I got there around 8pm to check in and no one was at the check in counter. I yelled “HELLO” several times to no answer. I had to use the bathroom really bad after driving for several hours and noticed there was one in the lobby so I went to use it…When I came out the bathroom and went back to the counter, there still was no one there…Again I yelled “HELLO” and a guy came from a room behind the counter. I checked in, got my key and went to my room. Upon parking there were people on the balcony right next to my room kissing like teenagers (they were adults) then when they noticed me they started smoking. First impression is every thing. I had to get back on the road at 3:30AM and when I went to check out the door was locked so I had to call to check out later on in the day. The room was decent but I would NEVER stay there again as it just wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Breakfast supposed is free continental but it only includes cereal and hotcakes, coffee

Room appears clean, at first. Room is updated but doesn’t matter considering the amount of cockroaches in the room. They were in the bathroom, the trashcan and at 3:00 in the morning in the bed. At that point I had enough. I cannot recommend

Several things the washer and dryer is downstairs do not work. I lost like $10 trying to get it to work and my clothes came out wet and didn’t get washed. Also, rooms get cleaned mediocre there was a spot of trash. For the whole week

This property was full of roaches I had to cancel my 5 days . There were crickets and roaches in the room the most disgusting place I been to yet .

Interrupted sleep due to train nearby. Room smelled like cigarettes and dogs. Thin blanket. No protein at breakfast. Gym was adequate-worked fine. No elevator.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. We stayed here for night as we traveled home. We would use this location again. The only thing was the continental breakfast was limited. It would have been nice to have some fruit. It’s just a suggestion. Otherwise, all was great. Thank you.

Room was updated, that you would think you’re on a higher tier hotel but, the room was not clean at all: the bathtub had the water line marked around and at the bottom. The bathroom door had hand marks; the toilet floor were so dusty. The sink: there was a toothpick by the sink’s mirror, the faucet had water marks like when you don’t wipe them forever. I had to wipe the desk to use it and decided not to use the chair as it had dust build up. Because of all that we used socks while in there, and had to throw them away as they got brown black just by walking in the room. Our check in was very late otherwise I would’ve left or asked for another room .

Easy location to get to, from town and highway. Love that check out was at 11am. The room was a non-smoker room.. it smelled AWFUL! Room smelled like mildew, body odor and smoke. The staff were rude and ridiculous. The breakfast was MEDIOCRE-bread, cereal, yogurt and juice.. that’s it. And you couldnt reach anyone in the front to greet you on the morning shift. Just bad overall.

The rooms were decent. The breakfast did not have alot to choose from.

TV did not work, shampoo and conditioner was empty and there was still trash in the waste basket.

This hotel was disgusting. The room was extremely dirty. The bathtub was stained and full of hair. There was pee all over the toilet seat and you can see previous footprints all around the room where you can tell they didn’t mop the floors. Nothing was wiped down the fridge and microwave were also very dirty and over all just not a room anyone would want to stay in. I reported everything to the front office and they did nothing about it.

They were stingy with the ice and kept it locked up location exits from freeway closed for 11 miles. Couldn't get off it

The place was very clean and the staff was excellent. It looks like they have done a recent remodel and it’s very nice and the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were nice also

The room smelt like smoke/water damage. The beds were very uncomfortable. I woke up sore. The blankets they provided were very thin. The door looked like it had been beaten, kicked in and warped. The breakfast they had was very sad. It worked for us because we just needed somewhere to crash and get a few hours of sleep on our way up to Arizona.

The property is easily accessible from highway. And it a good location with plenty of shops and eats within short driving distance. Room was clean and nicely updated not too long ago. Great stay in Odessa.

The room where Clean … the only down fall the gym was closed and the key wouldn’t open it … and also the ice machine room was closed and it wouldn’t open either so our drinks were hot … poor breakfast nothing to chose from 👎

THE STAFF WAS CLEAN AND THE ROOM WAS CLEAN THE LOCATION WAS NEAR A BUSY ROAD, BUT WE KNEW THAT PRIOR TO BOOKING. IT STIL WASN'T NOISY IN THE ROOM

Muy buena ubicación ,el cuarto está amplio y cuenta con todo , la cama muy confortable y el servicio muy bueno y atentos …. El desayuno me pareció muy básico a mi gusto solo le faltaba al salado cómo huevo y alguna sausage

I booked an additional night.When I returned to the hotel, my luggage had been removed from the room! It took a while to get my luggage back. I moved to another hotel for my last day in Odessa.

Not that I didn't like, I just wasn't prepared for an induction stove. The manager made it very convenient to offer me to borrow something that would help me to utilize my own pots and pans.

Honestly, not to much. Everything, the roo. Smelled like sewer, the hot water was cold. There were cockroaches in my room. The microwave was filthy along with the floors and shower. Horrible......the breakfast was dollar store cereal and white or wheat bread. Will not ever stay at another quality inn ever again.
