It was nice and quiet. It just seems that all the repairs done in that room were visible all the patches in the restroom. The door had a horrible drag. The toilet was crooked, was off to the left. The beds were great and so was tha A/C. I loved the chairs and table that were provided they were comfortable. The lamps were old but worked.

The two positives about this property were the really kind front desk staff, and the very brightly lit parking lot. I chose this as a solo female because the Expedia bullet point said It was recommended by solo travelers. Whoever they are, I'd say they're not solo women! The building is in disrepair on the outside, and the rooms felt clean-ish. The pool was green and had trash floating in it. The property did not feel solo-female safe at all though, and I locked myself in the room at 6pm with my dog and didn't open the door again until I left at 6am. There were two men right outside my door talking loudly for an hour about scary sad things and I have never felt more unsafe. I would have left if I was brave enough to open the door after they stopped talking. I slept with the lights on and my dog was on alert all night. This hotel may function fine and well for oil field workers or someone else but I cannot say enough that this is not a place for a solo female traveler. I had booked another night in a month but I cancelled it from the room and hopefully Expedia and the hotel can refund my money. If not I will eat the cost as a loss because I will not return.

The room we had was in need of a complete gut & remodel. Air conditioner needs replacing. Need new wiring & more updated plugs. The need was not comfortable. It had a great size frig & freezer. A table to sit at. We did not eat breakfast. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Don't think I'd stay again unless rooms got remodeled.

The front desk staff was AWESOME! We had an issue in our room and they moved us to another quickly. They accommodated us with our big German Shepard. This property is very rundown. There was chipped and missing paint on the exterior doors leading into the rooms and inside the rooms as well. The bathtub looked dirty. The towels and bedding were clean. The staff was kind and courteous. The breakfast was very basic. I had oatmeal and a hard boiled egg. The icemaker was not working. Per the employee I asked, it’s part of the renovation. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice how rundown the property was when I booked my room on hotels.com. On a positive note the refrigerator and freezer worked very well.

The room was clean upon entering. Everything was stocked and ready. The air conditioner was set at a great temperature so that when we entered it was very comfortable. The rooms were surprisingly quiet given how busy the hotel was at the time. We only heard occasional knocking from a young child next door, but that stopped long before 8 pm. We didn't use internet or the tv, so I can't confirm if it was good or not. The shower was nice except for the water would fluctuate temperature through the shower. Going from the temp I set it to into a hotter temp. Feels like when you are showering at home and someone flushes the toilet. But otherwise a great stay. Please be aware this location is directly next to a busy highway as well as an active railroad, so bring ear plugs if noise can keep you up at night. I had mine with me.

This was probably the oldest La Quinta hotel we’ve ever stayed in. You could tell it was Ribot from another hotel chain. The bathtub was very old with the ceiling crumbling, the refrigerator did not work. When you put your hand into the freezer, you just felt water present. And the TV remote needed new batteries, but the main desk doesn’t have batteries for the remote. The room was clean. the bed was comfortable, and the heating system was fine.

False advertising led me to cancel room within 1hr of booking the room. The location was a motel with a subpar room, not like the one I stayed in the previous night in Garland, TX. I cancelled the room and customer service was not able to help me get in touch with the hotel to waive the cancellation fee which I must now pursue on my own. I haven’t used hotel.com in over 2 years because of similar incident and this will be last time because of the shady business practices charging fees to cancel and then offering no help to waive cancellation fees for valid cancellation within a reasonable time frame. I will be contacting BBB and writing reviews wherever I can. I will also recover the bogus cancellation charges as well.

A very distinct smell when you open the door. Bed and room were clean, though. Bed is pretty worn and sinks in the middle a lot. Tub was stained up some and the toilet hardly had any water pressure to it and literally took 10 seconds to flush and you had to hold the handle down the whole time. Breakfast isn't much. Parking Filthy pool, unusable. Property is rundown. Bath towels stink. Not a clean room. This property needs a total overhaul, it is definitely not like any La Quinta I have ever stayed at

Unfortunately this property has seen better days. My room was not only aged, but run down. Threadbare carpet and a persistent bad odor. It seemed clean, but many things were broken or nearly broke
