Staff was nice and accommodating to the best of their abilities Our room’s ac wouldn’t cool and it felt humid in the room bc of that. Staff gave us a fan so i appreciate them for trying.

Room was hot upon entering and guest area with sofa was a bed but when I attempted to open the sofa mattress was very dirty. We ended up sleeping on sofa, no sheets no pillows. There was a german roach in restroom(alive). Dresser top drawer would open and not stay closed.. Cleaning staff was very polite when i requested more towels and shampoo

Several hours after we left the hotel, there was a random $35 charge to my credit card that I’m waiting to hear as to why. At this point, I probably won’t receive my deposit back even though we quite literally just used our room for sleep and showers. I don’t not recommend this location at all.

Overall I had no complaints except the plumbing in my room did not work, so I couldn’t use the toilet.

Great service, indoor pool, large parking lot, close to many shops and eaterys. 16 min drive to att stadium. Quiet and great location.

I love you can control your own AC in the room. Most hotels now a days control it for all the rooms and it’s soooo annoying. But everyone was friendly including housekeepers.

The room was clean but we reported a maintenance issue twice ir was not addressed and we were offered a room change the final night. I was told twice the manager would be in touch about a potential discount, and still have not heard from anyone.

It’s very close to Medical City facility which is why we chose this property. It’s not extremely clean or well-kept, but it’s ok for the price. The lobby, hallways, and room were hot. We did get moved to another room where the AC was cold.

Nothing, traveled from Chicago arrived at the hotel to be informed there was no rooms available after booking a room days previously. We had to sleep in a concrete spill way it was the worst night of our lives, woke up in the morning and my wife was missing still looking for her! All of it!

The location was great Breakfast was a wide variety of choices And the management made us feel very safe as to being a single female with a toddler along.

We extended our stay due to AC issues at home. The 1st three days were good. It was quiet, got a good night's sleep. Then when we extended for 3 more days the wheels came off! Kids above us jumping and bumping all hours of the night. I had to call the desk 2wice (from my own phone because the phone in the room didn't work) and around 11pm it got quiet. While packing up to leave I happen to look under the bed and I found a CONDOM WRAPPER!! Also I had a pair of Apple Earpods on the nightstand in front of the lamp that grew 2 feet and walked right out my room!! I'll never stay at this property again!

My wife and I had to stay here due to our AC Malfunctioning. The front desk crew are awesome! They are very welcoming and helpful. We live in the neighborhood so we know it's a nice area. We extended our stay, so we'll be here for a little while longer. The only issue I have is there's no microwave in our room, and although the AC is appreciated we wish it wasn't so loud. Other than that it's a good property..

The breakfast was good within expectations for a free breakfast at a hotel without a real kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and generally clean. There were very few lights in the room we had (deluxe king suite, with two rooms + bathroom) and, strangely, very few lights in the pool area as well. After we got sheets to put on the fold-out bed, when we pulled it out to put them on, the mattress was stained. I do trust that it was only a stain and had been actually cleaned, but it's an alarming visual nonetheless.

The location When I first walked in the smell was so bad, the floors were not swept in the bathroom, the walls had yellow stuff dripping down in the main area, the mirror was not wiped down. I woke up and the ac had leaked water all the way to the hallway! Would not recommend staying here.

Not clean. It felt very much like a prison

I stayed for one night. When I tried to check in they said the room they had for me did not have a microwave or a refrigerator. I was disappointed. Then he said he has another one but it didn’t have ac. In this Texas heat there’s no way I’d want to stay anywhere with no ac. After waiting a while, trying to get my money back, the guy checked another room and gave me that. It was ok except for the ac leaked a little and it was loud- overpowering the sound of the tv. The tv was not connected to the WiFi to use the apps on it and the sound was very low even with the volume turned all the way up (partly because of the ac being so loud) with it off, you can hear the tv a little better. I had a good nights rest though. I didn’t hear any noise while in my room. Breakfast was a little disappointing but not majorly. I came down at 730am. They served scrambled eggs (that seemed to had been sitting a while and not refreshed) Sausage patties that I couldn’t bite into. Oatmeal, cereal, muffins, toast, make your own waffles, yogurt and apples. A nice selection that made up for the warm items. The ice machines on the 1st and 2nd floor did not work. The hotel was clean. Housekeeping was friendly. Staff was friendly. I’d stay again even with the minor mishaps because of the staff, the location and the cleanliness. I didn’t get a chance to use the amenities. Tip for the staff: refresh the coffee and water in the lobby every few hours (the water looked like it had been sitting way too long)

The hotel room was semi cleaned. We found a folded towel that had trimmed hair on it and another dirty towel in the closet. Our room also had a lot of dog hair in the carpet. They moved us to a different room because the ac was leaking water. The second room was cleaned but the restroom was clogged in a single use and the hotel assistant was not able to provide us with a plunger. The pool and hot tub was nice but it did smell alot like bleach and eyes would burn after a while. The floor was not very cleaned as well. Breakfast was okay.

Rooms weren’t that clean

The hotel was not full for a Thursday, yet he still put us below a room full of jumping kids when we informed him that we had been traveling and were tired. Super basic breakfast. The only good things were the TV, bed, A/C and parking.

The room smelled so bad like mould and mildew. One of the hotel staff offered to move us to a different room which also smelled like ammonia. I had to call Expedia to get a refund. Luckily, the Fairfield was across the street so I got to stay there instead. save yourself the time.

Pool & hot tub were rather gross, hot tub lukewarm and pool just seemed grimy. Room smelt when we arrived. Kind of like stale smoke, but once the AC was on it cleared out the smell a little.

My room had no lights. Bathtub was dirty. Staff was not helpful.

They walked him to another room, as soon as the night worker walked in to check the room there was pubic hair on the toilet and he flushed it and said (that was something small) So they went down to a third room which was the worst room out of all of them. There was a hair ball in the trash, hair all over the floors, stains of the pillow cases and sheets, trash next to the couch and under the side of the bed. By the time he settled in the 3rd room it was 11:15pm, my client had to be out of the hotel early this morning (7:15am). When he stopped to talk to the front office they offered to 10% refund. My client stayed for 8 hours and paid $70 (after the 10% discount) to sleep in a dirty hotel, dirty room and dirty bed! I was beyond embarrassed I sent him there! The front desk worker Jay was AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond and none of this was his fault and he handled it very well. Thank you Jay.

I was really looking forward to using the hot tub, but when I approach the room to look at it, it was foaming over the edges. That happens when it’s not cleaned or people are allowed to get in there dirty.

The hotel was very basic. I asked for more towels and was told I could not have them because housekeeping would not have enough for the next day.

Towels where stained, a used bar of soap was left in the shower, the light didn’t work in the foyer of the room, the sheets where also stained.

Everything was good, breakfast was cereal and a muffin, a peice of toast.

The rooms was clean. The hot was working great, the pool was very cold, the lighting in the pool area was very dark and they needed to have someone make sure towels are available. Breakfast was not what you would normally expect. The choices were very limited, hot items were watery eggs, potatoes and self made waffles; cold items yogurt, 2 kinds of cereal, milk was not near the cereal, instant oatmeal without anything to add (brown sugar or raisins) plus the hot water was far away and a few sweet rolls. Hot drink choices were coffee or hot chocolate; no tea bags, not everyone drinks coffee.

The hotel is fine. Not fancy, not dingy, not dirty. It's a good place to lay your head for a good price. Our remote wasn't working but they had a replacement immediately. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition. The area is great with easy highway access.

Was a great place to stay for the convenience of everything close by in the area. The hotel for most part was clean and up to date. The only thing we ran across that needs attention is that the TV stand/dresser had drawers that wouldn't stay shut. So if you got up in the middle of the night, you slammed into an open drawer. We had to cram a few plastic bags in them to make them stay shut. Also, the rugs under the beds need to go. They are dirty and God only knows what is down inside of them between dirt, dust and body fluids. The flooring outside that rug was nice. We prefer flooring to rugs as it is cleaner. There was a piece/hunk of the laminate missing on the bed and TV stand/dresser. The bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom. Closet handle needs attention. The desk provided was convenient along with the couch. Made is seem more homey. Curtains were great for a change. Did the job they are suppose to do. Coffee pot is old style which is what we like. Lots of lights in the room too. They have a breakfast each day that is pretty good with multiple items to choose from. Do not wait until after 8:30 to eat breakfast because there won't be much left. We have family in the area that are close by. The cost was reasonable as well. Staff was attentive to our needs immediately. Room service needs to be inquired about or you won't get it. Plenty of parking. Nice lobby. No weird smells like in some hotels. For most part, we will go there again. It's truly not a bad stay!! Thank you!!

The rooms need some updates. The bed sheets were stained, desk chair was falling apart, and the shower curtain was torn in several places.

After a long day at the hospital with family, it was so relaxing to have everything we needed!

The hotel itself is good. Fairly clean. Breakfast is below average, meat, only on Sunday. Asked manager to fix 2 lamps on sat. Morning , Monday morning still no good. Had to ask for more soap. Probably try a different place .

I was charged for the stay after I cancelled the reservation

Pool wasn’t running, breakfast had no meat, no breads expect waffles, no gravy nothing. Just terrible powdered eggs, waffles, 2 cereals, and a hard as rock potatoes. Then we found 3 bags of chips, donuts, and candy all opened and half eaten or more in the top dresser between the two beds. When asked about the choice of food and cleanliness the staff blew me off.

Property was clean overall, though we noticed trash in the parking lot. Room was clean and comfortable. This is still my go to hotel, but this stay was a little disappointing. Check in was slow as we had to go find the desk clerk. The pool was in terrible shape with brown gunk on the bottom. I've stayed at this property a half dozen time in the past and this was worst condition I've ever seen the pool. Attention to details goes a long way. Hopefully they doll it back up by my next trip.

Hallway smelled strongly of marijuana, the bathtub had hair in the drain, shower didn’t have enough water pressure and wouldn’t get warm enough. Wasn’t terrible but definitely would never book here again.

The worst hotel ever!! I heard bad stories of family members who’ve stayed here but decided to book anyway to “save money”. Upon checking in, we were told they couldn’t give us our room because there was no working AC, mind you I’ve had this hotel booked for weeks and they left me without a hotel late at night! I was more mad because the receptionist waited until I arrived to check in to let me know we couldn’t have any room in the hotel and had to look for another one that same night!! This was the worst experience I had ever experienced and will never use la Quinta ever again!

The pool and hot tub were not working. Desk clerk said they were out for over a month. Part of the reason we chose this hotel over others was for the indoor pool. The breakfast was sad. The coffe itself was good, but all the condiments were the cheapest possible. Everything was cheap. The sundries shop was almost empty.

We stay often at this hotel for their friendly staff, clean rooms, close to various shopping areas and restaurants.

They clean and the front staff were very kind. I left my boots in the room and they were very helpful getting me the information I needed

I’m not sure our room was cleaned and set up correctly before we arrived. We had a room with two queen beds and there were 5 total pillows, one of the drawers was left open—which was just weird, and a used bar of soap in the shower. The next day we were gone all day and when we came back to the room nothing had been touched— as in no fresh towels, no beds made and to top it all off our rooms phone was disconnected and did not work. Plus it was labeled for a different room than the one we were in.

The first room we were given the bed, floors and bathrooms were dirty. I went down and told them I didn’t think our room was cleaned and they gave us a new room. It was better although I did end up going down and got fresh sheets for the bed and cleaned the room with disinfectant wipes myself. Soap is not provided in the bathrooms I had to ask for that also. Rooms do not get cleaned during your stay. Smells like Marijuana. Pool and hot tub were closed the entire time. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, water and coffee that’s it. Overall I would not stay here again.

Many things broken in the room - tub, a/c heat unit, outlet falling out of wall. Breakfast gross & expired items. Coffee cold, no creamer, no sugar. All customer service interactions were poor, rude and not helpful.
