Nice stay, convenient location

Property is conveniently located near restaurants and other amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable. If I had any complaint it would be the poor lighting in the gym. The lights appear to be on a dimmer and can’t be adjusted.

The front desk staff was very helpful and very courteous at check-in. We appreciated that!

Stay often when traveling thru West Texas. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Typically really clean. Was a bit disappointed this last time as there were no trash bags in any of trash cans, only one wash cloth towel and one body towel. I got in late so wasn’t wanting to have to wait on towels to shower and finally get to bed. Overall , 7 out of 10 place to stay.

The rooms were so spacious and clean. Front desk lobby area was very professional and the kitchen made great food

Check in was OK. Room was not cleaned each day, had to ask for fresh towels, wash clothes, etc. empty trash, etc. Finally ask for a complete room service for the last night and got nothing but fresh towels, Upon checkout property tried to charge $5/night parking fee which was not shown when booking. Since I used a handicap parking place told them they could not charge for a handicap space. No breakfast unless ordered and paid for. Ran between $12-$15 for breakfast plus drinks. All in all a place I will never stay again. Beware of the lack of service and hidden charges.

Good place to stay and nice area and food

Nothing unique about the property or anything that sets it apart from other nearby hotels. They charge for parking so surprise on that.

Rooms were very clean, Staff were very friendly. the only situation we had was on the TV you could only get a few channels, HBO and old tv programs, nothing local. Also for a Marriot, we feel the sheets could have been just a little bit better quality.

This place is very clean, super quiet, friendly staff, and best of all great location. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and the AC worked well. The breakfast provided wasn't very good. Coffee wasn't hot.

We only stayed for about 10 hours, long enough to get a good night sleep before catching an early flight. The hotel is nice enough and modern but the area around it is a hotel ghetto in a sea of parking lots with no place to walk in a charmless city. The bedside lamp was non-functional.

Was not very happy with this hotel. My daughter‘s room was right next to us, which was great since her shower had a leak and they had to turn the water off. They didn’t offer to put her in another room until the next day. She had two kids with her and her husband. There were three people in my room. So because they had no shower they were using mine. Seven people showering in one hotel room was a very big inconvenience especially when we paid the price that we did for the nights. The beds are like sleeping on hardwood floors, very uncomfortable. We were charged for parking, but there was a farmers market going on, and they were all parking at the hotel so finding a parking spot was hard. We were in town for a funeral, and the inconveniences of the hotel just made the weekend even harder. They did offer to reduce my daughter‘s room charges, but never once offered to compensate ours.

Nice place

I was looking forward to our stay! I've always enjoyed staying at the Marriot. Overall it was ok, but not excellent. The staff was friendly, clean hotel and rooms, comfy beds, and good location. I was disappointed that the bar was closed. I was looking forward to having a drink. Then, in the morning I was craving some eggs and we were told the grill was off. It was only 9am.. I had to settle for oatmeal. Lastly, the bathroom lights kept flickering and the tv screen would go dim all of a sudden. Good thing we were only there for one night! With so many hotel choices, I don’t know if I’ll stay at Marriot again!

No complimentary breakfast. Washer was out of order. Hotel rates are very high on Monday thru Wednesday for our field business customers.

I checked out same day due to a family emergency.. I was only in the room for less than 6 hours and they didn’t check me out nor gave me a reasonable rate

It was a short trip down there for a funeral for a family member but everyone there was very nice. The beds were comfortable, and I like the fact that they gave plenty of pillows.

Amazing friendly staff

The room was nice and parking was easy. The hostess was helpful and ensured we knew where the closest parking spot was to the room, and what the available amenities were. The ac unit runs all the time which can be a bit annoying as it heats/cools the room to the set temp. The starbucks downstairs is convenient, and the restaurant in walking distance was awesome. I recommend staying here, it is very nice.

The room was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable.. I really liked the shower. The breakfast was not good. I did show up a little late around 8:50 but the coffee bar was closed, and the breakfast sandwiches that were laid out were cold. They did offer muffins but I decided to go elsewhere for breakfast. The room was not wiped cleaned. the furniture was never wiped down you could tell some sort of drinks had spilled and made the table sticky. All the lights were on as well when we walked in which was odd. I usually walk into a dark clean room. This room had to have been used prior to us arriving.

I wish there was complementary brewed coffee. The Starbucks was $10 and it was luke warm. Staff was friendly. The lady in the bar area was by herself and super busy. The mattress was hard and the mattress cover was stretched out and came off the mattress while I slept on it. Room had plenty of soace and appeared clean.

Limited options for charging multiple cell phones and iPads near bed. Luggage trolleys stored away from lobby lacking place to keep them close to front desk.

I felt that the service was different for pepole of another race. We went out came back our room was not refreshed trash not emptied beds not made and no clean towels called and was told that they clean rooms every other day. WHO DOES THAT in the hotel industry No clean towels was supplied Trash was not emptied It was trash. I have never been so disrespected and hurt in my 71 years of living and I did think I was treated this way because I was of another race. How do you a hotel clean every other day a room. Even when we asked the clerk for towels and the trash to be emptied she said she would bring them up towels and trash bags No one ever showed up My daughter went down to ask about the towels she said she thought we were coming down to pick them up. That is not what she said So the question to you when you book a room should you ask if you stay longer than one day how often do you clean the room or refresh the the room?????

Great hotel, bed, service. We were very tired from our long tour, and as soon as we walked in we were treated like VIP's by Brooke. I believe that Brooke should be promoted as soon as possible because the level of customer service we received was outstanding. We will stay here again on another tour.

This is one of the best hotels for the price in the area! Service was great at checkin and staff was friendly and room was spotless! Definitely coming back to this place the next time I'm back in town. And yes, verrrry quiet! Couldn't hear a sound.

The property and rooms were quiet and clean, but those were the ONLY good qualities. I chose this hotel because it had a restaurant and bar. HOWEVER, it doesn’t state ANYWHERE on their website both are closed on the weekends. Then to make things worse, the staff didn’t even have enough coffee in the morning, so I had to go and buy coffee at a coffee shop. EXTREMELY disappointed and definitely will NOT recommend this hotel.

Courtyard Marriott was a great stay. Check-in was easy, all the employees were super friendly, and they had amenities onsite, not to mention multiple restaurants within walking distance so we didn’t have to drive until we left. Very comfy beds and spacious rooms. There’s a little grassy area for dogs out front. 10/10 would stay again

Staff was courteous, and the hotel was clean and near a lot of dininig options! We came to town to see the eclipse, and if we are ever back that way, we would stay here again!

Only complaint is that they do not offer breakfast on weekends at all.

I rented two rooms. One was pet friendly, they charged me twice for the pet fee and they would not accept that it was being charged twice, didn't get credit, very disappointed. Big mix up with the reservations. On their website they offer breakfast 2 for $20. There was no hot breakfast. They did supply regular coffee and pastries. I didn't pay for breakfast. Staff on duty were kind but couldn't figure out the confusion with reservations.

The desk clerk was very helpful, nice and welcoming.

Everything went smoothly. Only complaint was the tv (the screen was messed up) and bathroom(broken/missing tiles). The bar was open so we were able to enjoy an evening cocktail. The manager on duty Saturday night was super friendly and brought out a couple of bottles of water while we were swimming.

We love staying at this courtyard. They always have the fire going for us to sit out in the courtyard and have a drink and talk.

Not sure why they put a fire detector right above the bed with red flashing lights, it would work the same in the hall way.

I travel for work a lot and am in Odessa frequently...the Courtyard has become my "go to". The service is great, the location is excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable and business friendly. I won't stay anywhere else now that I've discovered how good the Courtyard is!

The whole area felt brand new. Hotel felt new. Easy food options and parking were ideal. Recommend if you’re driving through west Texas.

Other than ONE FAMILY with multiple children taking up the whole pool area it was a great experience!

I did not like that Expedia dropped the ball on this two night stay, by only telling the hotel we would be there one night. The excellent staff picked up on this error and extended our stay without difficulty.
