Room was great and close to everything I needed
- 1/5
Booked two suite rooms, one room was unavailable and the other room wasn’t cleaned . (Was trying to check in at 6pm) front desk was horrible, very unprofessional and very rude. General manager Ashley wasn’t available to help, no effort to make this right. Wanted to give us regular rooms at the same rate. They stated they tried to contact me before I arrived but no attempt was made.
- 3/5
We went to breakfast at 8:30 (it runs from 6:30 to 9:30). There were a few scrambled eggs left, a good bit of bacon, and cubed potatoes in a hamburger and red sauce. Yogurt, oranges, three cereal dispensers, and waffles were available. There was no decaf in the carafe that day. The second day, one of us went to breakfast at 7:00. There was no regular coffee in the carafe. There were plenty of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy as well as the potato dish. We wont be staying here again.
- 5/5
Disappointed that the elevator has been out last 2 times we’ve stayed there.
- 3.5/5
All was good and accomodation done the job. Issues at breakfast, coffee finished, eggs finished.. and that was not a super annoyance for me.
- 4/5
Very affordable rooms!

Room service and brunch was great
- 1.5/5
Nothing Its private own. Breakfast was disgusting and room nothing like the others La Quinta I have stayed in. Bed was very uncomfortable woke up with a neck and back ache.

Exceptional
- 4/5
Elevator was down for a day or two but otherwise the stay was fine . Stairwell could use some new carpet and an air freshener but otherwise a decent place to stay for a few days .
- 2/5
Staff was decent. But rooms were booked so we had to down grade, and they couldn't help us because expedia was the 3rd party,
- 2/5
Hotel was dirty.
- 4/5
Nice variety Lock on our door was broken
- 3.5/5
Staff was nice, friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a nice work area and comfortable office chair where I worked on paperwork for a good while. I was on the 1st floor so I don't know if this was just a freak coincidence or what, but I wish I would have had a pitch counter and kept count of the slamming door(s) ALL night. And if that wasn't enough, I assumed there must have been a weight room directly above me because it sounded like someone was dropping dumbbells on the floor. What a night. Ear plugs would have been nice.

The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. Unfortunately, when we walked into the room, the room itself was clean but our bathroom was completely trashed. Seemed like workers were fixing the restroom. Dirty towels everywhere. Trash on the floor and in the sink. Trash can was overfilled. No bed sheets for the sofa bed

The picture your showing is not the one I was sent to There was no Internet, no pool, pet- area was terrible, no ice, one of the desk help was rude over continental breakfast, right next to train track, very loud, pillows were very uncomfortable will never stay at another La Quinta it advertised pool and free wifi and pet-area did not reveal they had had bed bugs prior to my booking did not have hardly anything but Spanish on most of tv that I could get another experience like this I will never book through booking.com again.

The elevators weren’t working except for manual mode… meaning we had to call every time we needed them. The 2nd floor where we stayed y smelled badly of garbage/fish. It was quiet and comfortable though. The room was clean but small.

1- elevator out of service. 2- damaged carpet in room. 3- loose floor tile. Breakfast?? POOR. In the past La Quinta Hotels were proud of their breakfast and presentation. Meal prep and presentation in this hotel? POOR
- 5/5
I always stay at LaQuinta because of the cleanliness and the pet friendly feature. This place did not disappoint. Our room was clean, cool and ready for us after a long day of travel. The continental breakfast was a great feature for an early morning bite before hitting the road again.
- 3/5
Easily accessible. Elevator was not working unless they took you up and down in it. So had to have help just to use it. Half eaten crackers left on the floor in the room. I got In late and went straight to bed and didn't notice the room hadn't been fully cleaned.

Not much the front desk person was the best thing about this overall experience. Big parking lot. Everything i compared prices for the following day and was 70 dollars cheaper. Trash under the bed cobwebs in the room, damp floor, stained blankets, pee smell in the hallway, elevators didnt work, toilet running constantly, grime on the nightstand. Confusion with 2 la quintas in the same parking lot. Never staying at a la quinta again. nothing in this is exaggerated i never leave reviews but i felt compelled to helping others avoid this hellhole.
- 3/5
Was in a good location, the wall in the shower had a huge crack along it. Look like the screwed a soap dish to the wall and it cracked all the way across from there.
- 5/5
The room was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay. The only issue was that the elevator didn't work. An employee would ride the elevator up with you if you needed to use it, but I had two teen boys and two small dogs. One of my dogs is not a fan of strangers, so we had to use the stairs.
- 4/5
Breakfast was ok. Staff was helpful. Room was clean but rug felt sticky. Gym was nice but small. AC was ok but will never shut off like it never got to the desired temperature.
- 3/5
Issues with elevator- only used in manuel mode… had to wait on staff to take you up and down… we were on the third floor and faster and easier to take stairs. Also would have like know about pet fee - website states $25 night but if more than one night it’s $75.
- 3/5
Lightbulbs burn out in the room. The elevators were broken. Had to take the stairs. Carpet in the hallways were filthy.
- 4/5
Clean room, great location
- 4/5
Clean, convenient location
- 4/5
Room was clean and staff is very nice & accommodating
- 1/5
The elevator was broken.
- 5/5
Everything went well for the stay , one huge thing that I was very appreciative of was that I was running late for check out due to my job . So I called the hotel and told them that and with out any question the staff member told me that it was ok and it was no problem whatsoever. So for that I appreciated that very much
- 2/5
There was a large (what looked like ketchup) stain on the wall, the sheets and towels were very dingy, there were stains and discoloration around the shower/tub, the elevator was out to service. I will not stay here again.
- 3/5
1st room was freezing cold, they moved us to another room, the elevator was not working had to climb stairs. Management didn't talk to us, not friendly at all, customer service was horrible.
- 5/5
Yes, clean room and nice staff
- 1/5
Room and bathroom was dirty. Had to move into 3 different rooms due to cracks in the showers and water leaking into bedroom. Dirty walls and chairs. Shower curtain rods being tied by zip tie and being wobbly. Toilet being dirty and wobbly as well. Elevators not working and forced to walk up 4 flights up stairs with luggage. The third room door seemed like someone took a stab at it with a knife, very creepy and felt unsafe.
- 5/5
Room was good. Staff was friendly
- 3/5
Non working elevator for the duration of the stay. The staff was friendly and apologetic but it was very inconvenient during my stay.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 1/5
Very old and run down.
- 2/5
While trying to check in there were customers waiting in line 5 deep at approximately 7:30 PM. After checking in I was informed the elevators didn’t work. I had a third floor room. The only person that appeared to be own staff was tied up, checking in other customers so getting up to the room in a timely manner was not possible. I had to take the stairs. The stairwell at the south east corner of the building is filthy. When going to breakfast the next morning I went to get orange juice and the button didn’t work. I tried the apple juice and the button didn’t work. The incident was reported to the individual apparently responsible for serving breakfast. The lady is very polite, but her English is so poor it’s pretty much impossible to communicate with her in English. I would think There could be somebody available that spoke the recognized language of the United States of America. The lady finally got to orange juice and apple juice containers replaced. Overall, this was a poor experience.
- 3/5
Harsh perfume chemical smell in room. Warn, used room. Not updated. Elevator not working, food typical free breakfast. Not worth the money.
- 2/5
I have my dog with me, elevator is manual need assistance to use it. No 1st floor room available. I would not stay here again!!!!
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Coffee maker in the room was dirty.
- 2/5
Mechanics of getting the room and the room was good. That facility is noisy (many workers) and my room faced the parking lot. No way to shutter the window to block the light.
- 5/5
Great experience, spacious rooms.
- 2/5
Broken elevator. No blow dryer in room and the front desk didn't answer when I called to get one. Employee wandering around talking on the phone in a loud angry tone to management.
- 2/5
1st room rhe dogs next door woyldnt stop barking had to change rooms. Elevators are broken for the next 2 months. So front desk clerk had to come and operate it!! The worse stay i have ever had.
- 1/5
There is a window that is broken and taped together you can see when you get there. The elevator is down and they said call the front desk when you’re ready for it and we’ll bring it to you. When I try to call my phone in the room does not work. I will not be staying here again. The front desk guy was nice at check in
- 1/5
Elevator did not work. No power in bedroom. Oversold. Like a third world hotel,
- 1/5
The staff was very nice.
- 5/5
It was a great experience!
- 4/5
I got the room right after the elevator, it wasn't very good and the sofa bed was more like a sheet but everything was fine
- 1/5
This property was awful.
- 4/5
Breakfast was great. Location is the best. I have stayed here multiple times.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
The front desk staff and especially the day I originally checked in was absolutely amazing!! Very rare to find that kind of customer service in West Texas, but they were all amazing!
- 3/5
Elevator was not working
- 2/5
Room wasn't ready for check in, elevator didn't work unless an employee was available to operate it. Unsafe.
- 2/5
room was nasty, broken parts & smelled like dirty socks!
- 1/5

- 5/5
Good stayed!
- 3/5
I had previously booked a room, and called to request a top floor room away from the elevator. That accommodation was provided at check in. Upon entering the room, the toilet flusher was broken, and water kept running and running, had to call maintenance. Good thing I came prepared, to clean my own toilet and tub. The light bulb was out on one side of the bed lamp. The closet door stuck so bad, the veneer almost came off trying to open it.( it was like that already) Breakfast, was a major disappointment. 3 out of 6 days the coffee either ran out and I had to request it made, and I wound up going to McDonald’s the last 2 days for breakfast. There were flies in the bread/ bagel bin. The breakfast sausage looked undercooked and pale. Ultimately, I felt this was not how it should have been for people studying there a week. I’ve stayed at many La Quintas but I’m sad at what I paid for at this one. Also, I found out that there another new building a few hundred away, why couldn’t someone staying that long have stood in a newer building?!?! Also, the breakfast lady early in the week seemed like she didn’t want to be there, food on the counter, had to request coffee to be made?! Come on, smh
- 3/5
the front desk lady was very apologetic and gave us a new room.
- 5/5
I will say everything is good but you need to upgrade on rooms the look kind of and and deteriorating
- 5/5
Would stay again.
- 4/5
Bathroom and showers in very bad shape. Shower walls are cracked throughout.
- 5/5
Great staff, excellent stay & very clean
- 2/5
The staff were kind and attentive. Unfortunately due to the mishap with the key maker, we were unable to make use of the amenities. The master key did not even work to unlock the doors to these amenities. As someone who purposefully looks for certain facilities when I book a room, I found it discouraging.
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff
- 1/5
Dirty carpet, horrible pillows, AC NOR WORKING PROPERLY AND NO HOT WATER
- 5/5

- 1/5
They always take our towels and they never put us back and they never clean our room and they have a sign that said towels and bed will be done daily and when we call it was only every three days and they never take our trash and they do not have elevator so we were using the stairs. It was a horrible hotel service
- 5/5
it was good
- 3/5
The hotel could use updating.
- 2/5
Both evevatos were out (4 story motel) TV didn't work, door nobs were broken, breakfest was minimal.
- 1/5
This property needs a serious update, from the staff to the building. Very low water pressure, stale smell and the customer service was terrible.
- 3/5
Room door was broken and interior of the room ceiling looks like it was falling down just not worth
- 4/5
stopped just for a night, could tell not new, bathtub/shower needs updating - shower wall cracked, and needs re-caulking
- 4/5
Good
- 1/5
Extremely dirty room and bathroom. Blood, mucus and fluids in walls, bed and sofa. Broken things as wall and shower tile which was very dangerous. Horrible experience.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Very clean. Online check in makes for fast check in.
- 5/5
Staff friendly, clean rooms and good value
- 5/5
Had a great stay due to the great staff. Amanda G, and Josie were so friendly and helpful. Amanda in the evening was helpful as well. They are very patient and respectful. I was shocked to see kids using the lobby as a jungle gym, but the staff was super composed. Thank you to the ladies who made a delicious breakfast. My only suggestion would be to change the curtains in the room. They hang over the ac unit and there was no way to close the blackout curtains. I had to use binder clips due to just a thin see-through curtain up. I made it work for me, but talked to Amanda G. At the front desk and she said she would have maintenance look at it. Stellar service y'all!
- 1/5
We checked into the hotel and were extremely disappointed with the condition of this establishment. It was older and needed some maintenance but overall what did it was the cleanliness of the room. Not one but 2 separate rooms. The sheets had stains which looked to be like blood as well as the mattress.
- 5/5
Beautiful
- 3/5
Staff were very friendly. Room had the previous occupants undergarments on the floor next to the sink and the shower needed Drano. I also felt the use of fragrance was overwhelming in the halls and room.
- 4/5
Thanks
- 2/5
For the amount of money it costs to stay there, the facilities were in disrepair. Could not stop up bathtub, which really didn't matter because the water was barely warm. Very disappointed
- 2/5
We came in town for a family members funeral and ended up staying an extra day so booked here for the night and won’t stay here again. The door wouldn’t shut properly and the walls were dirty, the pillows were terrible. The room wouldn’t get cool enough,
