Breakfast was great. Glad to have housekeeping everyday day we were here. All staff was so friendly. Nice and quiet. The toilet kept running unless you shook the handle. Direct TV had lousy reception sometimes.

Room was pretty quiet despite being near a busy road. Air conditioner worked nicely!

Location was perfect for the activities we had planned nearby The rail for the swimming pool was not steady; my wife has mobility issues and it was hard for her to get out of the pool once she got in. She wanted to get into the other part of the pool with the water feature but wasn't confident on getting in or out as easily.

The hotel was very clean and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices and variety. The amenities were great with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and fabulous. The hotel was easy to get to and there was ample parking. For the cost, this hotel can’t be beat. It was so much nicer than some of the more expensive hotels we have stayed in, and offered more.

Best breakfast ever! Even yogurt parfait options, fresh tortillas, meat, waffles and espresso. Terrific, hospitable staff.

The elevator went out and he was not able to go cause he couldn’t walk down that was on Friday the 10th. Then again on Saturday morning when they were checking out the elevator quiet again and they had to wait for it to be fixed. My son said that the lady at the front desk was rude to him and argumentive. I feel that we should receive a comp on the room. Explanation above.

I ask for room on 1st floor due to the fact he can’t walk along distance due to a lung disease. He and my son were there for a funeral. The access to the hotel was a bit funky coming from 191. I arrived after 3 pm, but the rooms were not clean and ready. Also in the room I say in the armchair was really dirty. I avoid using it

The rooms needed more light. My room had a sink that did not drain. My son’s room had a leaking toilet. The breakfast was so-so.

Had trouble regulating room temperature. The controls were not intuitive, and air (both warm and cool) would blow across my head while in bed—nothing I did with the vents seemed to help.) There was a generous breakfast available each morning, but it was the exact same offering every day. The only variance was one day there was link sausage (with bacon), one day there was patty sausage (with bacon.). The scrambled eggs were barely warm and runny. All the staff was polite and friendly. Shower pressure was okay. Sink water pressure was very light. Will go back next visit.

The only flaw that I noticed was the AC/HEAT SYSTEM it’s installed near a bed and the cold or heat depends on the weather hits the person right in the face and can make it uncomfortable. They should do a redesign to wall to block the air and redirect the flow down. That’s just an opinion. Other than that this is a nice property.

The only thing I can say is that if you are not going to be there to check in by 3 you need to call to be sure they do not give they room away that you paid for in advance. You may not get the room you requested and they will try to charge you more for an upgrade.

Room was clean and staff was friendly

Hotel was clean and the staff were all very nice. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because prior to booking I called to make sure the pool was open and was told pool was open, when we arrived we were informed of the pool being closed which was the only reason we booked this room so that was highly disappointing!

Just a quick overnight stay while passing through. Easy check-in. Room was clean. Parking lot is well lit. Area felt safe. Enjoyed the breakfast.

From the check in to checkout everything was great. Misty at check was so welcoming and friendly. The room, breakfast are was very clean.

The first two rooms that were given to us, were both dirty and missing sheets on the bed. The third room was fine, until I saw a dirty wash rag hidden in the curtain, while I was showering. Then the smoke alarm battery decided to die in our room and 2 more down the hall, at 11:30pm Christmas Eve… no one would answer the phone after 3 tries. So I went downstairs to complain. They wanted to switch us to another room at 11:30p at night!! I said no way, and had the lobby clerk come take the battery out. It was a ridiculous mess..

As we checked in the receptionist was so nice and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet with a welcoming bed and comfortable pillows. We had a delicious breakfast the next morning. While turning in the key the receptionist helped write directions to the freeway.

Clean rooms, common areas not as much, looks like no one swept the halls or elevator the entire stay, same dirt same location, but I am a where on staffing issues as long as rooms were clean and they were. Be nice to have body wash bottle.

Nice reasonably priced hotel

Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast had a large variety. Shopping and dining within walking distance.

I was in town for a funeral and the front desk clerk gave me a discount. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Had issues with a/c and mold. We had to change rooms. Cleans can be cleaner. Staff is great. Cleaning staff might need more help. I would not stay here again tho.

Breakfast is minimal. They ran out of food items, but no one was servicing the room.

I didn’t like that my room floor was absolutely unsanitary when you take your shoes off and walk on the rug my family foot was dirty and our socks turned black that was so gross for them to have an excllent rating on Expedia i left early because it was so nasty

We were giving a room where the bathroom was not completely clean but they rectified the issue. The hotel may wqnt to consider updating the wall mounted AC as it was working too hars to keep the room cool. The breakfast offered was very good with great options.

Well, my room was on the 4th floor even though I reserved the room in January 6 months ago and the water pressure in the shower, it was less than adequate and the mini split air conditioner. I've never got the room below 72°.
