Had real nice clean room and breakfast was delicious my stay was comfortable thank you keep up the good work.

I traveled from Santa Fe to visit with my son and grand babies. I specifically asked if hot tub and pool would be open and was kindley lied to. Got there the hot tub was cold water only. So..soooooo darn upset. After working hard all week wanting to wind down with hot tub soaks which did not Happen. And Noone cared to acknowledge this for me. I regret picking this Place!

I think this hotel is just okay, but my husband loves their beds, which is why we have kept coming back; the beds are really the most comfortable compared to other hotels. Staying here, you really want to get a room on the pool side for a quiet night. The rooms on the highway side have constant road traffic sounds. This time, when we arrived after check in, our room was not ready. We had a horrible night sleep because our room was so hot. The AC was making a loud humming noise & was not cooling down the room. When I told the front desk clerk, she responded that we are in a desert and it is hot here. No solution or empathy for our AC not working properly. To top it off, on a previous stay, at check in the front desk clerk asked me if I was planning to use the whole night for my stay, or if I would just be here for a short visit. I honestly felt insulted that she was implying that I was a prostitute or something, asking If I had planned to stay the whole night. I guess maybe from her recognizing us coming each month and us being local-ish? ...As I am definitely showing and very pregnant. I am non-confrontational and responded that we are visiting for our prenatal OB visit. After that, the road noise, and having a poor experience with the AC, I doubt we'll be back. No matter how comfy their beds are.

Asked for us to get wrist bands to swim at the pool which was kind of annoying bc what!? Ok but was also annoyed couldn’t even take water into pool area. Nor snacks. When you got to the pool at your hotel you want to take drinks and snacks and chill by the pool for the day as we had planned. Was told when getting bracelets no snacks or drinks can be taken in pool area unless bought at their little local coffee shop. Just pretty ridiculous in my opinion when paying for your stay. And to be expected to only buy drinks or snacks at their little shop is greedy

I was assigned a room at the end of the hallway, and the air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool. The larger disappointment was the balcony. It was covered in dirt, leaves, bird droppings and debris, and the patio furniture was dusty enough that it wasn't usable without being cleaned first. It didn't appear the outdoor area had been maintained before my arrival. In addition, the balcony door felt less than safe. The ONE highlight of my stay was my dinner server in the restaurant. She was excellent—friendly, attentive, and easily the best part of the experience. I left with a very different impression than I had in 2024, which is disappointing because I remembered this hotel so fondly. I travel this route regularly and had hoped this would continue to be my preferred stop, but after this visit I'll likely be looking at other options.

Our room had been redone. It was new and having a view of the swimming pool was excellent. What we didn’t like about. It was all the other Elegante we’ve ever stayed at furnished a full breakfast. This Elegante did not.

I wanted a better room plus it was far away, I used to work at a hotel and it was good to have a map of the hotel and show available rooms to people in order to make your stay comfortable! They didn’t offer us breakfast or anything so we ended up having breakfast in a restaurant inside of the hotel paying over 40 dlls for each.

The room was clean. The view was pretty pool facing and staff placed me away from construction. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Why in the world do you have to pay for breakfast that is always free at other hotels? The bread for toast was moldy and when my Husband got eggs, the man made them completely different than asked that they had to be thrown away. The ac was so loud in the room because it was shaking the window that we could barely fall asleep. Yeah the rooms were nice, but the rest of the hotel looks like it hadn’t been updated since the 70’s. Save your money and go somewhere else honestly.

The food was good. We had lunch and room service. Both were delicious and the staff was friendly, upbeat and remembered us. Before we left, we had the Sunday Brunch. It too was delicious with lots of choices. We will stay here again! The pool was beautiful. The hotel grounds were well-kept. The room was very nice with a refrigerator and microwave.

This was our best one-night or weekend stay at various hotels in a long time! Everything was great and everyone was nice, knowledgeable , and helpful. The rooms and hallways were very clean. I did notice the rim around the hot tub is crumbling into the floor of the tub. And, our bed was uncomfortable; it felt like an old mattress that didn’t “give” at all and you could feel the internal harder parts in it. Oh, and we prepaid for four breakfasts and got to the room ten minutes before the breakfast end time, but everything was put away. So, we had to go to IHOP. But, regardless, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Elegante was a great place to stay. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. When I come back. I will be staying there.

Had an outdoor athletic field adjacent. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Cleaned room every day, even at odd hours. Restaurant staff was nice. Gym was fully equipped. One of the back elevators may not have been working. Nice patio overlooking pool. Directv. Looks kid friendly. Great value for the money.

Well located, staff was friendly, room although aged was nice enough, water pressure a little slow. Disappointed no fast breakfast. Ordered to go in restaurant -- order was short and was not very good.

We had a wonderful stay at "THE ELEGANTE"! The place was very clean, comfortable, and nicely air-conditioned, which made a huge difference in the desert heat. We enjoyed staying in the King Room Concierge. Also enjoyed the food and the ambiance of the Concierge Lounge. People were kind and friendly. Especially the morning breakfast! We will certainly return. This was our second time staying there and plan to go again in the future !

I really loved my room it was clean and comfortable but I really really picked this place for the hot tub and it was cold. I was pissed

The ice machine on the 8th floor wasn't working. There was only a portion of kleenexes in the room. There was no clock in the room. The elevator at the south end of the building wasn't working. There was no sugar- free syrup at breakfast. We spend several days a year there...this was uncharacteristic.

We requested coffee for second day but was never brought.

Best place to stay in Midland/Odessa. Price was great. Gets you off the interstate. Safe location. The hotel is fantastic. Nice lobby with bronze birds spraying streams into a fountain. Great attached restaurant (seafood). Great pool/pool area. Excellent breakfast. Large, spacious rooms. Extremely clean. And, a wonderful front desk staff. Can’t say enough good stuff about this place. Just traveling through or staying awhile. Treat yourself to this one.

staff was great, rooms were clean. was stuck in parking lot for 15 minutes trying to get out, so plan ahead if you have to get to work because traffic is bad gettiog out from that hotel since there is only one way in and out.

Street noise and religious paraphernalia…

The exit door was broken, and I informed the front desk about it. The door was making too much noise because the hinge was damaged. Every time it closed, it would slam, and we were right next to the exit door, which was very annoying. Unfortunately, nobody listened to our concerns during our five-day stay.

My room was not clean and you could tell the sheets were not changed from the previous guest. There was also goldfish and other crackers on the floor. The beds were not comfortable on one of the “queen” beds the mattress was hard and you could feel springs. The other queen bed was comfortable according to my son. I did sit in it and it felt much better than mine. Overall disappointing visit and I will not choose to stay there again.

Ou wedding reception and wedding night stay was at this property when it was the Radisson in 1995. I had not been back since, but we loved the condition and the stay!

Simply Fabulicious!

Our shuttle driver was excellent. He picked us up at 12:30 am. He was very informative about the town and things to do. We are actually going to take him up on one of his suggestions on Tuesday. It was not a planned stop. Going on his recommendation.

Easy parking, fast check-in, clean. There was hardly any water pressure in the room on the first floor. The water was barely warm enough to shower.

No complaints it was everything that was expected was clean after 10 it was quiet. The beds were comfortable of course I think it was overpriced, just because it’s an oilfield town. Prices shouldn’t be hiked up the way they are.

Ode to war veterans and civilian employees. Great place to stay. I recommend the executive or superior premium room with the breakfast and dinner appetizers.

Love the place. I have stayed there every time I come to town. Was the first time using the handicap room. Had my 80 year old friend and I think the room needs a face lift. I wasn't able to enjoy the spa but I want to book an extra day and get the works done.
