Had dirty bedding and I had to take them of and take them to the front desk to get clean linens and do the bed myself

won't stay again. pool didnt have water. rooms never cleaned

Towel ans sheets were dirty, bed was extremely hard no pool no breakfast

It was clean Breakfast was late but we still got to get breakfast

Location our needs Numerous things such as: welcoming when arrived, attendent was not very pleasant, and had his young son behind the counter playing with a ball, the parking looked bad with broken vehicles like a jonk yard, bed was dirty with yellow stains, room order was not good at all to say the bare minimum, front door would not close properly with a gap, to feel more savewe had to put teh couch infront of the door to “lock” it since we were staying with our entire family (kids), beds extremely small, carpet was dirty, fridge was not properly cleaned, when attempted to check out at 10:20sh am there was no one in the office it was locked, I rang the “bell” around the door and the window with no response, had to drop the keys in the mail box and leave hoping everything would be ok.

This is definitely not a hotel but it is a motel. It is very Rundown. It runs along a highway with an entrance to the highway right there. It was super loud with trucks running all night so at least to say I did not sleep very well.

The staff is helpful and available at any time, but the property is kind of run down and the freeway right in front of the hotel has constant heavy truck traffic engine braking all through the night.

The room was old and dated, the toliet had not been cleaned and the bathroom smelled of urine, the hallways were noisy early in the morning and the curtain in the room was off of the hook so i felt my room was not private and could be seen inside if someone walked past the window.

The only thing that wasn't right was that they didn't change the sheets.

Tub had hair and dried boogers on it. Not kidding. The towels were both stained. They clearly dont wash or replace them aftet each use. The thermostat is set to celcius with bo way to change it. Not a big deal, just annoying. Id upload a picture but this thing wont let me

i was bitten all over my arms neck n legs by bed bugs i have already emailed trying to get my money back i will be filing more complaints i have a doctor telling me its bed bugs and have not slept from itchyness and hurting as well as i have pills i have to take and creams i have to put on my body

Door did not seal and since we stopped because of duststorms, it was terrible. 1 inch gap at bottom and gap all around door. Door would bang around with the way the wind was blowing. Says pet friendly and they are not. Poor cat had to sleep in the camper. Vending machine did not work, butthey did refund our money. Front desk guy was really nice.

Proximity The room was a non-smoking room and I walked in and I found burn holes in the sheets in the comforters and asked to be moved. They weren’t busy they could’ve moved me, but they didn’t and told me they bring me new sheets and stuff in the morning to my liking, the Indian orientated man that place was very rude and asked me to leave the property. I didn’t do anything wrong. I was just there for the night and wasn’t rude to the lady the night before I asked for some clean sheets and she said it would be the next mornin

Our first room had not been serviced and the bedding was really dirty on both beds, the microwave was dirty. The new room had candy wrappers laying around.

The lock to enter the enclosed area where rooms were located was broken. It was listed as having breakfast and there was no breakfast.

Absolutely Nothing. Will never stay there again What you see on the website is not what you get at all. Room was dirty when we checked in. We requested queen beds and got full size. Our room was never cleaned. We had to ask for towels cause they only give you 2. When I called front desk for them to please clean our room. The house keeper was so upset and even argued with us that she had already cleaned it. My baby had a nose bleed on one of the pillows. So I showed it to the housekeeper and she got very upset. She still didn’t clean our room. She brought us the linen to do it ourselves. Needless to say I went to Walmart and bought stuff to clean the room. It also doesn’t help that the cleaning staff doesn’t speak any English

I love the 24 hour check in, and how easy it was to get to. Beds were super comfortable and ac worked great which is a bonus in this heat. The staff was super friendly . Love the fact the pool is indoors and not in the sun. Even though it was a non smoking hotel there were cigarette burns on the bed. The pool was open but there was too much chlorine in it and it burned your eyes and gave you a headache. Was not able to swim long. I chose this hotel for the pool and the breakfast but was told AFTER I paid and booked the hotel did not have breakfast due to Covid and the pool was closed . Then when I had asked at the front desk the pool was open , but they were remodeling the area for breakfast. I didn’t like the fact that I was told I was going to be charged for a fact when I had an animal but was dropping them off with a family member. This means they are watching you as you enter / exit your vehicle.

This hotel used to be anything but clean and comfortable. the current management have really made this property into something to be proud of. The rooms are clean and in good overall condition. The Pool area used to be anything but a place you would have felt comfortable swimming in and now it is clean and wlell maintained. I don't normally review hotels when I stay there but this time I just had to sing the praises of this particular hotel and personally commend them for the hard work and effort it took to get this properthy in the shape it is now.

We really enjoyed our stay It was a peaceful get away. Every morning we got up and ate hot breakfast. They staff was all very helpful.

The check in was fast and the front desk guy was very nice. I had booked the handicap room but it was already taken. The room was very nice and comfortable. It was clean. No problems. Even though it was next to the interstate we didn't hear any noise. Would stay here again.

Room was nice but everything had a smell to it which was not pleasant. Not sure, but it may have been the air, as this is a petroleum processing area?? I don’’t know…. My room key wouldn’t get me in to the pool area where the ice machine was located. Slept well, just couldn’t give it a 5 star.

At 1:30 am someone pulled up in a loud car next to my window and left the car running for 20 minutes. Then the people in the next room were having a party until 4:30 am. I couldn't get any sleep would have been better off staying home and driving in the morning.

I will never stay there again and recommend noone to stay there

Also, filth in the room. Urine on the toilet seat. A hair on the "clean" towel. A burn mark on the "clean" pillow. Definitley not a clean environment when you would think a hotel would go above and beyond to provide guests with a clean environment and some peace of mind against Covid stuff. But even without plandemics, this room wouldnt have passed even a standard cleanliness test on a normal day.

It used to be good place to stay, but now it is horrible, not very clean or front desk friendly. Last time we are staying there and that is shame, because it used to be good.

Even though this place is under construction, the total experience with the staff and room i am very happy with my choice of staying here.

This was an excellent overnight stay. I arrived about 1 a.m., after incorrectly figuring the driver time from El Paso to Odessa was two hours. (It's four; plus another hour for bad roads. Nonetheless, the woman I must have awakened was as fresh and pleasant as if it were a Sunday morning. The room was Big, and extra clean. The bed was really comfortable. The price was low because they're doing some renovations, I heard the next morning from a most gracious man -- perhaps the owner/manager/boss? -- but everything looked good to me! Pleasant paint colors. Oh! No pictures on the wall. Guess they're just not quite finished. Grab yourself a great buy and an every better stay at Knights Inn Odessa. I'll be staying there again on my way back home.

What was unique was that they have nice rooms and are very clean. It is safe and calm hotel to stay in and the service was very good from the start

Non smoking room smelled terrible of smoke. Had to get changed to another room upon arrival. To the staff's credit, they did change the room promptly. But the new room had a dirty bathroom. Then one of the nights i was there, housekeeping didn't come to the room. So after a long day out, I came back to a room with no soap, no towels, no clean sheets etc. Overall very disappointed. I wouldn't stay there again.

It was awesome. Rooms were good size and bed was super comfy. They’re doing renovations so during the day it was a little noisy but I still enjoyed my little getaway. LOVE the fact that they have free WiFi which is super high speed.

Great place, clean and very comfortable. Check in would have been easier for the desk attendant to access the computer for my reservation rather than contacting manager to find my email to complete my check in. I hope next time, they have the breakfast area remodel completed for guests to have free breakfast, as advertised as well.

I could not stay because they said there is no price for this. Then I needed to wait for more than 1 hour then left to find another place. After all, I asked to talk with the manager and he said it's the system mistake. So who will have responsibility for this? I had no place to live at mid night. And I still don't get my refund.

It’s I. South side Odessa. The area is pretty ghetto. It was fine just wouldn’t have chose it. Tbh it was the only thing available.
