Everything was fine. We booked a king room but got a double queen. When we asked about it, we were told there were no kings available but the price was the same, no big deal. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, no complaints. I did ask about the room price again at checkout and was told it was due to construction and there are no king rooms available at all. Not a big deal, like I said, just would have been nice to know.

Check in clerk said we were lucky to have the recently renovated room, what a joke. The fridge squealed and leaked the whole time. I tried to call the desk from the phone in the room but it it broken. I go downstairs and tell the desk in person, and was told maintenance would switch it out ar 10pm, but we waited up until midnight without anybody coming to assist with this loud, leaking appliance right by the door and bed. Second, we paid for the 2and most expensive hotel in the area to have a little more peace dealing with stage 4 cancer mom in the local hospital and all night and day there is running and pounding through the halls and extreme laughing and fooling around at 5am, no staff keeping the place in order at all. I could get more rest at the Holiday Inn. Definitely go to the new exec hotel across the street.

The front desk kept in contact to see if we needed anything. The tv gave you access to streaming apps. You could sign into your Netflix account. It was just a pleasant 3 day stay.

At about 8:30 pm a nearby transformer exploded. We were with no electricity until 8:30 am the next morning. Not their fault, but we tried to sleep with no air conditioning, and the room temperature climbed all night. The night staff didn't have any more info than anybody else, about repairs or anything else. It was a miserable night. Would I stay there again? Probably, considering the nature of the incident, but it hurt to look across the street where things were fine while we cooked for 12 hours on our side.

Wish there had been a luggage rack to take your personal stuff to your room

If you are looking for a nice halfway point Hotel (not motel), this is the way to go. We very much needed some rest (at least 4-6 hours) from a 5 day Wedding Celebration. Well the bed snuggled me up and my sleep became 9 hours plus. Even when the construction started back that Monday morning (same floor) I never heard it inside or outside of my room, make the experience yours. There was some highway construction on JBS, but it was still worth it, PEACEFUL

Friendly staff, good location. I bit noisy due to construction. The room looked a bit dated. My room bath tub have green paint. And the light bulb have different color. 1 will be soft white and other will be daylight. Hilton hotel I stayed is always consistently using soft white bulbs.

The room on the bed was making to much noise when I would move on it and the hole frame moved win the bed and also when I rented the room I didn’t get a walking in shower where I booked it that’s what it showed and I wasn’t to happy with that there was nothing wrong with the staff just didn’t like how the room was especially being a king size bed

It was freezing outside and the heater would not turn on and unable to raise the temperature. That was the only issue.

It was awful. Air conditioning didn’t work and you have to pay for breakfast. Bathrooms were nasty.

Have to pay for breakfast so probably will be staying somewhere else from now on because of that reason. Other Hotels offer breakfast for free.

There were holes in the carpet, it smelled like mildew, the front desk staff was rude, seemed to be more interested about what was on his phone.

I did not use the restaurant at all.

Everything about the hotel was good but I was surprised to when I was charged $6.50 for two bottles of water that in the room said were complimentary. My husband and I both woke up with back aches as the bed was not comfortable. I think it’s wild that they charge $18 for breakfast. This is the first Hilton we’ve stayed at that charges for breakfast. I’ll be sure to check that on future stays.

Staff had the willingness to help each time I contacted them . Beds are comfortable. Like that the fitness center had multiple dumbbells and weight balls

when i arrived at 4 pm . the girl put mr in a queen room . argues saying it was a king like i paid for. , that night , the window of my car was broke out , and they couldn't even say they were sorry - i filed a police report. they have NO SECURITY for the property . i cost me an extra for a window and cleaning service . what a joke i have pictures

It was an easy check in and check out. The breakfast was delicious. The room was nice and clean and so it was easy for me to go to sleep with no problems.

Services are less than expected. Beds not being make daily. Coffee maker not working. Travelers want convenience, not second rate services.

The hotel is like new including appliances. The rooms are big and spacious. The lobby with the eating area is clean and cozy with great breakfast options. The best part is they allow pets at this hotel that was the biggest sale for me. Will return for the Christmas break.

They told me the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and my niece was really impressed by the pillows. The rates were better than I expected. I chose this Hotel because of the location. I didn’t want them staying along the busy highways, and this one made it simple for them to get around as they visited different family members.

The crazy thing I ever experienced after driving 8 hours exhausted. the front desk personnel told me I have to paid added 28 dollars per night for parking. After I booked the room and the front personel arguing in an unprofessional manner about it and thay telling me is like that take it or go. Sorry but is the service sucks I pick up and left some where else to treat people with kindness. The service was terrible and they was rude about it if you don’t believe me watch the cameras.

Everything was great except the back door did not work with the key card. When you call the phone number you have to wait for someone to come open it. Easier to walk all the way around.

I would have given it a 5 straight across the board but the rust stains in the tub didn’t allow me to do that. It is as the only thing wrong.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Attendant was wearing a graphic tee which was unusual and kind of gave me the feeling that I was at a motel 8 vs Hilton brand hotel. Room was clean and cold when I arrived. Coffee had not been restocked and there was trash aside the coffee maker. Little things but I've always stayed at Hilton hotels and expected the same consistent amazingly clean and spotless rooms and professional looking staff.

Out of nine elevators, they have one working one they’re looking at an hour round-trip to your room and back down to ground level.

Property is absolutely womderful. Everyone is friendly BUT WHEN I USED THE LINK TO THE ADDRESS IT TOOK ME TO THE WRONG PLACE. 10 MINUTES AWAY.

Everything was terrific, no issues. The facility was pet-friendly. Which is a big plus, our dog enjoyed every minute and loved to explore the grounds. My wife and I loved the accommodations, everything was very clean and impressive. We would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Upon entering the property the hotel looked and smelled very clean. Loved the on property bar and restaurant was a plus. Lots of areas in lobby to sit and socialize would definitely visit again.

Part of my experience was my fault. I asked for a Room, 2 Queen Beds, Accessible (Mobility & Hearing, 3X3 Shower) when I arrived the room was not available. After 30 mins I was offered connecting rooms at an extra charge. This was an unexpected expense. I accepted the offer as I had no other viable choice. Other than that we had a nice stay.

Hotel had everything we look for in a Hotel. Plugs for phone on nightstands, soft bed w/luxurious linens, great pillow. Kuri w/halfnhalf! Thick door to keep out corridor sound, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner pump bottle not those tiny bars.

Nothing unique or special. No soap in the bathroom just empty bottles. Sheer curtains where people can look in on our room on the first floor. Outdated decor in the room. Bed was horrible to sleep on. No redeeming qualities.

It was nice, clean, comfy, the staff was great, the market in the lobby had very reasonable pricing so reasonable that it surprised me.

The A/C was subpar in the room. It took until late in the night to get the temperature anywhere near 70 degrees.

We stay here every year when we drive to see our family. The staff is always super friendly, and the restaurant on premises is wonderful!

Too, later, when I discovered the guest ice machines were not working, the front desk person gave me ice from the kitchen for my small travel cooler. Bottom line, the employees went above and beyond to provide service and comfort to this guest.
