The room was very roomy and well maintained. It was great to have breakfast offered in the morning. This is a good place to stay and very reasonably priced for the area.

We stayed in the family room it has 4 queen beds. That was cool because we needed 4 beds, but in one room. And two beds were fine but the other two were just so bad they really need new mattresses. We had to walk down the stairs from the 3rd floor or call the front desk to send the elevator up because the button didn't work

Good stay for our family but the hotel is in the middle of being renovated. The woman at the front desk during check in was excellent.

Very clean and quiet..

Room wasn’t even swept, after construction all dust was on beds and floor, old wrappers of food in drawers. Soap bottle was empty. Not enough towels in room . Elevator has no push down button and after all this tried to call for something different and phone didn’t even work. Ended up just falling asleep after a long 17 hour drive I said I’m just going to sleep instead of having to walk down the stairs. Worst stay do not waste your money here.

This is a basic hotel with basic amenities.

It was a challenge getting to coming from the west due to major freeway road construction.

they have guest that are in the hotel that are spreading infestations of a mixture of bugs parasites anmd fungus that resulted in me going to the hospital for me and my service animal and after advising them of this ongoing issue instead of being treat like a valued guess i was diregaurded and left no choice but to live in an infested room with out compensation for my damaged garments i got absolutely no sleep because i had top stand up all night because iu was constantly being bitten by mites bed bugs carpet larvaand god knows what else im in college and are a life coach and i sell digital products i was able to invite one customer to this location after discovering that this place was being infested by a guess that has been made aware but said they didnt care to do anything to stop slow down nor contain this issue i took pictures and have photos of the issue and after being denied another room to get me and my new garmets out of harms way i asked for cleaning tools and supplies and the frontb desk attendant just kept rushing me with to finish with the mob instead of asking how they could make my paid stay comfortable in even the smallest ways i was treated like an animal and this elderly man walks around the poroperty just staring at me and my service animal that is registered and telling me to check out he comes close to you and just stares like he is witnessing something bazzar instead of a paying residence or valued guest of the hotel he wanted me thrown out because of my service pet that is trained and does him no harmi loved the location and most of the front desk assistance but in the morning the front desk lady is very rude rushingyou to pay or get out and the fact that management neglected safety and health regulations as well as state and federal laws policies and statues says a lot about how long this place maybe open how many ppl and family will be affected by this issue before the proper protocol is taken with out guest being thrown out like suspects

So apparently they're under construction and nobody bothered to tell me that the pool and the spa nor the gym more available not even the coffee machine in the lobby works nothing seems to work the elevators are missing buttons so you have to take the stairs if you want to get back downstairs I paid decent money the last time I was there I got bed bugs

The hotel is located in a construction zone. We missed the exit and had to drive 12 miles to turn around.

Elevator third floor had no button to operate had to call front office each time. Ice machine didn’t work.. beds were old need to be replaced.

Rooms were nice despite them being remodeled, the elevator at the second floor did not have access do to the buttons not working so we had to use the stairs which was not nice as I have bad knees. The hallways were a mess from the remodeling.

Easy access from the highway. The breakfast was not considered continental. Very limited and few selections. The elevator was not working properly. We were on the 3rd floor and had to take the stairs if we needed to go down, or call the front desk to have them send it up to us.

The property was under renovation without notice to us, the rooms were left open and nasty. Our room the toilet seat was very discolored, the lid was broken, there was hair and toilet paper on the ground by the tub. The iron board had very weird discolored spot on it. We wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel is under construction. Our room was very dusty. The room I chose was supposed to have 4 beds as advertised ended up having only 3 which did not accommodate our group. Housekeeping walked into our room more than 30 minutes before check out.

For the price it was on your app according to the price whenever I called to go directly to the hotel they didn't have any rooms at the moment so I liked that we were able to get a good room at a decent price it was amazing room. was a good decent day for the price it was a dang good price for those nice of rooms I didn't like that I was told there was an indoor pool that was open and it wasn't and then I was also expecting an outdoor pool but there was not one they were also under renovation so the elevator going up worked kind of but it took forever but you couldn't go down you had to go down the stairs. My room was so dirty when I checked in. Empty beer can. Amazon delivery trash. Stains on bed, and a blood stain on bed. Vomit in the sink

The hotel is going through renovation, but it is still very clean and the room was very nice. Too bad the pool is not open, and the Internet is mediocre at best. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

Manager and front desk staff was great. The housekeeping team were very good at maintaining the rooms cleanliness. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.This is the best hotel stay I've had in Texas so far. I want to say thanks to everyone for making it so pleasant.

An older Motel 6 recently bought by Sonesta and remodeling in progress so my stay was just average- should be much better after remodeling completed. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

The door knob and lock on my room seemed to be broken, but it did work. Other than that, my stay was excellent! Staff was friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was beyond great! The room was quiet even though I was next to I-20! Bed was a little hard, but I like very plush.

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body was in pump bottles in shower. Chair and panel on a/c unit were broken. Breakfast was decent for hotel price. Phone rang multiple times in the middle of the night. Message left with property, waiting on reply. Besides the phone ringing disturbing our sleep, we would consider booking again.

But on the good side housekeeping staff, they were super friendly and helpful.

Ac worked a little too well(heat and cooling), staff was extremely helpful and kind. Everything worked no bugs no stains no smells not even a single peace of trash on the floor, when I requested more towels they were immediately given to me and they even gave me a heads up so I didn’t hit late check out !! very kind and made things easy!

I was traveling from Arizona back to DFW and this was a convenient place to stop for the night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had to get back on the road too early for the free breakfast the next morning. Both of the ladies at the front counter were very welcoming and friendly. Parking was ample and well lit. Overall a very affordable and convenient place to stay!

The rooms are a good size—as is the bathroom—but the housekeeping is poor. I had to switch rooms because the beds still had the sheets from the previous guests; the A/C smelled like rotten water, and there was a noticeable layer of dust throughout the room. Furthermore, the elevators don't work properly; the buttons to go down are missing, so you have to take the stairs.

The one thing travelers need to be aware of is the close proximity of the the freeway... there is some traffic noise that migrates into the rooms.

Room with 4 queen beds was what we exactly needed that night just to sleep. We had 2 family funerals on Wednesday and this hotel was very close and convenient to our location. We would stay here again

Do not book online. The price you see is not the price you will be charged. I booked for 55 a night and when I extended they charged me 79 a night. Even the nights I pre paid for, the charge went pending and never processed. Once I checked out they processed my card for 79 a night.

The room itself was fine , the rest was not , the elevator does not work so you have to use the stairs which wouldn’t be bad except the locks on the door reset all the time so you were constantly having to go to the front desk to reset the key card to be able to get into your room. But when you tried to do that the front desk person was never there and you’d have to wait 5-10 mins for him to return. The pool was shut down and had a shut down by health inspector report on the door.

The curtains were filthy, the fridge had a yellow liquid inside and the bed was worn out. The front desk receptionist was less than happy to see us.

The room didn't feel or smell clean.The bed wasn't comfortable at all. The AC didn't keep the room very cool,it had a humid wet feel. Also a horrible smell coming from the bathroom sink!

People were nice and we got fresh towels everyday of the week we were there and even with the negative stuff I would stay again The mini fridge froze the food or apples everything there was no inbetween. One washer and dryer in the laundry room and the pool was closed .

It was a nice clean room bed made every day clean towels and clean lobby, clean laundry room. Never used the pool or hot tub but it looked nice. Pillows and king bed were a 5 out of ten. But id stay there again. Staff was friendly also. Dint eat the breakfast but it looked good everything was tidy.

My husband stayed there 4 times over the last 3 months while he was visiting his brother that was battling cancer. Had I been with him the first time there would have never been a 4th time. None of the vending machines worked and not that we would have used the pool, but we might have in the evening to relax. But, anyway there was a sign on the door to the pool all 4 times that it was being serviced. All 4 times 24 hours a day. Really? Answer no we would not stay there again.
