It’s very outdated. Guy at the front was rude. Will not be staying again.

The outside is full of trash and vagrants. The tv in the room didn’t work, there were random cords that had been pulled off the wall and shoved in a random drawer. The water for the shower was lukewarm at best. The spout was broken and falling off the wall. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

It was convenient for where we needed to go. Pictures on the website were UNTRUE. The beds were to small for a full-size. The mattresses were lumpy so neither bed was comfortable. There was only 1 towel in the room. It looked to be a shady place. Will not recommend it or stay again.

This can not really be a Wyndham supported property. I really should have known what I was getting by the big NO Refunds sign on the wall behind the desk. I booked a single but was given a two bed room that had a kitchenette on the ground floor. The furniture honestly looked like it was found on a curb; it was filthy and broken- the dresser drawer fronts falling off and all the edges of the tables curling up. The shower knob was non-existent and the cloth shower curtain and ceiling were moldy. I wouldnt touch the window curtains that were about 5 years late to be washed. Packaging tape was holding up the backsplash behind the sink and stove. I saw cockroaches near the refrigerator. I didn't dare put my bag down especially after seeing the bug carcasses around the bed. It was more like an abandoned house that had squatters in it. The lady at the front desk who was very nice took me to a different room, and again, since there were no refunds, I thought I would tough it out just to get me to the flight out of Midland the next morning. This 2nd story room wasn't as bad, it was still dirty, the door obviously kicked in at some point with the slide chain inside torn off, the curtains torn, window with smeared and the bubbles on the side tables gave crack cooking vibes, the tv didn't work, the chair color undetermined because of the layer of filth with large unpainted patches on the walls. Then I saw another cockroach outside on the walkway, but that was enough. I left. 80$ lost!

Checking out.. The room was semi clean but smelled like cigarette!!, The restroom was not very clean :( The bathtub was dirty that my family felt uncomfortable to shower there (we had to go to a friend's house to shower there!!). The people below us was smoking Marijuana and the smell surrounded the entire complex! Although we stayed for a single night (luckily), the stay was unexpected and uncomfortable :( Definitely not a place to stay if you have a family with kids and staying longer than a night. Look elsewhere!

The rooms, mattresses, and linens were all old. Plugs didn't work, window unit AC was damaged (loud but functioning), holes in sheets and towels. The saving grace was the one time pet fee.

Property had a smell of cigarette's smokes mostly. They did not have towels which was surprising. Even when asked they told we might get in the morning when house keepers come at 8:30 am only. Breakfast is open only till 8:30 am. Given all this i was surprised Hotels.com charged $85 for the night. But when I was checking in it was only $55 per night or so. And its not worth more than $55 for sure. Not a hotel for families. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast is good.

When you book, listing/rooms are inaccurate. I booked a king suite and it said it had a kitchenette but room did not. I went to front desk showed my receipt as well as what the room said it had. After staff spoke in their language, minutes later I got a Queen suite which was in terrible shape. Torn dirty couch, TV mount full of debris, bedroom tv did not work, wall plug for the microwave did not work, etc. I would not recommend and will definitely not stay again.

Room was not cleaned well restroom; tube wasn't cleaned at all but i must say the bed wash nice and comfortable

I would not recommend this this hotel to anyone to do anything in it. It was horrible and we didn’t even stay the second night. We just left that next morning. We didn’t even call for a refund because there’s a big sign at the front of the building front office this is no refunds we had to go get another room Somewhere else.

We had to ask for towels, there was no extra toilet paper and the worst thing of all is that I found in the Kleenex box on the counter a used pipe instead that is used to smoke weed or drugs. We would probably never stay there again there was so much noise outside people yelling, talking lot. Just an overall bad experience!!!!

Hotel was old. Used to be something else. Baymont put their name on it. Security lock did not work. No elevator. No Kleenex. One of the lamps did not work. Breakfast was poor. No hair dryer. Could not figure out the TV. Will not stay there again.

Seal doors, do not allow smoking of any kind in rooms or doorways, buy new bedding, replace pillows, coffeemaker but no coffee or cups.

I checked iut immediately in the morning. I was hoping for a refund for the additional 2 nights but i was denied. It a shame that such a big chain company had such a horrible hotel. And un safe site like this. Dont stay here if you dont like the smell of cigarettes cigars pets or load noise.

The booking was actually for my son who stayed the last 5 days in room 117 and has been bitten by bed bugs from head to toe. He's stayed on other occasions and its been decent, but this is really bad

Everything was great, room comfortable, parking could be better since we left to get dinner and the parking lot was full of work trucks when we returned, other than that had a wonderful stay.

No soap no shampoo 2 pillows 2 towels 1 cloth no hand towels. Wet smelly room Went to breakfast early all food gone asked for help said sorry we need groceries. 😓 never going back

Not a great stay, will not come again. No toilet paper or soap in room. (Staff at front desk did help get some when notified of issue). Several roaches in room/outside front door. Neighbors were noisy late into the night with someone banging on our door at 10:45pm. Peep hole on door had been painted over so we could not see out. Breakfast was very limited and poor quality. No eggs- when I asked staff for more they said they had run out. Fruit was bruised and unappealing. Only a few slices of white bread for toast. All this made not a good stay, especially for families with children.

We stay by the ice machine we can hear everyone come to it loud all nite people sit in their cars running all nite revining the motors next day the same house keeping did clean our rooms or bring us clean towels

Tub faucet dripped a constant stream of hot water and it took both hands and a lot of effort to turn on the water for a shower.

Booked a king was told they were sold out so two queens would have to work also the tv didn’t work in room 209

Room was very comfortable and clean, check in was fast and easy, breakfast was hot and fresh with great variety.

The front desk lady was nice and helpful. The room was not very clean. The shower curtains need to be washed or replaced. The walls in the shower need to be wiped down cuz of cobwebs.

it was terrible. There’s a lot of druggies but stay there. They put you on the do not rent list for no reason I’ve done everything. They asked me to do. They say they’re pet friendly but they’re not. I had a dog and that’s why I’m on the do not rent list. I’ve cleaned up after that dog. They’re just a terrible place to go to. I would not recommend going here.

No cleaning at all room missing towels soap coffee breakfast bad and wind blowing right around the very poorly closing door. Loud loud loud. Stayed 4 nights no cleaning at all. Dirty floors feet turn black after showers. Noisy noise noises loud. No sleep.

The space was nice, but the place was falling apart. There was water leaking from the floor. The shower didn’t work and there was rust in the bathtub. When you turned on the water for the shower it came out of the wall. We paid for a week and only stayed one night. We my husband went to ask for a refund for the nights we weren’t going to stay they refused until their higher ups got involved.

Lost power twice during the night. Staff suggested that people were cooking causing the breaker to get tripped. Sink smelled like sewage but the water itself was fine. Most things were in disrepair: tv remote didn’t work well, drawer couldn’t stay shut, tub faucet was coming out of the wall, no water pressure, toilet flusher was loose to the point of sticking while down, there was a visible gap between the room’s door frame and the door allowing outside air to get in/warm air to get out (in cold months)

No hot water. I took showers at my daughter's house. No TV signal. No ice bucket or soap. Bathroom wall had a hole in it.. doors messed up. I was supposed to get a king size bed but had 2 little beds. Couldn't find a trash can in the room. View was of a fence!

These hotel owner manager as well as two of the front desk clerk were very unprofessional rude racist and greedy they only want you to pay them cash so it’s tax free if you use the booking portal they add extra deposit. The cancelled my reservation because when I had a room change because the 110 room they put me in the plumbing was poor and stopped up the hot water did not work and it was freezing that night and the heat didn’t work. They failed to check the room after I turned in my keys and told them I packed my stuff so they never mentioned someone in the room the following morning which was unknown to me because they were supposed to check and secure the under maintenance room instead they said nothing and called the police at 11 didn’t even tell me the refused my reservation so I could make preparations to rebook they had no remorse and literally kept the deposit that was enough to cover the cost of the room and accused me of things that were not true it’s a bad area with illegal activity be careful zero stars from me

The furniture was nasty and broke down. Had to the bedspread on just to sit on it. Floors needed a good mopping. Beds wasn’t comfortable. Mold in the bathroom. No hot water in the kitchen. Shower water barely warm. Faucet was very loose in shower. Breakfast was limited. The eggs and sausage was gone by 6:45. Door to outside could see light all the way around it.

The internet doesn't work. The property is nasty. The rooms were okay except the beds were very uncomfortable and the one pillows a person wasn't much of a pillow. The property is in serious need of a makeover. The area was bad but the stuff was really nice.
