Staff is very helpful. Gym is good although one treadmill has been down for a while. But never had a problem getting the one there. Breakfast had a nice variety

From the lady who fix breakfast to Maintenence who came to my room because I didn’t realize the microwave had a lock on it. Everyone the front desk everyone was wonderful. The place was clean comfortable. The AC worked fine when we needed extra towels we got extra towels worth the money.

It was new, modern and clean. Bedding and bathroom was very clean and well maintained. The area also felt safe.

All was okay. The breakfast was basic the same thing everyday. If food was gone by 9:30am, It was not filled for those who came later. Disappointed with this gesture!

For the amount paid for my stay, it was disappointing that there was no microwave or mini fridge. As a member I travel alot for work and stay at your hotels often and all have had those items in the rooms. I had a reservation for a king and got changed to a double, then the front desk said for $20 more i can get you a king. Yes i was scammed, i dont appreciate how my room was changed for a simple plain room. Hell even motel 6 has those items. I will be not staying in your hotels unless tjose items are guaranteed in the rooms and my reservation staus as is.

For the amount that I paid this hotel was subpar . Now to be clear I think it will be a nice hotel when they finish renovating but charging full price for a hotel that is being worked on it ridiculous. I heard construction all day, lobby was incomplete, no vending or snacks at desk. Room was adequate and eco friendliness I don’t care about but they did have one of those air conditioners that barely work so you could call it eco friendly. I like Hampton but this one was being worked on so it was not worth the money.

Room was wonderful and very large. Quick check in along of a run down of all the amenities available. I accidentally overslept for breakfast, maybe next time because I will definitely return when I need to stay in the area

Good location for restaurants, shopping, close to the hospital which is what I needed. Room was clean but just standard room. No thrills. (No frig or microwave) not worth $156. Maybe $100. At most.

Not to please with my room I booked a king room with with a refrigerator and microwave came in from out of town on business and my room didn’t have neither one they told me that was the last room because they were sold out everywhere even though I did not the room that I booked so they very much inconvenience me I had to go get a container to put my medicine in because it has to be in the refrigerator so I had to keep it cold so that was much of an inconvenience and I was not pleased, but I had nowhere to go because everywhere was booked up

The air conditioner never cooled the room. The ac wasnt on in the floor hallwaya above the ground level . Hot and humid in the hallway. The shower pressure is non existence.

The hotel itself was nice enough, but the pool area was less than stellar. I asked if the pool was heated, it most definitely was not. The hot tub has a nice green tint to it. The room was okay but the mattress was fairly low quality. Every time you got up or laid down you could hear the springs popping.

System was slow to check in

We had a king suite and it was very nice. The hotel was very full, but our room was very quiet. Also better blackout curtains than most hotels. The bed was very comfortable. We will stay here again when visiting family

This hotel was great the staff at the front end was very accommodating. I loved that i could get ice from the ice machine all day and night. My favorite part of the stay was the breakfast bar in the mornings. I didn't get to check out the pool but the gym room was great had everything you need and more. Near all the great shopping stores.

The hallways and elevators are extremely hot. The ac in the room didn’t keep cooling all night and it made for a hot night (the hotel regulates the ac). The bed was hard it was like sleeping on a box spring. While it was clean and staff was nice I will not stay there again for the above mentioned reasons nor would I recommend it. When I’m paying over $100+ for a room and it’s hot with a hard bed it’s not worth it.

We stayed for one night. The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were a bit lumpy, but we survived anyways. Breakfast was good. We celebrated my niece's graduation and reserved one of the meeting rooms. All staff were very accommodating.

We love staying here as it is close to family and the area we love visiting.

Compared to other Hampton Inns, this one was a little light on FFE. No in room MV oven, no refrigerator which is unusual. Other than that, pleasant enough. Elevator was mid hallway and convenient. Multiple entrances from generous on site parking. Enough to tow a trailer.

Breakfast was really good as opposed to other hotels I have stayed at. Very clean and staff were helpful.

I enjoyed my stay here ,it was nice quiet and clean . The only downside was that the standard rooms don’t have microwaves so you have to leave your room and ask an employee to unlock a room that has a microwave ,if I’m paying an good amount to get a hotel I would at least expect at least that .Either than that I would recommend and enjoyed the stay :)

Nice hotel our room was next to the elevator so it was noisy when it was used. Very clean and breakfast was great.

The hotel was fun, but the shower was horrible. I always book rooms with shower doors not curtains, the pictures on Hotels.com had shower doors. When I arrived it was a shower curtain. Also, the water pressure was almost nil.

My family and I were greeted warmly at the front desk. The lady at check-in was friendly and checked us in quite quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. My sons and I enjoyed the pool later in the evening. We had difficulty opening the gate to the pool but the same lady from check-in was kind enough to help us open it. It was a nice and clean pool. The next morning they has several yummy choices for breakfast. Overall, it was a great stay.

The property sits next to Beltway 8, one of Houston's most busiest highways. I was in room on the 4th floor facing the freeway. The noise was unbearable all night.

I was double billed causing me to stay an additional day to make sure the issue was resolved.

Very nice set up. Air didnt blow as cold as we wished but was still good. Kids found wasp in the window sill when we opened the curtains. We dont know where they came from.
