The manager and front desk lady were exceptional! They were kind and genuine! This was an older hotel but everything worked, they were clean, and accommodating! We loved the employees! Thank yall!

In odessa texas Out of the low budget hotels , i'm speaking between $45 and $65 dollar hotels. This one is the best. It has the cleanest rooms of all these little budget hotels! And the best price, it's only $5 more than the lowest price hotel here, but it's a 100 times better than that hotel.

The door to the bathroom cannot close properly. The water is all over the floor. And also, the noise coming out of the air conditioning so annoying and close to the bedroom. It is not worth the price. They serve only bagels for breakfast.

It was the pool it was dirty it, would of been 5 star for cleanliness. My kids was excited to use the pool until we saw the pool.

I tried to set up a back up wake up call, incase I don't hear my phone, and when I called the FD from the In room phone, she stated she could not set it up, cause she said the phone systems were down, then I asked her, "If the phone systems were down, how are WE having this conversation ?" I asked her maybe she needs to get with the AM person to show her how to set that up...

It has improved greatly since the time Howard Johnson’s rook over. Or is still an old motel in a bad neighborhood, but the clients who kept the property feel like a dark city alley are mostly gone. It was actually very quiet at night.

The manager was very disrespectful, rude to me. She told me that she was yelling at me after every time I come to Odessa I booked this hotel. I had to go and bring my belongings. The truth is that I have an Expedia customer and nothing had ever happened to me on my trips. I don't know how these hotels can be in the name of uatedes.

Well the front desk person Tiffany was awesome at check in. She was vibrant and full of life. We got into our room and there were no usable plugs at the bedside for either side of the bed. The only plug had the two lamps plugged into it. There were no plugs or USB ports to plug in the electronics. But we managed to use our own personal extension cord. The television service was terrible. It would pixelate every 5 mins or so, lose the sound and I did bring it up but got told the signal in the hotel gets bad when it’s windy due to it being a concrete building. Which due to the work my husband does, we know is not the case. The bed was comfortable. Although the pillows were so awful. One wasn’t even a standard size. So it’s a good thing we brought our own pillows. However the first morning we went to go have the “buffet” breakfast only to find waffles, microwave sandwiches and cereal. No eggs or anything like that.

My Son couldn't access the bathroom because he was in a wheelchair. The room was tiny. Carpet was damaged and subfloor was exposed. No ramp for wheelchair to the parking lot. My Son had to exit his wheelchair and balance his body while I had to lower his chair to the parking lot level.

The sheets were dirty, the bathroom was nasty, there was trash in the nightstand, and only 1 usable outlet in the whole room! Don't stay here!!

I arrived late and was tired from driving all day. Upon check-in I was sent a link to enter all my information. I essentially was doing the data entry work that the workers used to do back in the day. It would’ve been more helpful if I had been sent that link much sooner, like when I booked the room the day before because I just wanted to sleep. The workers just sat and waited while I did all that. My non-smoking room reeked of a particular smoke. As a person in recovery, I was not happy. But I was too tired to go back to the office and request a new room. The rooms don’t have coffee makers which is just wrong. Everything else was okay, but I would not stay at that property again or recommend it.

First off the management is top tier I have never had more helpful hotel staff in my life. Any small issues I had were handled right away and have gotten the best sleep I’ve had in months with the comfortable beds.

Staff was amazing so respectful and helpful, even helped me move rooms when something was wrong or didn’t work, they had a waffle maker and vending machines, pool was gross but it’s not summer yet so it’s not being used anyways, half the rooms acs didn’t work and it was so hot but they had no issue moving my rooms.

Staff was so amazing, she was the only one there and she was on top of her stuff, my first room I had complications, she immediately fixed it, second room same thing, third room she even went and checked and made sure everything worked for me while I moved my things. She was extremely quick and respectful!!! for the room that was fully working everything was amazing, plus they also have a waffle maker and batter and water always in the lobby, circling back to staff she even went and got my diaper bag for me that I had accidentally left in a different room. Fridge was good size provided 4 towels so never had to ask for more AND we were not bothered even once. Great place for price !

I had a very concerning experience at this hotel and am requesting a full refund. At first, the room didn’t look obviously dirty, but there was a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. After spending time in the room, I started experiencing intense itching and what felt like pin-needle bites all over my body. Even after leaving, the symptoms continued, and I’ve had to seek medical attention to figure out what I was exposed to—likely from the mattress or room. Looking more closely, the condition of the room was unacceptable: Cracked and damaged ceiling Rust and grime on bathroom fixtures Stained, deteriorating walls Dirty microwave with food residue still inside This is not just about cleanliness—it’s a serious health concern. I did not receive the quality or safety I paid for. I have requested a refund due to these conditions and the impact this stay has had on my health. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until these issues are properly addressed.

The rooms were dirty with snot on the walls, beds were ok and the toilets were so low to the ground... also very small showers. Breakfast was not good either.

No the pool was unusable. Trash everywhere and bugs in the room.

Getting one start because zero isn't acceptable. Room smelled back, toilet ran nonstop the whole time, hotel is not in good condition, parking lot not lit up in back, terrible sunken bed and broken room lighting. Only had a small stand up shower.As a man, I did not feel comfortable staying there and I will never stay there again.

The front desk person was annoyed. Lost power on the walls and they blamed me. I have a c-Pap that doesn’t do anything. Rooms were dirty. A guy smoking something he shouldn’t have been doing in front of my heater. I know you get what you pay for but come on. I would not bring kids here.

Bed bugs galore, staff members are very rude, and on multiple occasions my financial information was mishandled.

Terrible service. The manager tried to charge me for a stained towel or sheet more than what the price of the room was an in addition to my deposit that I already paid. There was no proof it came from me due to towels from all rooms being put in a basket when housekeeping comes to clean. No policy was shown to me that guests are responsible for stained towels or a price list for charging guests. additionally, the property isnt safe. My door was showing signs of entry and would not close.

The front desk lady was extremely rude. The bed sheets and covers were dirty. We requested a different room or clean sheets and bed covers but they refused and started it wasn’t like that until when we got in the room.

Checkin trouble. Only their master key would work, so clerk had to let me in the room each time I left. Dirty and rug was vile. Slept in clothes and kept bags on bed. Only 1 of 2 small lights worked. In morning with daylight saw wites sticking out of wall to outlet that wasnt attached to wall. Would NEVER pass inspection. Should not be operating. I should have slept in my car.

Front glass and door glass gone and open. No breakfast or coffee. Very loud hotel, pool disgusting and yellow! Said 100$ for pet fee, and 50$ for incidentals. Was charged 150$ plus 295$ for no reason, canceled payment through my bank, looks like they have a skimmer with the way the payment tried to go through! I want my expedia credits BACK!!

Employees were weird and pushy about getting more toiletries, as if their $0.05 body wash is sacred. Employees were pushy about checkout with more than 20mins til regular checkout, plus I had an extended checkout and still had to let both housekeeping and the front desk know that I was staying later. It is not my job to let them know; I got my extended stay approved through the website. Also when my card declined because of a misunderstanding, the front desk called and acted like the mafia with me when I was sweet and accommodating about it being a genuine mistake. I felt pressed and interrogated being there. At least they let us get breakfast when we missed it, though. Very angry that I couldn't even wash my hair and body after the first night, your toiletries are not worth hoarding the way you do. We needed more toilet paper. We needed more towels. We got nothing and were treated like criminals when I did ask for more towels. We were also promised a pool, which was the main reason for our choice in location, and were told it was out of commission, promised it would be fixed before our stay ended, and it wasn't. False hopes, false advertisement, false smiles.

Well, the front desk clerk was very helpful, personable- great personality. The room was a bit smaller than expected but clean the TV did not work very well. It had a horrible picture. The pool looked very dirty. The front door to the office area. Check in area was broken and poorly boarded up as well the other door had multiple cracks on the glass. Apparently somebody threw a brick through over a month ago.😳😬 so first impression was not my best. Overall it was good.

Pool was DISGUSTING! Green water with brown clumps of solid matter. Breakfast was meager. No juice, barely enough waffle batter in dispenser to make 1/2 of waffle. Seems all food was eaten by the previous guests and not replenished. And we were there at 7:00 - not late in the breakfast serving schedule. Staff was not very friendly. Online pics showed a totally different version of the hotel. Bait and switch comes to mind!

The hotel only allows you to stay 7 days at a time. Which wouldnt be an issue if it didnt take 30+minutes to check out and check back in. Overall for the price its a good deal. Staff was helpful.

I stayed here for a total of a month. Within three days before checkout on my last week I was sent a text from the property stating i owed them a $250 fee for smoking. I called the front desk and told them I never smoked by the room or inbthe room. I told them I always smoked in the parking lot by my truck and disposed of the teash properly not on the ground. She said the property is 100% smoke free you can't even smoke in the parking lot. I explianed to her no one ever told me that. She said it was in the policy agreement you sign upon Check-in. I told her that may be the case but I never read it. I told her thats definitely something they should tell guest immediately upon Check-in. They wouldn't budge on this and charged me the $250 for smoking in the parking lot.

Dirty lamp shade, wires exposed, tv bearly worked, Extention cord rigged from the restroom light switch under the carpet to power the tv. No real breakfast & pool was extremely dirty. The staff was friendly & the beds were good enough to get rest on. Now i just have to wait for my $50 deposit that was not mentioned when making my reservation to be put back on my account. 2/5 stars

The service. The front desk ladies were kind and very professional.

There is a 50$ deposit that the hotel goes out of their way to not refund back. Their excuse for not refunding it? Soiled linens! Literally ,I asked and they said that the note on the account just said soiled linens. Not happy about it and won't be staying there again due to that alone. My oilfield money can go elsewhere. As will my co workers and companies.

Deposit hold caused me trouble while moving forward

Pool was green. TV was hanging off the wall and made loud crackling sounds every few mins. Mold was up in a corner of bathroom that could be seen even though they painted over it. They charge a $50 fee for nothing. Glad thats refundable. Hotel then charged me an extra $100 after I left stating I had dirty sheets which were already dirty to begin with. I had to call my bank and get them to cancel the charge. Poor hotel.
