Staff is very helpful and polite. Very clean. And close to the freeway.

The hotel is undergoing some renovations and the lobby and the main floor where are room was located was evidence of that. The renovations are nice and progressing nicely- new paint, carpet, and decorations in the lobby. The room was nice and spacious and the kitchenette was a great addition. The only downside was the cleanliness of the carpet- it was not vacuumed in between guests based on what we saw. Hopefully that's the next part of the renovation. The location is convenient for anyone having to do business in Pasadena especially at one of the refineries. Breakfast was basic but pretty good and staff was professional.

Perfect, the only thing I would advise is that even if you choose to pay at the property, they will charge your card early that day so if you were planning to use a different card, you might wanna fix that. Other than that, it was excellent.

I travel a lot for business and was disappointed on the “nickel and dime” mentality of this Holiday Inn in regards to their amenities. No bottled water for Rewards members, bath towels the size of hand towels, and no complimentary bar of soap in the restrooms. Staff was friendly but were inexperienced. Breakfast was good but limited options. Also, breakfast hours are from 6:30 to 9:30 on the weekends. No chance to sleep in. Other hotels end at 10:30.

Room was canceled before we arrived we didn’t have a room reserved

Room was ok, workout equipment was all broken, #1 reason I chose this hotel was to be able to workout while away from home on business.

Staff spoke limited English. Main hallway floors were muddy and baseboards coming off walls. First room was unacceptable with a broken toilet. 2nd room was small, toilet seat was so loose I almost fwll off, baseboards broken off walls, HVAC was broken, too beight with limited curtains to shut, noisy from highway.

The hotel was under construction and there was no note on the site before booking. Room was dirty there were things (trash, boxes and bags) on three drawers. There were crumbs and a bag of empty chips next to the bed. The bathroom towels had black stains. One bed cover had a big yellow stain. The towels and bed cover did look wash but they still had visible stains- they should take them out of circulation as this gives a very bad image. Front desk staff was short and dry no smiles or warm welcome.

The complimentary breakfast needs improvement.

Check in was easy. The gentleman was very nice. There is a notice posted that you will be charged for stains. I understand the common posting for stealing the towels, sheets or comforter (it happens), but stains. They have standard fare for breakfast...waffles, fruiit, yogurt, cereal and breads. I think they were overwhelmed on Sunday. We had to wait for eggs and sausage. Overall, it was a quiet stay and it was clean.

Lady threw my money at me told me never come back for mini swishers in the room I mean I get it but to not even check my id and just throw the money at me … I wasn’t even sure if it was the money or not it was in a envelope but white lady was aggressive from the start

Our stay was decent. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was courteous. I did find it odd that the person at the front desk made a copy of my drivers license. I have stayed at this place before and they did not need a copy of my license. The breakfast was ok. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was rude and unprofessional. The Grill is just there and the pool was small but cute. There are two men who sits behind the hotel and drink some nights. Breakfast don’t have ya mind set for tasty. Location is a bout 20 minutes from Houston.

I liked the quietness of the area and inside the building.

Overall, the stay was “okay”. The staff wasn’t rude by any means, but they weren’t extremely welcoming or pleasant either. Pictures online of the pool were better than what it actually looked like. Location was good in that it was an area that felt quiet and relatively safe. With us having 2 little kids, that was important. The price compared to other hotels was better which was a big factor for us. The breakfast was “okay” (nothing to write home about). Overall the place seemed to be pretty clean. Would we stay here again? Probably because the area and price. But don’t expect an “Amazing Experience”. Again, it was “okay”. Fair for the price.

If you look at my stay, I had two adults two children. My children did not have blankets or bedding at the front desk. The lady was very rude. The coffee pot refrigerator and microwave did not work. The front office said it needed to be reset

If you are not familiar with Houston, Pasadena has alot of oil/chemical plants. Luckily once in the hotel you couldnt smell the fumes. We stayed here since we needed a car charger close to Hobby airport and was looking for a good deal. Had to pay $15 in addition to room to use the EV chargers. Thetes only 1 universal and another Tesla charger on site.Breakfast included but nothing to write home about.

It was cheap, the place was new, clean and convenient, but sometimes, your trip is spoiled by a lousy "free" breakfast. They served awful scrambled eggs, either mixed with something green or in perfectly round disks. The fresh fruit choice was apples and that's it. They hide the instant oatmeal packets so you need to ask for them. And they provide 3 types of off-brand cereal. I wouldn't stay here again.

They ask you to sign an agreement that they can charge you if there is stain on your bedsheet. Their breakfast will close at 8am which is too early for me. When I went to check out, I was told that I had to wait until the person come back but I need to go already.

Empty shower dispensers for soap/shampoo etc (excessively small bottles left instead). Stayed in room with kitchenette, no paper towels, dish soap, scrub pad to help keep areas clean. Free breakfast only included bread products, cereal, no fresh fruit, or proteins (eggs/sausage/potatoes).

There was no Electricity due to the Hurricane Beryl. Spedia should of knowing these before booking me there

There was no one there to check us in. Once someone did appear, they were very nonchalant and absent from any emotion. The next day my husbamd went down and asked for extra pillows. The pillows we had were very uncomfortable. We were told they were sorry that another group had taken them all. The next day there were still none. The facilities are clean and there were no other issues, but the check-in delay and uncomfortable pillows was a let down.

The lobby had a nice coffee machine The hotel is not up-to-date at all Need a new paint job scuffs all on the wall, need new sheets & pillows bathroom needs remodeling, brown water coming out the shower, rusted showerheads present. Elevator reeked of bleach with wet spots on the floor, no venting machines present just a very limited “snack store”

Never got a chance to even look around the property. The customer service was horrible. The lady that was working the front desk was the worst and we were victims of the natural disaster. She tried to relate to me while continuing to upcharge me for the room just because I had 5 small children. We had already paid $366 just for that room and it didn’t have two beds just 1 king bed and a sofa bed. Trees fell on our house we had no lights or water and there was no compassion AT ALL!

The staff was very nice and the hotel was very well-kept. However, a couple of things made our stay not so pleasant. When we got to our room, our bathroom smelled like sewage and our body wash dispenser was taken off the wall, so we had none. Also, the Guest Directory in our room had the wrong times that breakfast ended, so we would show up just to find them cleaning up.

I specifically went to this hotel because of the chargers for EV cars. I have a Tesla and needed to charge there each day I was there. But the hotel doesn’t care if gas cars are parked in these spaces so I was unable to charge one night and had to wake up at 6a.m. One morning just to move my car so I could charge once one of the gas cars had left. If your not going to have spaces available for EV vehicles then don’t have the chargers. There’s literally no point if we can’t use them.

When you arrive to check to enter they ask you for your card and they charge you $50 more and they tell you that they return them to you but they don't deposit them back that's a robbery.

Rude unprofessional staff the Indian lady arguing with me about getting extra towels/bedding for pullout bed,, pool closed my entire three day stay, my truck also got scratched bad and ants in bathroom. People above me stomping late at night will never stay at this hotel again.
