Room smelled like mold and had a leak coming from ceiling.

Extremely clean and great location

The only complain I have is about the location of this hotel, which is right on the highway. The traffic noise is still heard in the rooms.

The only thing that I would suggest is maybe bring your own pillows. There was only 4 on a king size and they were flat.

Very clean and nice, big room! I couldn’t believe it had a full size kitchen with soap and all the dishes! The continental breakfast is also the best I have ever had! In a corner room you can hear the road noise from the highway but it didn’t personally bother me at all.

The breakfast selection was fine. The location was excellent and the staff was kind and helpful. The cleaners didnt come on the second day of our stay.

Only complaints is the bed was caved in on one side like most places, low water pressure sucked. Othere than that facility was nice.

Absolutely gorgeous to stay. I love this place.

This property was newer than others. It was very clean. The rooms were large and included a kitchen. The breakfast was pretty good. They had eggs sausage and potatoes one day. Then, eggs biscuits and sausage gravy the next day. They also had muffins bagels and an oatmeal bar. This was a very comfortable stay... especially for the price.

Creamers in the room were old so I couldnt make coffee. Other than that, everything was great.

Always clean, never a rude staff member, and the location is just right.

Friendly staff, saw staff cleaning every time we left our room, which made us feel that the staff wanted to do a great job. I thought it was important to also note that we never encountered any smells that were off putting. Even the hall way smelled pleasant. Also, the room was very quiet. We never heard any other guests or outside noise while in our room. Room temp control reflected actual room temperature and was adjustable. We have stayed at hotels where the room temp does not change despite the control allowing you to adjust settings. We were very comfortable. We also really liked the shampoo, condition and body wash. The scent was very relaxing and the large bottles had plenty for us to use without running out. Breakfast was wonderful, staff at breakfast were fantastic! Bed wasn’t as comfortable as we have had elsewhere, but we did get a good nights sleep. Sofa bed was not comfortable for our 12 year old, but in the future we will book a double bed to remedy that issue. We understand sofa beds are less comfortable the more you weigh.

Hotel and room were exceptionally clean and accommodating. The pool was as well. The only issue was that they didn't have the room available that I paid for so I was offered a smaller room that was still very nice. Although I haven't received my refund from the downgraded room.

It was ammaizing. Its has a kitchen, was very comfortable, clean, a big room.

Meeting room was not big enough to accommodate group. Attendees were trying to accommodate situation, not hotel for some reason, by setting up more tables and bringing in chairs. Electric plugs an issue with laptops. Area is a little confusing with toll vs. Non toll exits.

The staff was wonderful! It was a honeymoon night for my godson and they helped make it special and a seamless transaction!

Great Room, however I’d recommend requesting a room not facing the road. The noise can be a bit loud.

Designated Dog area needs to be bigger and better location..too close to parking lot..also waste matter needs a better thought out dumping rather than disposing it in room trashcan

This hotel is a nice as when I last stayed 6 years ago. I will say that new or reupholstering of the room’s couch and new carpet would be an improvement and update the room. Best to do before things get too shoddy. Enjoyed my stay. Would book again.

Traveled for holiday with family. Pros- Definitely clean which was nice and breakfast was the normal stuff but very well tended. Cons- front desk staff literally didn't know how to check us in, the pull-out couch was Awful, shower had no water pressure.

We wanted to get away for the weekend and this stay was lovely. We quite enjoyed the kitchenette and how spacious the room was. I've already mention our stay with our friends and family and we highly recommended this location.

There should be more bathroom supplies like shampoo, body lotion soap etc. we had only 1 of them until I called front desk.

Price and convenience.

The layout of the room was nice but the dishes were dirty. Some were nasty. The bed was not very comfortable and sagged in the middle. The fold out bed was terrible. Dirty, old and uncomfortable. For the money i paid i expected things to be clean and comfortable.

First room given smelled like fish but they switched us rooms immediately.

Keisha was great at the front desk, had several with my party and she wad patient assigning the rooms to us. I had many family membets traveling from out of state and she was their first positive experience in Houston.
