Marriott is notorious for very comfortable beds and pillows, cleanliness and great service. I totally agree.

The staff were absolutely amazing! Front Desk and Housekeeping I give a 10/10!! However, the rooms were dated- and I did not care for the aesthetic of the room, you could tell this was an older hotel. The pics sorta tricked me (lol) overall great experience, housekeeping kept our room clean and comfortable. The hotel definitely needs to upgrade!

I will definitely stay there again. It was peaceful and quiet. Not too crowded. The room was spacious and clean.

The staff is always courteous and helpful. The fragrance in the entry way & lobby is VERY STRONG and overpowering. Also it was humid in the room and almost smelled as if the carpet hadn’t dried after a cleaning. Also the coffee maker had dust inside so we were not able to use it.

I have stayed at this location many other times but on this stay some of the amenities in my room were not working properly. The 2 lamps in room 425 were not turning on and the shower faucets were not working properly. I payed full priced for the room so I expect for everything to be working perfectly.

Awesome space, clean!

I had a dirty washcloth in my shower, none of the plugs worked by my bed each side. And there was a very, very large wet spot in the middle of my carpet, practically covering where I needed to go to bed so I had to step in it every time no idea what it was.

Everything was excellent, clean, & quiet. I’ll most definitely will choose to stay here again.

I have used Expedia many times to make hotel reservations and have never experienced this issue before. The staff repeatedly insisted that the payment had not been received, which created an uncomfortable and stressful situation after a long day of travel. To be clear, my complaint is not about Expedia. My concern is with the way the hotel handled the situation and communicated with me. I believe the matter should have been addressed more professionally and without placing the burden on the guest. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Our experience was very disappointing for this to be a Marriott. First of all our room was not as clean as it should have been. The room smelled like mildew. There was hair on our bathroom wall in the shower. The refrigerator was being held up by a dirty rag. Dust everywhere. Then we had an issue where the handle fell off the toilet. We left our hotel around noon and told someone was going to fix it. When we came back around 9 PM, it appeared to be fixed, but it was not. The handle fell right off. We called the night manager who tried to fix it, but could not. She called the maintenance guy to come in; I could hear his attitude. In the meantime, we were asked to stick our hand in the back of the toilet to flush it if we needed to use it. NO WAY! She did try to make things better by offering us complementary breakfast in the restaurant, but it was for nothing that we wanted. She also bought us a bag of drinks from the hotel shop. I would’ve been appreciative of it if it wasn’t for the fact that we all needed to use the restroom and it was 10 o’clock at night. My kids fell asleep. The maintenance guy didn’t show up until about 10:15 and when I opened the door and said hello, he said “what up” and walked in. No introduction. He was in the bathroom for about 3 minutes, then said, “have a good night” and let the door slam as he left out. No apologies or anything and woke my kids. The night did get comped for, but I still will not go back to this hotel. Not worth it at all.

In an outdoor mall that's full of shopping and restaurants, but be advised, the whole thing pretty much shuts down at 9. Only a few restaurants remain open, and the hotel breakfast is very weak. Not a great hotel for food.

The location was excellent. Rooms are a great size and were clean. I was told I could check in early as I requested in advance but when I arrived the rooms were not ready. After 2hrs the rooms were finally ready but the refrigerator in one room didn't work neither did the ice maker on my floor.

I booked this hotel because it was a convenient location to restaurants and shopping. The staff was extremely nice, however the hotel is in desperate need of an update. The carpeting in the hallways was disgusting, smelled mold and mildew. With the humidity in Texas you would think they would not have it at all?! Also, the pool was full of termites along with the hot tub which was very green and run down.

Was in town for Houston Livestock Show, we were only at the hotel to sleep. But it was very nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The front desk staff are so nice!

It was a beautiful room but no matter what you tried to do you couldn’t make it cold in there. That was the only set back. It didn’t need to be 60 but at least cooler then 75ish.

The shower didn’t get hot on a cool night. Kitchen wasn’t open due to holidays which was a big let down. You would think that’s a reason to be open due to people staying from out of town for the holidays would at least want a hot meal. I appreciated having access to hot coffee I could make to my taste at late hours or early mornings, away with Starbucks.

The first day, we were tired and never heard the knock for housekeeping. So when we did leave the hotel and returned late, we were surprised that we did not receive room service. The second day, we did hear the knock as we were getting ready to leave in the afternoon. We told the cleaning lady that we were leaving in 20 minutes. We asked if she could come back when we left the hotel in 20 mins, her response was yes. We then received a call approximately 5 minutes later telling us that the cleaning staff were knocking off. We deferred having our room serviced for a second time. I did enquire at the front desk and was told that I could let them know what was a good time to clean. I have never had this experience before. Nonetheless, we agreed and asked that our towels get replenished and requested a 10:30/11:00a.m., cleaning. The next day we get ready to leave early, despite wanting to sleep in and relax and decide to take advantage of the hotel restaurant, which was scheduled to close at 11:00 a.m. I was 11:46 a.am., when we exited the elevator. A lady was at the counter and was quick to inform us that the restaurant was closed and the grill had already been turned off. I asked her if she had anything that did not need to go on the grill. Noisy hallway in the night some college students having party in the hallway banging on all the doors in the hallway most of the rooms are filled with guests and hotel staff did not even check

Room was a little lived in. Nightstand light won’t work unless overhead light and switch was on. Chair cushion was worn and un kept. Toilet kept running after every flush, but breakfast was absolutely amazing. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had in my life. This was on Xmas day. So normal days must top that with full staff.

Everything was good, my only complaint was the scent of whatever was used to freshen the room was a really strong cinnamon smell which I don’t like. Other than that everything was good. The location of this hotel is great. So much shopping and food.

The water pressure was non existent and everything felt damp from the humidity. The room layout was weird because the tv was off to the side and uncomfortable to watch from the bed. The lobby and lower entrance has really strong smelling “air freshener” that gives you a headache. Same for the smell in the room, they use something that makes you have a headache.

Convenient to Pearland Towne Center and had a nice bar in hotel!

The bathroom was a little dated & the carpet had a slight odor. I barely stayed at the hotel only to sleep, shower & utilize the gym - so wasn’t really bothered by it. Overall, the location & the amenities offered was a plus. It was right within the Pearland Towne plaza so access to several stores & eatery. Was able to walk down to the lobby & grab my Starbucks coffee daily, so that was a plus. I’ll definitely recommend & possibly stay again in the near future, as I visit that area often.

The trip was long, we came for a graduation and stayed at this Hotel. I purchaced breakfast online but when i got there i was told it really was no breakfast, I could get a free fruit cup and coffe from Bistro. I had to provide room key and ID to get fresh towels. No smoking area, so poloce were called while standing outside by rental car smoking.

Toilet had brown stains in it and the shower was dirty and sheets had stains as well very disappointed being an elite Marriott member and we never received our points for our two night stay. Never will stay at this Marriott again

Weekend visit to the area for pleasure. Staff was extremely friendly and quick to offer assistance when needed. Amenities in the room were a bit lacking. Only a single serving of caffeinated coffee was provided in the room and only two full size towels were available in the bathroom. towels

1. There was no room safe as advertised on your 3rd party website Hotels.com. 2. Our friends had various complaints. It was too noisy, The Ice Machine. The elevator next to one room noisy. No breakfast included. 3. It was clean and comfortable. And my room was quiet. I would stay there again but don’t think my friends will.

The stay was great. the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the close vicinity to shopping and being able to walk around and enjoy the outdoor activities in the area. The location was easy to venture from and back too.

The service at the hotel was nice. We needed clean towels mid day they brought it up. Another day we needed a working iron and they brought up a new one/ Cleaning of the rooms looks like it’s only done maybe 3x in a week stay but we had no major issues. As the property is in the mall it’s convenient to walk and shop. A few decent restaurants in the area. This location was also close to where we wanted to be so it ended up being very convenient for us/ Other than the bad smell that wafts from the lower entrance into the elevator and hallway it’s a nice place.
