It was very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

Everything was wonderful except for the breakfast. The eggs were disgusting. Chewy pellets. I couldn’t eat them. It would be nice to have got gravy with the biscuits served. Otherwise breakfast was good. One other thing. It’d be nice to go a little longer. Sometimes it was difficult to get there before nine.

That i was able to book n reserve online with no prepayment but mainly Ms Mariahs patience and very helpful to finding a solution to an issue i was having with my card.pool was clean it was nice n quiet at night ac worked really well very clean a Lil pricey on the snacks n drinks but that's OK would have loved to tried the breakfast it smelled good but was on my way to work superb stay very happy n will be my go to when I'm n town

I am a repeat guest...I have visited family in the Porter area...as I have aged I requested a full handicap room...it was clean, comfortable and quiet...the breakfast hit the spot

I always stay at à la Quinta. You can never go wrong. And they are pet friendly too.

Hotel rooms were humid. Even with changing the temperatures on the rooms the rooms and carpet felt damp. Misinformation about check out in rooms. Rooms say 12pm checkout. Staff says 11am… don’t ask for a late check out because they don’t offer it. Most likely won’t stay here again.

We use booking. Com to make a reservation for a family funeral it was supposed be for the 6 checking out on the 7 but I didn’t double check we arrive today to the surprise that we didn’t have a reservation because it was made for yesterday we ended up getting room for tonight and also got changed from booking.com for yesterday it has not been a pleasant day we are grieving mi niece Erika Serrato she was a sheriff deputy in the community of Montgomery not that it’s anyone fault but I do want you guys to know how my visit was ☹️?

The facility is not that clean. The elevators were not working the whole time we were there. Our room was ok, the fridge didn't work and the bathroom wasn't clean. The a/c barely worked. Breakfast was a joke. The food eggs were over cooked and sausage tasted spoiled.

Hottub was broken (had been for some time) Not near ANY businesses/restaurants so if you don't have a car, you are out of luck.

The staff was great and friendly the only problem I had was the beds were extremely hard( that’s the 1st La Quinta I have stayed at and the beds were like that) the elevator wasn’t working and was told it’s been down for 4 weeks. If we would have known that we would have never booked there.

Elevator was broken. Not fun going up and down stairs after a long day at a softball tournament. There was no ice machine on my floor. My tv wasn't working properly and staff at front desk told me to reset it and it worked after that. Staff at the desk was friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly but elevator was out of service. I was able to change the room to a downstairs thankfully as I am disabled and walking is a challenge much less walking the stairs. It was told to me that it has been out of service for 3 weeks. Clean room and everything in the room was great.

While the immediate area didn’t offer much within walking distance, right across the freeway is tons of restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay here again.

The elevators were out of order, which was told to us upon check in. The whole hotel smelled musty, the room had a strong bleach smell. There were bugs in the restroom, and all night long there were loud noises, stomping, banging, squeaking. Also the beds were like sleeping on a rock.

I like the location.

All was almost perfect,until the cleaning crew como to open the door wide open and ask me if I want room service. No manners at all.

AC was limping. Dehumidifiers in the hallway. Elevator was out of order. But the staff ROCK!!!

Location is perfect for my overnight visit in this part of New Caney Texas. Easy access to freeway, easy access to general shopping and restaurants. It's too convenient, it's quiet. It's close to the highway but surprising you never hear the traffic.

We were on the third floor and people kept slamming doors. I called the office at 11:30pm and they told me it wasn’t late enough! The door slamming continued in the morning. Bring your own pillows! Water pressure was terrible! Thank goodness it was only 1 night!

Doors should have slow close. They slam and wake people. Could have more fresh fruit and free bottles water.

Terrible experience. I had to cancel last minute to due strep throat and flu. Hotel WOULD NOT refund me - even with a doctor's note! Expedia said it was the hotel's decision, and the hotel said it was expedia's decision. Called and waited OVER AN HOUR with expedia and basically got nowhere! Super frustrating. Will not use expedia nor stay at a LaQuinta ever again!

Fast And easy check-in, and nice staff. Clean rooms, and bathrooms. The only negative things was the noise from the rooms above was loud, not sure if they had kids but it sounded like someone was intentionally jumping up and down although I know this was not the case. Over all it was a pleasant stay. They did offer a longer check out time but you would have to pay for it.

Towels and bedding were stained. Room was very dusty in areas. A little odd that they are “pet friendly” yet you have to keep your pet off the beds.

Our room was wonderful. Clean. No issues. The area around the property seemed a little sketchy, but we had no issues. The hotel itself seemed cleaned. With breakfast, the eggs were cold and rubbery, no gravy for the biscuits. Ended up with coffee and yogurt. Ok for me. He had toast. Ok for one night.

I will never go back to this hotel again!!! The common area was discussing. I asked front desk young girl if anyone could clean it up and replenish the food . She said that wasn’t her job. Then of course I was upset at that answer. And she started being rude and raised her voice! I suggest no one ever come here. I will be calling the home office about this front desk woman! Very rude and confrontational

We were greeted upon entry into the lobby. The front desk had our key ready and waiting. I only had to provide my ID and we were checked in very promptly. The room was nice and clean, bathroom was clean. The only complaint would be the water pressure was low. The area around the hotel is nice and there are numerous restaurants and shopping.

Everything went smoothly

I needed a last minute room for myself and my dog after our water well quit working. The staff at check in were wonderful and the room was very clean. The main gripes I have are the rock hard bed and low water pressure in the shower. Other than that it was a good stay.

This was my second stay at this location. Have had issues with people above me on 3rd floor walking like they have lead in their shoes/boots. Staff did nothing when reported. Sounds like they've had issues with this individual before. Also, the parking lot was full every night when I returned to hotel. Need more parking spots. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay, need for options for diabetic needs (sugar-free syrup, turkey sausage, more fruit options).

Very nice property. Friendly staff. Only problem was with the toilet. It kept running a little and didn’t flush properly.

What I love about La Quinta is that they're pet friendly. Everyone was friendly & helpful with any issue that arose.

Parking was tight with my truck

She had a group of baseball select team of boys she had to get food in their little bellies! She was working with a smile checking people in and out and cooking!! I would stay again my stay was pleasant Parking could be better but we went during a very busy time otherwise I think that would be fine as well.

Front desk very friendly. Toothbrush and toothpaste over priced, beds too hard. Did not like how they cut off breakfast at 9 am... Other than that it was a good place.
