I would strongly recommend you never stay in this place it is filthy smell like animal pee through out the hole place the rooms are not clean there's black mold all over

and my wife could not sleep with headache from the carpet oder. The blankets had some cig burn holes to add evidence of our detection and suspicion. Also had some roaches in the room that are no longer there. The pool was nice and clean. We ended up leaving early after one night and going to another Motel 6 a little closer to the gulf.

Everything is old in there. Hallways smell like dog pee. Bugs were found in beds. Roaches were walking on the walls in bathroom. Place does not look anything like the pictures shown.

The experience was terrible as soon as I arrived it smells like cigarettes in the lobby covered with a smell of bleach. I’ve received my card key and it was blank. I went into the room and it smells like cigarettes all over. I looked around and it was completely dusty everywhere I tried to open the window and it was black dust stuck inside the windows. I went to the bathroom and it was stains all over the tub, the towels hung up where dirty you could tell the dirty spots on them and the bed was very hard and old I pull the sheets back and there were holes in the blankets and sheets, with a hair strains on the pillow. I immediately checked out ! Don’t ever come stay here it’s completely trash !

The place was nasty so disgusting. Just thinking about tub was filthy I asked for not smoking room they gave me a smoking room would not give me a new room after I complained twice the shower didn't even work the place is a total dive. The people at the front desk unhelpful and very rude and roaches was really bad

The rooms aren’t the way they look in the pictures, poor maintenance, room full of bugs ( there are bugs in the microwave) and poor cleaning maintenance. The house keeping doesn’t clean the bathtub they only make the bed and change towels. The place is not really safe I found a homeless guy standing on the side door at 2am when I was getting back to my room, if I was girl I would have run away. The shower curtain was dirty… everything was bad except the AC😊 so will never recommend someone to book a room over there. Nevaaaa!!!

Promised breakfast and there was none. There was mold everywhere and we had to deep clean the room right after the staff left the room. Asked for late check out like the site asked and we were given 30 mins and then a bunch of hell as we left. When we arrived we asked to be moved rooms due to noise concerns and health issues and we're denied the ability to do so and unable to cancel with a refund. Won't stay their again. Trash hotel

The past two times I have booked a room through hotels.com for a room with a kitchenette both times when I checked in I received a standard room no kitchenette and the last time I had no table no chair the only thing we had to sit on was one king size bed with burn holes in the bedding ( im in a nonsmoking room ) Upsetting. If I go to the front desk to speak to the gentleman at the counter he's very rude he doesn't want to hear you and he's going to tell you to stop crying about it I have never dealt with somebody in my life as rude as that man right there that is supposed to be the manager for Motel 6 in Pasadena Texas. Just upsetting all around if I book a room I would just like the room that I booked because that's the price for the room that I booked. Simple . I got no refund of any kind.

The entire location is dirty. The tvs work intermittently. Had to change rooms at midnight because the tv completely went out. Both rooms has dead roaches. Seen crawling one in the hall. Smells like mold. Won’t ever stay again

Property is in poor conditions. Bed mattress is sagging in the middle and room was musty with a smell of mold. Outside doors did not close and lock properly causimg a possible security issue. Large dogs were in certain rooms that barked. Television remotes did not function properly. The staff was very kind, polite, and tried to accomodate my needs. The problems associated with this property is NOT a staff problem but instead a corporation issue that should be addressed. I have stayed in Motel6 properties that are basic but this property does not meet expected standards.

Cigarettes smoking smells every where

The parking area is tiny and there is a lafy that is riding around on her bicycle in the evenings offering her services. BUT the AC worked fantastic we would leave the AC on during the day and when we would return in the evening the room would b cold enough to turn off the AC. There was something underneath the bed that looked like bodily fluids whcoch should not have been there. We had tiny roaches come out, there was mold in our shower, the bed is NOT comfortable at all. It was just a horrible experience will NOT be returning.

Everyone is so friendly, room cleaned everyday. Location is great and private. Car was safe, no loud people, pet friendly(didn’t have a dog but loved seeing the dogs) would recommend to anyone needing a stay.

Two staff members were kind of condescending, and the room was just okay. For a motel, you can't exactly have the highest expectations especially when in Pasadena.

Room was infested with roaches, scuffs and mysterious stains all over the walls, damaged drawers, worst experience of my life. Didn't stay any of the two nights we booked, ended up sleeping in our car and STILL not received any refund.

I have stayed at many Motel 6’s over the years traveling for work. This one was by far the worst. Roaches everywhere, no hot water (when I cashed the front deal he told me to try the Knox in different positions then blamed it on everyone showering at the same time), and I couldn’t get my pre booked stay refunded even though I only stayed 2 nights of a week long reservation. I didn’t think to take pictures when I left to show the bags of trash in the hallways, the roaches, the microwave that had cooked in food in it. Not to mention the tweeker in the parking lot breaking open batteries and doing something with a butane tank. I should have canceled then, but I had to start work an hour after I checked in.

The building is not well kept. Upon entering my room, there were cockroaches traps set up on counters and in corners of the room, holes in the floor where flooring was missing, and an awful odor in the room. I didn’t say but 10 minutes and then I walked out. I requested a refund due to the deplorable conditions of the room and the owner was incredibly rude and started yelling at me. I will be going through hotels.com to request a refund since I had to go elsewhere in town to stay for my work trip.

Best option for budget friendly place with easy access to freeways and the beltway. Kitchenette for basic meals and full sized fridge. The are no cooking utensils so bring a pot of pan if you want to cook.

Great location with easy access to Hwy 225 and Beltway 8 at affordable price. Clean room with kitchenette and full size fridge is great for cooking options. Best option for the price in an easy to access location.

I booked for a non smoking room. When I checked in to the room it had cigarette burns on the bed and ashes in one of the dresser drawers. I woke up to loud music playing at 4am. I showered then started brushing my teeth and seen two baby roaches crawling on the counter. So I go downstairs to check out and see no one at the desk so I walked closer and somebody was laying on the floor sleeping with a blanket/cover. I just left the keycard on the desk and left.

When we arrived there was a strong odor of weed all around the lobby inside and outside! Later we saw 5 young people outside the front door smoking weed! The fridge in the room had dirty cups inside of it. The comforter was full of burned cigarette holes, the pillow cases and sheets had stains on them. The tv remote was broken and had no batteries in it. The toilet seat was broken. There were food stains on the floor in the bath room and around the fridge. There was something gritty like salt or sand all over the chairs. The light was missing in the bathroom. There were wall plugs hanging out of the walls. The parking lot needs cleaning and restriping!! What a dump!!!!!!! I booked through Hotels.com and was non refundable. We left immediately and did not stay there!!!
