Nothing The facility was dirty the room reeked of smoke and old weed online says its non smoking but when asked they had no non smoking rooms

Check-in was easy. There was someone there really to help. The room was easy to find but there wasn't a lot of parking around, luckily I found one across. The room did have a moisture smell and the AC wasn't cold enough.

The tobacco smell was so insanely bad inside the room we couldn’t sleep! We reeked of tobacco once we left the room.

The room was as pictured. The only thing is the room had a weird smell, that we could NOT get rid of. We had to spray the room down every time we walked in. Besided that the stay was fine.

The room was infested with cockroaches. Would not recommend. We had booked for 2 nights, but did not stay the 2nd night. Have requested a refund for the 2nd night, but so far no response after 2 days. Put this place last on your list unless you like bugs.

The room was relatively clean; however, there were so many roaches. Roaches were everywhere. The office gave me a can of Raid. The night office worker was not nice. The morning worker and manger were more apologetic and compensating. Will not stay again

It was quiet, and clean. They didnt wake us up for towels and that is a big deal because wverywhere we go the housekeeping wakes us.

Room was filthy. Housekeeping never came to clean. We stopped and asked for clean sheets and towels never got them. Phone did not work. Curtains had holes in them. I fell first night due to uneven floor in bathroom and in kitchenette. Would not recommend at all. Very disappointed in motel and Expedia. Pictures on Expedia NOT THE SAME as actual place.

While the staff were very polite and helpful, the room was not up to par. I requested a non-smoking room, but could smell cigarette masked with air freshener & there were flies in the room. By the next day, the smell in the room smelled like mildew & affected my asthma. I unfortunately had to find a new hotel for the rest of my trip.

The kitchenette in the rooms is so handy. It's actually a studio apartment. With a stove, counters, microwave, full size fridge, dining area, and a kitchen sink. The staff here is great. I've been in hotels now for the past month and a half and met some awful people. The manager here always has a smile for you. Room service is the same way and the front desk. I honestly can't think of anything.

The property is a perfect location for where I need when I'm in the area. It is an older property but they keep it very clean and I feel very safe there.

Front desk staff was very professional and thorough. Liked having the little kitchenette and coffeemaker. Location was 100 for our needs. Also like having the option to choose a smoking room. Bed really not comfortable and the pillows are really thin and uncomfortable. Blankets also really thin. We saw roaches in the bathroom (gross). Great room 👌. Last Friday I found 2 roaches and killed them. Still Great. I hope that the maids use bug spray tod around.

The stay was alright but the staff not so much. I was told i couldn't stay another week suddenly when i had already booked again. I did nothing wrong and the front desk knew the day before i was plannion staying but didn't inform me until check out time the following 2 days after knowing what i was doing. Now im have problems getting my refund.

Room was well appointed. The staff is friendly but there are roaches.

I used the app to get room cause it was cheap. But once you get to the motel, they charge a $25 deposit. If you pay the deposit with cash, you get it back when you check out. If you use credit or debit card, it takes 5-7 business days to get it back. So my $65 room turned out to cost $90. At that point I should just have gone somewhere nicer.

The AC and fridge was noisy

The first room I was in was better than the second. First was non smoking, second was not. Smoking allowed room was next to people who were violent. Also I was told I made too much noise which I didn't. The first room was a little better

Horrible stay. They want your tag number so you don’t get towed. There is a $25 charge they put on your card and you don’t get out back for 7-10 business days. They want you to take out your own trash. The room was not sound proof. You could hear the freeway all night. My key stopped working so I had to go have them fix that. The lock did not work on our door. And we saw a roach.

Stay was ok just didn't like the scam of paying and extra 30 withholding fee for hotel damage that i never heard before that's was not included in hotel fee and lady seem racist when telling me i have to pay

Not a good experience at all I have stayed here over 5 times and never had a problem till yesterday. Poor service and had to be move to a different room twice. After letting the morning shift know about the problems I had at check in they said the manager would reach out to me. As of now I still have not heard a word from the manager or owner. Very disappointed as I liked staying there but they apparently don’t CARE

I had a wonderful stay, this hotel/motel is next to everything, Walmart, Ross, Burlington, Kroger, and a gym. I stayed in an upstairs room with my two dogs. One is an ESA and I didn’t have to pay but the other I did and it was a 10$ fee per night. And they’re both Rottweilers. The room came with a kitchen and fully equipped!

My 90 year old mother and I have enjoyed our stay at Studio 6, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The suites are fully furnished with plates , pans, and silverware. Very convenient when relocating in a new location.

My 90 year old mom loves the clean rooms and friendly staff.

They were supposed to refund us a specific amount of cash which,,at the time of this original writing had not been refunded. When I was checking out, there was a roach in the card key tray. I brought it to the attention of the manager on duty. She looked at it and shrugged her shoulders, as if to say "What do you want me to do about it?" The coke machine didn't work properly, and the air conditioner was not functioning properly.

I come here when need be and staff are always accommodating to my last minute request and are very friendly and helpful. And this place is a lot safer then some sketchy areas a couple of exits down. They also have weekly rates if your staying longer.

The desk receptionists were both very nice and professional. Both smiled and greeted me in a friendly manner. They projected warmth, trust and safety. I felt completely confident that I would be safe resting in the room.

Ww had to go to another Room in the Middle. Of tge Nights Roaches wS coming from Everywhere. They gave ys tge Key to Next Door Tgey was even Worse. We went to Room q67 it was better but tge Cable was off almost all Day.

From the roaches I killed in our room, to the door not shutting without slamming, the room had a horrible odor that we couldn’t get rid of. Never again. Would rate 0 stars if it was an option.

They have a lot of fee’s that they don’t tell you about , you have to put down a deposit of 100 dollars and pay for the room you also have to pay either 75$ for a pet or 10 dollars a day.. I stayed here before and that didn’t happen now they are charging for everything they have roaches and there no houses keeping until you move out, they don’t even bring you towels or sheets!!

Booked a nonsmoking room. Front desk guy insisted that I booked smoking. Whatever. Anyway, room itself smelled like someone had been boiling broccoli in it all day. Floor was sticky. Beds were full of all kinds of human and pet hair. Fridge was hot. Cooktop didn’t work. Toilet was gross. Place was just kinda nasty in general, especially for over $100 a night. If you want to stay in a space with people participating in every type of illegal activity possible while also becoming roomies with roaches, this is the place for you. Roaches in the kitchen and the worst beds you’ll ever sleep in. I woke up more tired than I was before I went to sleep it was so bad. People loitering outside at all hours. It costs way too much money for what you get, spend $5 more and go to one of the many nicer properties in the area

The staff was so nice and accommodating. Very friendly. The room was clean. The only thing we did not like was the room smelled like bug spray. We never saw any bugs but did not care for the smell. The bed was pretty hard. But we were only staying 1 night.

We checked in and the staff was very nice. The first room we went to smelled horrible. I’m not sure what it smelt like. The second room we went to smelled like fresh paint and I instantly got a headache. The third room we went to smelled like trash. Very disappointing. They gave us a refund and were very nice about it. I’m not one to leave reviews but I do not recommend staying there.

The office was not clearly marked so after driving through the property twice (there are 3 drive ways each leading to a dead end where you have to back up to get to the cross drive way - extremely POOR design) we found the office. Communication was not easy but we got through it. It took us a few more drives through to find our room due to how the signage listed rooms on the buidlings AND our room being the one without a room number on it. The room had a smell to it. There were dead bugs in the bathroom floor. The sheets on the bed had a cigarette burn in them and a yellow flaky something on them. There was no parking except at the second building over from the building we were in. We stayed about 1.5 minutes and left. I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason under any circumstances.

We refused to stay once we got into the room. A (non-smoking) room we had requested. It had cigarette burns all over the comforter, the smoke detector was ripped off the wall and the room smelled of ashes. After we went to advise staff they told us they had no rooms available at which point I advised them we would not be staying there.

Upon entering our assigned room, the first thing my wife and I noticed was that our room smelled like number 2. We also noticed that the bed sheets were dirty. My wife and I had to walk to the office to get clean sheets. The room also had several flies in it. So my wife and I spent the first 30 minutes or so of our stay disinfecting the bedroom and bathroom and killing house flies. We were tired and my wife didn't want to go through the hassle of getting another room so we just cleaned it ourselves as best we could. The following morning I reported the poor condition of the room to the manager who apologized and said she was going to refund my money to my debit card. It has been more than a month now since our stay and I still haven't received a refund. Will never return to this horrible place.

Love the room set up at this hotel but the cleanliness is always an issue. The floors were sticky and gross and there was a "mystery mess" on the wall by the bed. However, the kitchen, including utensils, and restroom were clean.
