Location was perfect for the event we were attending Friday night plenty of dinner choices and NO NOISE! Room temperature was pretty warm turned AC down to 68 so it would get cooler.

Great location. But the property itself needs to be renovated really bad. The bedroom smelled musty old outdated furniture. The out side of the building parts are coming off; like the siding, gutters and paint. Needs to be painted inside and out. All and all it really needs to be renovated. Including the remote control looks like it’s from the 90’s because it didn’t work at all. I switched the batteries out still didn’t work.

I liked the staff and how there wasn't surprise fee's The only thing that kind of was a downer was my microwave clip was broken which didn't allow the microwave door to click into place which resulted in a non functional microwave, just a slight inconvenience, not enough to dwell on I enjoyed the property regardless

The location was great. The breakfast was.wesk at best just very bland nothing to say it was good . Different selection more variety.

The carpet in the hallway and in the room was very dirty, and it had a musty smell. Other than that it needs to be updated to be more clean, and the smell needs to be taken out. All around we were not satisfied at all. If they would be able to put handicapped restrooms in there where the handicap people without legs would be able to use them then there wouldn’t be a problem. That was our one thing that we needed for a disabled person with no legs we were not happy.

Good location The way we were treated by your front office clerk was unacceptable she went to our room and accused us of someone jumping first of all my Husband is handicap and she did not want to hear it. She mentioned that she didn’t get paid enough. It was very rude. And it needed to be cleaned Your picture frame and chair what it seemed to have something splattered on them it had an bad odor to it could not sleep

The room was clean, only issue is the alarm needed a new battery. It kept beeping. Staff was friendly

The bed was comfortable and the hotel was close to restaurants. The room carpet was filthy and the walls. The walls were falling apart and the shower was literally coming apart. I had never stayed at a hotel that the lobby did not match the rooms at least in the construction part.

The location was convenient, and I appreciated that I was eventually allowed to change rooms after reporting the condition of the first one. Unfortunately, the problems in both rooms made it difficult to identify anything else positive about the stay. Room 213 had extensive visible mold or dark growth across the bathroom ceiling, including areas that appeared to have been painted over. After being moved to Room 214, I found a large brownish stain on the mattress, a reddish stained ceiling, a toilet that ran continuously throughout the night, and a bathroom/shower area that appeared poorly repaired and unsanitary.

We checked in late in the evening and the front desk staff was super nice and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable. The overall condition of the property is very poor. The hallway carpets and the room carpet had lots of stains. The chair in the room was VERY dirty. The bathroom and vanity seemed clean. The AC worked great! We didn't try the breakfast because we were in a hurry. They need to give the property a face lift and get it refreshed!

Night engineer/handyman was outstanding, prompt, and friendly. Whatever you do, you don’t want to lose him! Leftover drink bottle left in room. Noise in adjoining rooms made sleep almost impossible.

Everything about this property was lovely. The man at the desk when I checked in was very nice, especially considering I came in so late. The breakfast was good. Everything was clean. There was nothing I didn’t like. It was great.

Great stay never disappoints. This is my go to spot when I’m in town. I have stayed there plenty of times.

Check in was efficient, room was clean, breakfast was ok

The room was in fair shape. First thing that I noticed when I was in the room was that the mechanism to raise the blind so I see out the window did not work. The top on the in room coffee maker was missing (Cuisinart) The in room clock/Alarm clock did not work and it was missing a 9volt battery for back up if the power went out. The room did not have a box of facial tissue (Kleenex) in its dispenser. The cabinetry that held the mini fridge, microwave & tv had broken wooden molding along the bottom edge by the mini-fridge. To top it all off the toilet seat was extremely loose on the right side as one faced the toilet. I was in room 313.

Elevator was out and we had to take the stairs with luggage for checking out. There were no juices available for breakfast and on one morning no bread or forks. Sausage was undercooked.

Staff was very knowledgeable and apologized for an on going water issue in Odessa. They had bottled water available for coffee in the room no charge. The hotel was very clean and was well lite in the parking area. Overall an amazing stay.

The staff was very helpful. I needed a late checkout so that I could lead a training before getting on the road and they were accommodating. The pillows are not the greatest in the rooms.

To be so new I would rate it average at best.

The property was extremely dirty. I’ve never felt like I needed to wipe down my room, switches, etc., but there was visible dirt and stains as if the room hadn’t been cleaned. I was moved from a king, which I requested, to a double without any sort of compensation or notice. I attempted to call down to the desk, but the room phone didn’t work. The associate was kind and came up to reclean, but it was still not enough. I realized they didn’t sweep and were just moving the dirt and hair on the floor. While the property is older being nasty or dirty and being rundown are two different things. I was disappointed, but also in a pinch and couldn’t do much about it. Breakfast was a redeeming piece, as it was hot and the staff was kind. I won’t be staying in the future.

Very comfy bed and nice room. I'm sensitive to chemicals like cleaning products and the smell was a little overwhelming for me, but probably wouldn't bother most people.

My room was not the cleanest. There was a dirty-used towel in the restroom. No toilet paper. I went and asked for some at the front desk. I was told they'd bring some up. Never got it even after coming back in after 5 pm the following day. "Hot Breakfast" was actually cold.

Room was not cleaned ( toilet bowl). Facial tissue were not in place. Back door to lobby was broken, and anyone could access the place. Good price for the room.

Property was nice. There were some weird people hanging around the property though. The shower head had hardly any pressure and the tv remote didn’t work. Tried talking to staff about it but nothing happened.

I have stayed here many times over the past years - the property is showing wear.. the bathroom had peeling paint. The AC was extremely loud and the room was stuffy to cool to stuffy - back and forth all night. My 4 y/o grandson opened a drawer on the dresser and found a half eaten bag of chips, a tooth dirty tooth brush and 2 Vapes - obviously the room was not thoroughly cleaned. Not sure I will stay here again in the future.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent! There was a great variety of fresh, delicious options, and everything was well stocked. The dining area was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It was a wonderful way to start each day of our stay. Highly recommended!

Yes, however the facility was in need of attention. Worn desk chair peeling cover, bathroom wall plaster in need of repair and paint.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Sheets and towels were clean. Towels fluffy. Outside needed some care. Trash cans overflowing and the security side entrance was broken so you could enter without your room key. Overall good stay for one night. Cookies when we arrived were tasty, didn't wake up for breakfast.

Overall, I would have to say, a disappointing stay — maintenance and cleanliness need serious attention. Stayed at the Baymont Inn in Odessa and was let down on several fronts. The room showed clear signs of neglect: holes in the walls, a patched section of ceiling that appeared to have leaked, and a door with no safety latch — a real concern for security. The window curtains were dirty and the floors weren't clean. Outside, the landscaping was dried out and unmaintained. For the price, I expected basic upkeep and cleanliness, and this fell short. Hard to recommend until management addresses these issues.

The room had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were small colorful rubber bands all over the carpet and hair in the corners of the bathroom. We requested additional cleaning before we brought our luggage in. The center carpet of the room was swept, but the edges still had small rubber bands all over. The bathroom was not cleaned. In addition, the tops of the arms of the stuffed armchair were dark with grime and the curtains had mildew along the edges. The following morning I went to the front desk to ask for additional toilet paper since we'd only been given one partial roll. The women at the front desk were busy with other tasks and after waiting a few minutes without being helped, I asked one directly for help. She pointed to a small sign on the desk that said "staff busy, call xxxx number for help". I called the number only to have no one answer and left a message. Thankfully later that day, the housekeeping door was open and I picked up a new roll for the room myself. No one returned the call or brought additional toilet paper to our room. At the two breakfasts that we had as part of the reservation, there were no forks. Everything had to be eaten with spoons. Lastly, there's poor cell service in the area and the wifi doesn't connect to the internet. We had to leave the hotel to use our phones.

We went to Ranger and come back and new reservation .. Ones again just problems they say the couldn’t find it and Bla bla .. finally they did .. we got 2 rooms again but the firs one . No toilet paper phone didn’t work no tissues and the worst we found food in the fridge and hair and the sink . Omg is more .. went downstairs to ask for what we need and not even trying to help the guys so rude .. and my boys room the fridge didn’t work but my husband didn’t want to complain any more cuz we were so tired but really sad cuz you plan your vacation to relax and have good time . 😢😢

Hotel needs some upgrades for the age of the hotel it’s in horrible condition

The staff was nice and attendant however there was a lot of children I believe that was with the staff doing working hours. Running around inside the building. The building was okay. For as the supplies there was no emergency medical supplies to buy in case of overnight headache etc. I did not like the fact that it was not a wash basin of water in the breakfast room to wash your hands nor was there any hand sanitizer nearby. I also asked for handicap room with the handheld shower head the staff changed my room to a handicap room but there was not no handheld shower head. I did not like the fact that the bathroom floor was always wet and slippery. The hotel key did not open the side door but there was a rock that was always propping the door open for someone to come in during the night. I felt unsafe with that because I was in room the last room in the hall. I will not consider the Baymount hotel until these complaints are to my satisfaction. Thank you.

Room and bathroom were dirty upon arrival, the TV was broken, and the front desk staff offered little assistance. Combined with the long check-in delay, this made for a very poor experience. I would not stay here again.

Everything was excellent

Very nice room for the price. The shower temperature and water pressure are excellent. The breakfast bar should be open until 10 am for those travelers who come in late.

The AC was out in common areas. The hotel had a weird smell about it. Had problems with card reader on room door. Breakfast seemed bad so didn’t try it

The breakfast was below average, not what I have experienced with similar chain hotels. The room was not very clean, particularly the bathroom which had a used towel hanging on the back of the door. The room only had decaf coffee, no regular coffee. The property seemed a bit run down. The location is pretty good, with several bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Clean and safe place to stay for a quick trip, just passing through. The parking lot does get very full and if you arrive later, you might have to park in the back, which is nto my favorite as a solo traveler.

A lot of bang for the buck, clean, close to restaurants, all parking was close and convenient.

The room was not cleaned well. I used the sink and shower and there was men’s hairs like if they shaved and left it like that and I got them on my arms after I had showered because I went to brush my teeth on the sink so I not being sure what hairs they were from had to shower again. Didn’t mind too much the ones in the shower because I cleaned it before showering but the ones at the sink I was already showered and they were all over my arms because ai leaned on the sink

The bathroom floor tiles were coming loose, creating a definite trip hazard. The chemicals they used made the floor extremely slippery and unsafe to walk on. The strong chemical odor also made it difficult to sleep. AC was very loud. This hotel should be closed. I don't recommend it.

Staff, checking in and needing to borrow a bottle opener and needing change was helpful. Oily fingerprints around door jams, Urine around toilet base, even a nicotine pouch stuck to a wall in plain sight. Come on Baymont- do better

Location is good with restaurants nearby. There was dry pee on the toilet seat in my room. Property could also use a coat of paint and some touch ups in a lot of areas. But it’s often the lowest priced in the immediate vicinity so you get what you pay for.

I was just driving through and booked this hotel last minute. Checking I was easy and the staff was nice and friendly. When I checked out staff was equally ice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Great staff, clean room and a comfortable bed.

The room was not clean so we requested another one. The front desk was more than helpful which I’m thankful for but I really believe I won’t be staying there again. It used to be our go to hotel for a weekend getaway but I’ll have to upgrade to Residence Inn from here on out.

I came in late and they were very hospitable to me. The girl that was behind the counter was very sweet. The location is kind of off of the beaten path, which makes me feel a little bit more comfortable not being on the main highway. I recommend this location. I give it a 10 stars.

The room was not clean. Hairs on the shower floor, visible dirt and hair on the bathroom door, food left on the sink counter, bathroom floor so dirty my shoe stuck to it, carpets had not been vacuumed. That’s the room.. the halls had also not been vacuumed in some time, and the elevator floors were visibly dirty. The back door also didn’t function properly. Scanned my card but wouldn’t open, the side door didn’t recognize my key card, so I had to walk all the way to the front to get inside. Overall very disappointing stay.

The rooms are good for the price. It did look like there might be mold in the shower ceiling. Our tv kept randomly turning off while we’re watching it. They only had coffee for breakfast. There was no apple or orange juice, so that was disappointing. But it still was an ok stay.
