It was very clean and convenient to Walmart and a restaurant. The price was fantastic especially for a last minute booking for my granddaughter’s softball tournament. Within 50-100 yards or so there was a Mexican restaurant and Walmart. Nothing.

When we arrived at 1am on the first night the room was so hot, the air had not been one it eventually cooled off but took a few hours, then the next night we arrived back around 10pm and 2 of the ceiling fan blades had broken off and were on the floor of the room. The Hotel made sure we were okay and had no injuries but I think this hotel needs some updates and maintenance

Room was clean and had everything you could need with fridge and microwave. Really small pillows on the bed that were flat. Pool was great but almost needed cooled down.

There was a snag in the carpet upon arrival and the smoke detector was malfunctioned and taped to the ceiling. The carpet was not vaccumed and they charged us $100 for a snag in the carpet that was already there and said they were going to get a piece from under the bed to cover it, so they can also charge the next renter $100 for the missing carpet under the bed

I was in town to visit my husband in the hospital. Hotel was clean and it allowed me to have a peaceful stay.

Rooms very clean, breakfast was very good, Waffles, cereal, danishes, microwaveable cheese omelets, pancake dogs on a stick, breakfast sandwich along with coffee juices and yogurt. Grandkids loved the breakfast and swimming in the pool, I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Older style motel - drive up to your room but the rooms were remodeled and very nice. Breakfast needs attention. No hot water, milk, or coffee available when I ate.

At first I thought the receptionist was pretty nice until I started complaining about bugs crawling on the bed and in the bathroom floor and tub, dont think it was bedbugs just bugs period made me uncomfortable, she offered and did changed my room and we saw bugs in the tub in that room after that refund was asked for and was given..

The ad said smoking/non smoking. My receipt reflected the same. When I got to the motel I requested a non smoking room. I was told that is not what I booked, I had booked a smoking room and they could not change the room because they were too booked. I looked on hotels.com and there was a non smoking room available. I pointed this out and was told I could book that non smoking room listed, but they would not give me a non smoking room and they would not refund me for the one I had already book. Worst customer service ever

The rooms were nice and clean, the towels were smooth and the young lady t the front desk was very nice and friendly.

The staff was helpful with my reservation. There was a glitch with the booking of my room with Expedia. It took a call to Expedia support to resolve my booking. The room was clean, bed nice firm. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the pillows was. The breakfast was OK and the coffee was real good

The room overall was clean. However, the tub did not drain and was somewhat gross because of that. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was amazingly clean and well kept.

This location was incredibly clean! the pool looked beautiful, room was clean and spacious. You can tell pride is taken in this property. Breakfast options were limited, but I was happy to see prepackaged microwavable breakfast sandwiches as an option. 10/10 would stay here again.

My stay was lovely. Check in was quick and simple . I called ahead to let them know I would be arriving late. I had no issues. Room was very clean , pool was clean. The laundry facility worked and I was able to wash my clothes before leaving. The washer did smell like mildew however once my clothes were washed and dried they did not smell at all. Smelled great. Best part Walmart is in walking distance.

Asked for a downstairs room as family member is handicap, was given 2nd floor room. Asked staff to change to 1st floor and she was irritated. Then was charged 3 times for our stay.

The Lady behind the desk was nice but thats it. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a motel which means you drive up to your room and walk right in. The description never said it was a motel. But that’s exactly what it is. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. It much like motel 6&8

We have always had a good experience staying here.

The manager and the lady working the desk when checking in was very unprofessional and broke the law. I have a service dog and they were giving me a hard time and asking a lot of questions and we were not the only one they did this to that night. I even showed the lady behind the desk the service animal support vest and still charged me for the dog. The bed only had a flat sheet on the bottom of the bed instead of a fitted sheet. When checking out I tried talking to the same lady that checked us in and she said she was not going to talk about it. This is the only Best Western that I have been to that has tried us that bad and told us if we don’t pay for the dog then we can’t stay but yet they had already charged my card for the stay. This is how we get treated being gold members then I will never go back to Beat Western again.

Booked a king suite. Was given the run around that room was not available. Did not seem that they were at full capacity and I was forced to stay in queen room with no compensation.

In general, hotel was located in a good spot. Walmart and taqueria Arandas were next to it at a walking distance. I dislike how house keeping does not clean the rooms everyday (every other day).

The property is nice and the area is good. Parking lot has trees and looks nice with pool. But like any motel, I got noisy neighbors who checked in after midnight and loud chattering, stomping floor lasted another two hours until 2 AM. More noisy people are up at 6:30 am. So despite the homy bed and clean room, I didn’t sleep well. Sorry about the money I spent.

Location is not pet friendly unless you pay 30 dollars non refundable plus deposit. Should not advertise pet friendly on site because it is to late to cancel once arriving.

This property was in a great area, walking distance from a Walmart, 20 minutes from downtown Houston depending traffic, also near the property restaurants, daiquiri shop, liquor store, dentist office, tractor supply, whatever I needed was within limits, this property was nice and clean for my short stay, staff was nice front desk and house keepers, no this property is not five star but it's reasonable and my stay again was comfortable

Usually this hotel is perfectly fine when we visit, but we never stayed on this wing so we were suprised by the condition. Would have been nice for some ki d if adjustment on the bill for the room condition.

Unfortunately, after I arrived I realized that this was a Motel with the rooms on the outside which I don't like. Also, the Motel is basically on the edge of a Walmart parking lot that is separated by a row of bushes. None of which are depicted in the posted pictures. The room was fine but I will never stay here again for the aforementioned reasons.
