrived it was literally a 30 second check in. When we got to our room it was super clean and looks like they just remodeled the restrooms so everything was up to par. The bed was super comfortable! Usually I have an ick with hotel beds but this place didn’t give me any weird vibes. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and hot. The pool wasn’t crowded, maybe needs a little update but nothing wrong with it. The staff was amazing every time we approached them- from front desk to the cleaning ladies. Staff is all approachable and nice! It’s a perfect place to stay with your family or if you need somewhere to stay that’s more quiet. Yes, you have to bring your own bags up, but I would do that any day for the free parking and breakfast that came with your room. Not to mention, check out was also 30 seconds or less! Totally worth it!

Room wasn’t ready when I arrived and i arrived late

Pool was algae green. Noisy room and elevator dinged loudly every time, even at 2am. Had to ask they said it was painted that way. Remote didn't work. Counter girl laughed at me when i said needed new batteries. "Try pointing at ceiling" was her advise. Did not work of course. Other guy replaced it. No problem. AC failed on 2nd night had to move rooms. No bar as advertised on Expedia. No vending machines. Not happy at all. False advertising about bar from Expedia. Only good thing is it was closest hotel to Grandson, daughter ad husband.

If you're going for a 1 or 2 day trip then this is not a bad hotel. It was clean and staff was nice. My negative would be that the beds are so low to the ground. I wouldn't stay any longer than 2 days here.

Standard hotel experience. Decent location. Quieter area than other hotels down the road in the shopping district. Sink counter is a little small. Showerhead had adjustable flow nozzle but would not adjust for me, I'm assuming because most people don't bother to use it and so it was just stuck in that position. Front desk employees stay in the office at night so no one really around unless call them out from the back. Music plays constantly outside the elevator so recommend requesting room away from the elevator or you can hear the music all night through the room door.

All excellent except only gripe is that they said free WiFi- but when I went to connect it demanded a Hilton honors sign up. I already have a Hilton honors number but no login option, ugh. It was just a pain. Had they just told me at check in I’d have given my HH number and it would’ve been fine.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. This property is in the process of remodeling, but everything was still as neat as it could be. Once the remodel is complete, im sure it will be amazing!! Great place to stay!!

Overall staff, service and amenities were great ! Although remodeling was taking place, there was no noise or any issues. Great location for all your shopping and , it offers a good variety of restaurants nearby. Will stay there again. 👍

Good location. Stayed here for BBQ on the way to Galveston for a cruise. They had a biker rally in Galveston so we stayed outside of town

The bathroom doors are put on backwards, making it really hard to get out of the bathroom. The shower glass doors don't stay in a closed position. The shower head is immovable and is directed in a way that sprays water out of the shower no matter what, whether it be a little or a lot. Under construction and told to come through the back door, but there are MULTIPLE giant dumpsters taking up majority of the parking in the back of the hotel. We had 2 rooms so I know it wasn't just one room with these issues. Room phone also didn't work. Unable to call the front desk for anything.
