Desert (sp?) With housekeeping was the biggest help to me, going above and beyond to make sure we had what we need while trying to finish her work... love her! The inconvenience of paying for my room online then have to pay a separate deposit on site. It was as streamlined check in to room I'm used to. Inconvenient but not a tragedy!

Breakfast was not all that good, the Facility was close to Nasa space center. 1) an employee parking under the awning made it inconvenience to unload our car. 2) elevator quit. working Saturday evening and Sunday when we needed to use. The complimentary coffee was not available when we checked out in Sunday morning. We had a bad experience this time. Definitely not staying at this place next time. .

They didn't return the deposit; their excuse was that the towels or sheets had stains—even though they didn't—after just a one-night stay.
- 5/5
Todo muy bien, habitación muy cómoda y amplia
- 2/5
Had to remove the lid from the toilet several times to get the toilet to fill with water. Hotel smells like garlic and curry throughout. Seemed like the owners possibly live on site, kids running in and out of rooms, down hallways, all while using their outside voices. I would be failing you if I didn’t mention the small brown insects spotted in the bathroom that were free with the stay. The free breakfast was eggs, bread and yogurt. If you have a need to stay in this specific area of Pasadena do yourself a favor and get a room off the Beltway. The hotels were much nicer in that area.

The staff was great and took care of all of my needs Nothing

The property was neat and clean. The room was clean and well stocked. The staff were very professional and helpful

The stay for 2 nights was great. The room smelled a little wet like mildew but outside of that the room was advertised and served us well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The entire property had a strong odor that smelled like backed up toilets mixed with mildew, which made the environment extremely unpleasant. The pool was dirty and clearly not being maintained properly. The elevator was not working during my stay, which was a major inconvenience. What made the experience worse was the lack of customer service. Despite these issues and me paying for the refundable option, the hotel and Expedia refused to refund my money or offer any reasonable solution. I understand that problems can happen but the condition of the hotel and the unwillingness to address legitimate concerns made this a very frustrating experience. I will not stay there again.

Please be careful staying here. I was charged extra for "pet stains" which were false. I called to ask for photos of the stains which they claim would send in 20 mins. Its been 2 hours and I have not received any photos yet. The room i stayed in had so many nats flying around and I spoke to the manager in front and she said it was probably because of my dog that caused the nats. The food was not great, the furniture in the room felt sticky and dirty. The room was extremely humid as well. The pool was dirty as well and hasn't been cleaned. The elevator also got stuck when trying to go to our room so we had to take the stairs. Don't waste your money staying here. I did not enjoy my stay overall. I just wanted to give my honest review.

Our experience was great . The are was clean, the food was wonderful the staff was on top of it making sure it didn't ran out .
- 3/5
The breakfast was terrible as well. The gravy was watery, and the waffles had a strange taste.
- 1/5
The staff was unhelpful, there was vomit in the hallways, broken curtain, no shower curtain, room smelled of mildew. When the issues with the bedroom were brought up the desk clerk responded with not her fault.

Very poorly maintained, grass was terribly high, room carpet felt humid wet, elevator was a tripping hazard as the elevator does not align with floor when doors open. Staff was friendly and nice, room was just ok

Room was clean, very friendly staff, enjoyed gym.

Location was great for what I needed, but it was dirty. Stains on all the seating and the bedding. No phone in room and I don't believe our AC unit was functioning, but it was hard to know for sure since it did blow air. We thought maybe the whole property was that way due to broken out windows and extra air conditioners in the hall. I could go on.
- 2/5
I was getting bite by something when I was sleeping
- 1/5
This definitely looks like a place where they should rent the room by the hour. Room didn’t look bad but sooo much hair in the shower. I politely gathered my belongings and checked out.
- 4/5
Elevator was not working
- 5/5
Con: It was hard navigating the television stations. Maybe a channel guide would be a great addition. My television would default to channel 15.1. I guess they had my television on a digital antenna.
- 1/5
Elevator didn't work and for that matter a lot of thing didn't work. Needs a update.
- 1/5
This is the most discusting hotel we have ever stayed in. Firstly the one and only elevator was out of order (and had been for months according to the receptionist). The room (304) was filthy and in poor condition. The bath had a mouldy shower mat, the curtains were mouldy, the ceiling was mouldy, the floor was filthy and sticky, the bedding did not smell clean, there were unsafe electrical outlets and switches, there was a used bar of soap in the bath. There was a pooly fitted (pushed up into the ceiling) fire sprinkler, totally unsafe. It was horrible. We checked out and cancelled the remaining 3 days because it was so, so disgusting. We expect a full refund from Hotels.com. I have emailed them the same photos.
- 1/5
It was dirty the elevator wasnt working & only had rooms on the 3rd floor ,the room they gave me was used by other people & it was still dirty had to leave as soon as they gave me the room to a cleaner & better hotel the stars that they put in the reviews are fake its a dirty hotel
- 5/5
Like the kindness and courtesy of the front desk.
- 1/5
This hotel is poorly maintained. Elevator broken, moldy smelling rooms, exterior doors broken. Would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 2/5
The room was not cleaned properly. The toilet seat was loose. The elevator broke down.
- 1/5
The receptionist was completely drunk, didn't know what she was doing, and was making nonsense. It took a long time, and she had to call the maintenance guy for help. He helped us and other guests who had been given rooms that were occupied by the receptionist. I can't believe they show up to work like this. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing and really helped our group during the stay
- 1/5
as soon as we walked in ppl by the door smoking w**d, rooms smells of cigarretes faucets dripping feeling unsafe after seeing johns and their call g1r1s in halls very dirty and would not recommend they still charged me after i did nt even stay there , do not stay here
- 1/5
Stayed one night and it was clear the staff was understaffed and lacked proper training.
- 4/5
You can kinda hear people in the rooms neighboring and in the halls but it's not too bad.
- 1/5
This place was sad and dismal. The 3rd floor was dank and smelled. The elevator didn't work. The room was not ready, so I called the front desk and they said they would send someone to make it ready. I waited 6 hours to have someone make the room ready and ended up going to the front desk and asking for sheets, pillows, and toiletries myself. The pool is awful. Carpet stains, sheets are stained, pillows are from 1935, tub enamel is worn so badly, t.v. is busted. I wish I could have my money back or just pay for what this place is- the 'outta the way, $35/night, crackhead motel
- 1/5
There was nothing good at this hotel sorry, I would never come back or recommend it
- 1/5
Check was horrible, the night manager did not know how to and had to call 2 people to assist. The elevator was broken, the pool was cloudy. the bed was extremely soft, we literally sunk in to it. The breakfast was cold and the management staff didn't care nor did they try to makes things better. We left 7 hours later and was charged a "cancellation fee." NEVER AGAIN
- 2/5
If you are staying there for work it wouldn’t be so bad but if you are bringing your family there to stay I wouldn’t recommend it. I guess you get what you pay for. Sometimes cheaper isn’t worth it
- 2/5
I completed the self-check-in prior to arrival and still had to wait 30 minutes to get a room. While waiting I was informed that the hotel elevator was not operating at all. We did get put on the first floor, so it was not an issue for us. However, the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It is very outdated; paint is chipped off the walls. There is rust on the walls and all throughout the restroom. The carpet stinks, the beds are very uncomfortable & bedding is old. The rooms do not look anything like the pictures (like not even a little bit). The air did not work; the doors do not close unless you slam them shut. You can hear every footstep from the room above. We booked the hotel for two nights and had no choice but to sleep there the first night due to no other hotels available and being 4 hours away from home. We left the next morning and lost a second nights pay, but we absolutely could not stay there another minute.
- 1/5
The elevator never worked. They gave us a room on the third floor, room was dusty and dirty, many ants came out
- 5/5
Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us we traveled with our kids and as people know kids are heavy footed most of the time so we asked for a 1st floor room to not disturb anyone they only had a king room they gave us a roller bed for free of in the area we will go back
- 2/5
Its was ok, it was safe. Pool was murky, no clean sheets no clean towles in the room had to ask and we put them on our own beds. The breakfast was good.
- 1/5
Terrible the door to the side was broken making easy for everyone to come in, the elevator was broken, the rooms smelled like fresh cigarette smoke, the Poole was green and they said they are non refundable if you wanted to cancel your stay there.
- 1/5
Elevator was out of order. Had to take stairs to second floor. Swimming pool was out of order also. Outside area seemed to need repairs.
- 3/5
The elevator was broken the whole time, the roof looked like it had some mold, the floor, bathtub and toilet was dirty and the molding around the walls was coming off. Wish I wouldn’t have paid ahead of time because we would have found somewhere else.
- 1/5
I didn't stay was not happy at all… the trust was full the elevator nor the ac in hallway didn’t work and the pool was open but it had mold in it and that’s the reason of my stay… I left after an hour of checking in
- 2/5
I picked this place for the price & the fact they have a pool & hot tub, yet the first thing the door on the side of the hotel didn't work with my key card. I bought a coke and it was hot cause the cooler wasn't working & when I went to get in the hot tub I walk out to realize the hot tub has been filled in with cement & the pool was less than desirable it was very dirty I refused to get in! I then go back to my room to watch some TV & it continued to cut out on every channel!
- 1/5
Terrible hotel! A couple of hours before we checked in I got a call saying that they needed my card info for the
- 1/5
Sheets were all stained. The entire property smelled horrible no AC.Building falling apart in the front. Never again $200 down the drain
- 5/5
It served it's purpose. Older place. Wonderful front clerk
- 5/5
Will go again I like this hotel!!!!
- 3/5
I didn’t have any high hopes it was a 3-star hotel rating but their were gnats in the restroom. The toilet seat was very loose and the sheets weren’t the cleanest (I had to pray and Lysol the entirety of the place) other than that it did what it needed to do provided a roof over my head while I was out visiting family.
- 1/5
In general bad experience the smell was bad
- 4/5
It was good, but were 2 issues that need addressing. Our TV was useless, because you have to go through a maze to activate it, even for just local channels. The hotel receptionist/managers were excellent, and attentive. But, she couldn't activate it either. She called the technician, and thought it's fixed, but still couldn't activate it. She apologized, and mentioned that this has happened to others too! Breakfast could use improved (sausage and eggs.)
- 5/5
Gina was the best employee ever. Very helpful very smart. You need her. Great person.
- 5/5
Staff overall was professional and well organized. I appreciated the guy in blue green shoes working late early morning breakfast buffet and front desk. He had a smile that made life more comfortable. Thank you

When we got there they gave me a room that was already occupied, when I go back to the front desk to let them know then gave me another room we go in and the room was a mess it was a dirty room we go back to the front desk once again and waited there for a good 30 minutes then finally we were given a room that smell like tabaco
- 1/5
Absolute worst check in we have ever experienced. No clerk for 20 minutes then given a dirty room. Had to switch rooms which took more time.
- 4/5
Buena opción para descansar
- 2/5
Curtains in room were dirty, lamps dirty, hallway dirty, staff not friendly
- 4/5
When I arrived to my room there was trash in the hallway and it smelled like trash
- 3/5
The rooms kinda smelled musty
- 4/5
I have stayed here numerous of times. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Nothing fancy but for the price, definitely a bargain!
- 1/5
Then when I walked into my room the sheets were brown and dirty and a water leak was happening somewhere in the bathroom. When I switched to a new room the tub was black and dirty. I requested someone clean it and nobody ever came so I had to use a towel to cover it all while I showered because I didn’t want my feet to touch the tub. Lastly, when I went back to my room on my last night my hotel room was open and my key card didn’t work. I don’t know if there was an attempt to steal happening and I just happened to show up just in time or what because that was the weirdest thing I ever experienced. I was hyperventilating in fear that someone would come in my room in the middle of the night. From what it looked like nothing was taken but by that point I already felt violated. I checked out a day early and the lady at the front desk said I would be charged an early checkout fee. I replied no ma’am not after all I’ve been through. When I tried to talk to staff early in the morning nobody was there because the employee didn’t show up for their shift. By the time someone was there I was rushing to checkout because I had to drive back home 4 hours away. I don’t know if they will try to charge me a fee but if you’re looking to stay at a hotel this is not the one for you.
- 5/5
Everything was clean..good customer service
- 3/5
It was raining when we arrived and the window in our room was leaking. It’s apparently been a problem for a while as there was mold growing around the window opening. Upon showing pics of the mold to the front desk worker, she immediately changed our room. The new room was fine. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that your neighbors are saying. Area is just factories and very industrial. I will attach a picture of our view.
- 1/5
Bed bugs!!
- 1/5
The frony desk staff was accommodating friendly. The rooms however were terrible. The first room smelled like a pack of dogs peed in the room so i was moved to an "up graded room with no heat, dirty sofa, and mold in the bathroom and the room phone didnt work. Needless to say i didnt stay
- 4/5
Ok
- 3/5
Our light fixture was broken and my daughter got shocked from it
- 4/5
The place is okay needs improvement the place smelled smokey and musty..Beware they charge 100 cash for incidental..I had no cash so waive for me...My negative was they hand you instructions on how yo use the shower..I thought it was a bit overprice for that Hotel..They serve breakfast and yes night shift prepares the food with a smokers cough..Better that most in the surroundings area..
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
Is not what it used to be ..run down place
- 1/5
First night there we walked into the room and seen all the damages in the room, the ceiling was falling down a bit, light fixtures were falling, there were no alarm clock nor a phone in the room! A roach on the ceiling and then the next morning at breakfast there was roaches on the table. You have to request for your room to be cleaned so we did and the 4 days we had to stay they never showed up! Elevator was broken on the 2nd floor so you’d have to go up to the third and walk down to the 2nd. Overall just a bad stay! Nothing was refundable so definitely will not be a returning customer.
- 5/5
Very clean and peaceful
