The hotel itself is very nice, especially the lobby and bar area. Parking was easy and convenient as we’re able to park right in the front entrance with no issues both nights being there, and the location is excellent. It’s right across from Torchy’s Tacos and next to Starbucks. The only reasons I didn’t give it 5 stars were that the pool was smaller than I expected and there wasn’t a hot tub/jacuzzi. Also, because of the hardwood floors, I could hear the guests upstairs walking. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable hotel in a great location, and I’d recommend it and would stay again.

Great staff. Management was very helpful and made our stay a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the pool and celebrated our son’s birthday together as a family. Everyone from young to old enjoyed the visit. The restaurant was great and the waitstaff was on top of things at the pool so we felt taken care of for the entire visit.

Our check in was quick and pleasant was able to check in a little early! We had plans with family so we weren’t at the hotel much but we were able to get back in time to get to see the fireworks show from the 2nd floor in the air conditioned area!!! Our room was in an awkward area but we slept great!

Only this one time, my room was so far from the elevator. I'm a senior so getting there was a workout. My fault for not request to be near the elevator. Now I know.

Not the best not the worst. Considering it’s Odessa it was good tho. A/C doesn’t blow cold air all the time tho. The bathroom had no lock to it and u could see thru a gap between the door and wall. (Felt like using a public Walmart restroom. They took a deposit fee without informing me. Also pool water was not clean, there was leaves and dirt in some areas floating around, pool water was also not warm like other stays I’ve experienced. Other than that it was, OK. Nothing special and definitely not worth the 400$ It felt like staying at a quality in rather than a Marriott.

Tried to get coffee at 7:15 am None available, had to go to Starbucks No amenities, couldn't find the fitness center and the staff seemed put out if you bothered them with any Questions Hilton should have been my choice

We stayed 2 nights, asked for new bedding for second night. The room was cleaned any old way, hair on the floor, and no new bedding. When we called to have bedding changed, sheets were brought to the room and we were told we has to make the bed ourself because houaekeeping was gone. My child wanted to go swimming and the pool was dirty. It had leaves and a giant food take out bag floating in it.

The room was big and spacious. Veey nice room actually. The bed was super comfy along w the sheets and pillow. I did go down to eat but the restaurant was closed so they had a little spot where they had snacks and sandwiches and salads prepped, the salad was delicious, but the turkey and bacon sandwich.I got it was not that great. The hotel staff was super nice and accommodated me on everything that I needed.I would definitely stay here again though. The minor issues I had were not enough for me to not wanna come back. Property was great but i would likw to reiterate breakfast is NOT free. Unless you are a Marriott platinum member. Its 75.00 dollars a day to have access to M Club where breakfast is served.

The staff was extremely great. I selected pet friendly hotels in my filter search and the hotel I booked is NOT pet friendly. I had to find a dog sitter last minute on Rover App for another $60.

They did not have any record of our reservation. I contacted while at the front desk but you have not responded. I paid you in advance and I want reimbursement. I will check on my reservation in Las Cruces tomorrow morning. I need to hear from someone ASAP! I will go to bed in half hour. Will start day tomorrow at 9.

I enjoyed my stay at The Marriot in Odessa,

Everything was so clean and spacious. I was there for business and the cleanliness and amenities made the working from the hotel so much easier. Only thing I did not like was that there were a lot of noisy guests. But I don't believe that's the hotel at fault.

My son and me had to sleep with no comforter, we have to remove that dirty comforter they had

Everything was great. Only minor discomfort was the bath towels. They were quite rough and scratchy.

The property itself is great! However, check in was at 3 and our room was not ready until 5. We were there for a family event that started at 6 and ended up being late because of the late check in. They offered free access to their club which did us no good because we were at our family event. Their excuse was they were sold out the night before. They offered a king room with a cot once they saw I was upset. But for 4 people that was also unacceptable. The ordeal was very inconvenient.

Bathroom was not properly stocked. Floor in bedroom area was not very clean.

Beautiful place to stay with your wife, rooms spacious spotless and elegantly designed!

Ridiculously overpriced. Same kind of room 1/4 this cost. Parking the absolute worst. Dining was tasteless and incorrectly cooked also extremely over priced and not worth it at all. Housekeeping came knocking repeatedly at 9 am even with "Do Not Disturb" sign up. By far one of the worst experiences ever.

Neighbors were extremely loud, front desk took long time to address this issue. Spoke with manager on duty, she was EXTREMELY bothered by us letting her know we were not having a good stay. Night time staff is completely clueless. We are Bonvoy members and they still charged us for internet.

The overall experience was good to excellent. Nice decor, and modern facilities. Great dining. Unfortunately, the HVAC in the room was extremely noisy, and the pillows were uncomfortable.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and loved that there was a restaurant on-site. We enjoyed the evening piano music to accompany our dinning experience and drinks at the end of the day. Great place to stay 😊

Rooms were nice, feel like this property is a little overpriced based on the size of the rooms though.

Will not stay there again. Had to ask for towels, toilet paper. No kleenex tissues in the box. Left it where the maid could see it was empty. Did not get any. Not worth it for the high price we paid!!!

Have a full service hotel close to home is so nice and so fun, we felt like we drove hours away, it’s one of our favorite ways to spend summer weekends!

Couple of morning staffs in the lobby with very unfriendly stare. Overall we’d give our stay here a 4 star rating.

The room was very clean and well kept. The room was somewhat small with two queen beds. The bathroom so there was not much space to move around. The M Club was awesome! Fabulous breakfast and accommodating staff. On the downside, we asked for towels and more toilet paper and staff never broke.

For the price we expected more. Bathroom wasn’t clean.

The corner room was spacious and lots of natural light. Staff was friendly and the pool and outside areas were kept beautifully.

This hotel is so confusing. At the checkin desk you’re surrounded by a very beautiful atmosphere but that’s where it stops. We were directed to go to the parking structure where there would be carts for our luggage and elevators to take us to our room. There were no carts. We saw 2 different sets of elevators that each took us to places that weren’t to our room. We couldn’t find the front desk for help. We found a third set of elevators we had to step into to find that it would take us to our rooms. We were tired and frustrated and the room did not impress. It overlooked the parking garage and was not cleaned well. We were transferred to a different room that had a better view. The bed was comfortable. Nice pool. We had another family asking us for help on how to get to the garage parking. This place is so big and confusing. They need maps for direction. Other hotels have them. I don’t know why this wouldn’t with all the conference rooms, elevators, etc. Oddly, a coffee machine but no coffee cups. Beautiful outside of the rooms but inadequate for an overnight stay.

Hotel is in downtown Odessa away from the interstate, but in a decent location. Room was very nice for a facility with a few years on it. Will definitely stay there again.
